Incredibly helpful sales staff. Helped me find the right fit. Beautiful clothes at a fair price. Styles are on trend. I especially like the interesting patterns of the tops which get lots of compliments and allow me to stand out on zoom calls.

Just sat outside the King of Prussia store waiting for the store to open at 11:00 at 11: 05 I went up to the door and it was open walked in only to be told its not open yet. So I left and they lost my business.

Ted Baker in KOP (near Norstrom and Nieman Marcus on the first level) is well-stocked and offers fine clothes in many sizes, but the best part is their friendly, helpful (but not pushy) staff - which adds up to a terrific shopping experience. Helpful tip: Ted Bakers clothes come in European sizes, so make sure you know what size you wear before you visit.

The best brand that I have ever seen. They have the best quality of clothes.

My girlfriend and I were in earlier when we overheard an angry woman trying to get her money back on items that were past the window to get your money back. The store associates remained calm, polite, and courteous and offered store credit while they kept explaining the situation to the woman. She became more enraged to the point she began to threaten the associates, telling them she was a lawyer and wanted the district managers number. It was very sad to see someone failing to own up to their own mistakes and just except that you arent going to get your money back, but instead take it out on people who were just doing their job by upholding store policy. The team at this location is fantastic. They handled it as best as they could. This lady was out of hand. This store also has some really great quality clothes!
