This a great place to shop for shoes. They fit you to proper size and type by analyzing the way you walk/run and arch type. If you become a member, you can try out your new shoes and bring them back for full refund if you dont love them. They also have a nice selection of other running gear and have an awesome tent sale where you can get great deals and purchase returned shoes for a third of the normal price. This is the very best place to shop for running top brand shoes. The people who work there are always friendly too!

My wife and I stopped in a few weeks ago on our way back home. I needed new running shoes for a 10k I was going to run in a few weeks.The staff here was nothing short of amazing. They took the time to get everything correct for us. I can honestly say the pair of shoes and insoles they fitted me with were perfect. Ive never had a pair of shoes fit so nicely in my life from day one.I dont normally write reviews for my experiences but the staff went above and beyond all expectations. Basically they gained a customer for life.

It was an amazing experience! I just started at orange theory and was told this was the place to go for a real running shoe fitting. I was blown away by the shoe fitting process. It was definitely on the pricey end but worth every single penny! I plan to take my husband and daughter there for a good shoe fitting. Ron was the man by the way!! Ask for him when you go he knows his stuff! My only gripe is with the shoe companies!! Make more wide sneakers! People with wide feet work out too!!!

Don’t shop here, way more trouble than it’s worth. I went in recently to replace the 2 shoes I always get, I made the mistake of saying the color I liked, so he sold me a 9.5 bc they probably didn’t have 9 and he wanted to make the sale. They do the thing where they babysit you and they’re the only ones to touch the boxes. A size difference like this will only be noticeably when I start running again and get heel rubs from them slipping.They try to sell you new insoles when yours are

I was recommended road runner sports from a friend and they didn’t disappoint. They did an assessment of my gait and my arches creating me a custom insole. I was also paired with a shoe that is built for someone like me. As a result, I’ve had less knee pain while I run.I will definitely be back when winter approaches for some trail running shoes

Road Runner Sports in King of Prussia is a great store. Everyone on the staff is fully trained on the shoes and other products that they sell. They are very helpful at all times. The shoes for running and walking are nicely displayed and the staff can tell you which ones to check out based on your needs and any foot issues you may have. I would say that in retail today it is often difficult to find people in stores that know their products well. This is not the case with Road Runner Sports as everyone is an expert and they enjoy helping their customers. They have a great location as well and I am so happy that they are in King of Prussia. They are my go to shoe store for sure.

Shopping for new sneakers can be a daunting experience, but not at Road Runner Sports. Their associate, Pat, expertly navigated me through the process with ease and knowledge. I appreciated the tools they use to assess gait, arch, planters fasciitis that I currently have in order to determine the best shoe for my feet. Pat brought out 5 pairs of sneakers and patiently explained each shoe and how it would address my concerns. The end result, he helped me to find the perfect shoe! The individual attention given to the customer is worth going here for running shoes. The custom inserts are well worth it especially if you struggle with back issues. The employees are patient and dedicated to helping you find the best option that works for you.

My son started cross country and had heal pain. Took him in to see if they could fit him properly ro help with the pain. Most of the experience was great. Unfortunately he was fitted into shoes that did not work for him. However we signed up for their vip club and was able to return after him trying for almost 2 weeks! Meredith was awesome!!!! She recommended shoes for him that he loves and she even noticed that the custom inserts we had done there were done wrong the first time and fixed that too. Very happy with our experience!

Then after she helped me dial in the right model she found a second color option. I am confident that I have the right shoe for my needs. I really appreciated Meredith’s knowledge of running shoes.

Came in 10 minutes before store closing. Employees were very friendly and efficient despite me doing some browsing, I ended up with a new pair of shoes I hadn’t planned on buying. That’s some real sales ability! It was a whole new brand I hadn’t used before and so far they are great. Always a good experience at this store.

Such a great experience! I was looking for better running shoes as I’ve been doing more frequent and longer distances, and my sales associate helped more than I could have ever expected. He analyzed my feet/arches, ankles, stride, weight distribution, and stability — I was even wearing the wrong size?! He also made custom in-soles. I ended up with multiple fantastic options for new sneaks, and loved what I ended up with (3 color choices, too). Best of all, I’m now part of the Membership Plan, which paid for itself in the savings it offered from my one transaction. I even went back today to score some polarized running shades for only $30!!! Love that place, and the service.

I was not thrilled with my experience. I received a call from a manager. I called back. I was put on hold for several minutes. No one came to the phone. I gave up.My sneakers are not really the right size. And I feel as if I didn’t get the best care.I would appreciate some follow up as they were 150.00This is an edit.I did get a very nice call back from the mgr. i went back and returned my sneakers..got a different size.And then ... they were not really right for me either.The manager-Aislyn was so very very very wonderful. I went back again. She figured out different sneakers for me.I even bought another pair. So, i am a very satisfied customer.And I strongly recommend this store. Process was fantastic but shoes may be half size too small I’m gonna give it a week I have socks on and shoes are pretty tight but let me see what it feels like in a week. My normal shoe size is 11 1/2 but I’ve been buying 12s in these 12s are a little bit tight but I’m willing to give it a week before I come back and utilize my VIP

I was having trouble figuring out the best shoe to buy for my flat feet and painful shins. A friend told me to check out roadrunner Sports in King of Prussia and it was a great experience. Ron (713) took me and my 11 year on the treadmill and analyzed how we walk, what our arches and foot width mean and it was really eye opening. He explained what type of shoes would be best for us and why and we even were able to get custom made insoles because I have really low arches and my son has really high ones. What a cool store! I will be buying all my families shoes there from now on.

( I am size 10 Mens )I ordered the shoe and was told that We say 3-5 Days2 weeks later I called and was told to call the number on the website. 15 days later I received an email. I may get them? Looking for running shoes and the gentleman helping me was overall pretty helpful. Measurements came back that I was a Narrow shoe (between A and B width) and the employee said he was not able to get any shoes in narrow width, wasnt even able to order them.... He kept having me try on regular width shoes and was more concerned about selling the insoles. I appreciated the time it took to take the measurements but I went online and found 100 different narrow running shoes to pick from. I ordered them and had them in 2 days from Brooks. I dont understand how a running store 1) Doesnt have narrow width shoes or ability to order them and 2) Trying to sell me a shoe that is not appropriate for my foot. I would probably go back again for running merchandise but definitely not shoes

Stopped in today to get some new running shoes and was blown away. My fit expert, Amanda, was excellent. Despite being busy and helping out multiple customers, I still felt I had her full attention. She was very knowledgeable about the products, made great recommendations and even got me to sign up for the rewards program, which I rarely do. I expected to get a running shoe but I ended up leaving with a full inspection of my feet, custom insoles, the most comfortable shoe I ever had. All in all a great experience and will continue to make my sneaker purchasing here from now on. Great company, great staff. Amanda absolutely crushed it, give that girl a raise!
