Best shopping experience ever! All of the employees were so kind to me when I visited the store! They were helpful but not pushy, helped me find my shade without me even asking, and you could tell they were having fun AND working hard. I could have stayed to chat all day! I wish all make up shopping could be this enjoyable!

This is the best experience I have had shopping for makeup in so long. Every sales rep was extremely knowledgeable and personable and showed relevant products. I was so taken aback by how kind they all were and the reasonable price of the products is a huge plus. The store is also extremely clean and beautiful and neatly organized. I would 100% recommend shopping here and look forward to coming back next time I am in town.

Got a beautiful shade of blue eyeliner on sale as well as the Morphe X Jaclyn Hill Volume 2 eyeshadow palette! I cant wait to stop by again hopefully become a beauty influencer/new face of the brand one day! That would be a dream come true for me ❤️🙏

First time going into store since the opening. I was asked 2 different associate questions on this visit, they both were able to give me knowledgeable answers. In addition they were able to show and demonstrate the use of the beauty products. Definitely will visit again.

Beautiful and clean store with an incredible selection of cosmetic choices! The associates were friendly and very helpful. I felt like a kid in a candy store! I didn’t want to leave.

My daughter in law is a mua so we went into this store and OMG, the prices are so reasonable. I so wasnt expecting the prices they had for brushes and just everything we were interested in. Great buy!

The store is gorgeous. I have been in a few times now and always get amazing service. Shout out to Matthew who is always ready to answer questions. He has made some great recommendations. Management in that store must be doing something right. Keep it up!

Dont be intimidated to visit this store even if youre a makeup amateur!!Ive been to this Morphe store on two separate occasions and each time I received stellar customer service. They are always happy to help you find what you need. Kayla, the ASM who helped me, was particularly sweet and helpful. I had very little knowledge of what I needed and why. She was kind enough to teach me what brushes to use and why they would be best for my purposes.

I use a wheelchair and this is the only makeup store that is very accessible for me!! It’s very big and open so I can be wheeled around easily. The staff is very friendly and treats me so nicely! I’m so used to being judged for being young and in a chair, but these employees make me feel so welcome!!

Absolutely love this store! Just getting into makeup and learning about what products and brushes to use. Toni is AMAZING!! She took the time to help me find product, the right shades, she explained the whys behind everything and showed me best practices to applying makeup. 100% will shop here forever because of her!

Great staff! Greeted me once I walked in, told me about the current sales going on, and complemented my furry slippers! They also offered help on trying out any of their products.

There were only two people manning the store, and I wasn’t greeted at all. Both staff- while nice while I purchased items at the end- didn’t greet or acknowledge me the entire 10 minutes I wandered around the store (which seems abnormal since I have been to others and staff are quick to ask if I need help). The displays also were a bit messy- with excess shadow still in the almost all of the eyeshadow palette pans and tester brushes super unclean due to either use or who knows. The store almost seemed too big for the products, and due to the lack of people, seemed super unapproachable. The staff were both focused on two girls who were there both before I entered the store and were there still after I left. Me and a few other customers were completely ignored.

I LOVED this store. So clean and organized, i could find anything in a second. every single worker is amazing (i have been in multiple times now) and so supportive. Kionna helped me a couple times and absolutely killed it, she’s picked out the best lipsticks. Also, the prices r so good for such high quality products.

Customer service is amazing! all associates were so helpful and knowledgeable - i love this store!! sadell did an amazing job doing my cousin’s eyes and made good recommendations for myself and my mom.

I had a great experience here! Sadell was so helpful in helping me pick out my sisters Christmas gifts. She had me smiling the whole time. Plus I knew I could trust her bc her make up is gorgeous. It really the first time I’ve felt comfortable in a make up store! I will be returning for the master class because of this great girl.

We have been wanting to visit Morphe for years and we finally made it up to the KOP location! This was our first time in a Morphe store and we had the best experience. All of the employees were so patient with me as I asked about a million questions about makeup, brushes, etc. They were educated and obviously loved their jobs. My husband and I came at the perfect time too - they just got a restock of the Jeffree/Shane collaboration and we were able to get our hands on both of the eyeshadow palettes. The workers even took time to help me apply concealer and helped me play with my new Conspiracy palette. Shout out to employee Matt, the king of concealer matching and Kristen, the most patient teacher of eyeshadow applications 💜💜💜

Morphe in KOP is amazing! The product speaks for itself but the team was so friendly and Kionna was fabulous and made me feel like a pro by the time my shopping was finished!!

It was my first time ever going into a Morphe store and it was nothing short of a great experience. First off, they had the Conspiracy pallete in stock!!! I was greeted by the nicest employees, Matt and Katrina(I apologize if I got names wrong!!), who helped me and answered any questions I had. They were very personable and were able to help me find some better products so I could replace the ones Ive been using and wanting to change. I always find it hard to know which products to use or what works best since there are soo many options, they definitely made it easier on what to choose that is best for my skin and skin tone. Also, as a side note Matt had the most gorgeous eye look using the Conspiracy pallete, he has true talent!! Definitely will be returning soon!!

Best store in the mall. I met Jeffree Star here... this is the only store in America that you can purchase jsc and the staff is amazing!

Staff here is super friendly and warm, without being overbearing like some other shops. I frequent Ulta and Sephora but Morphe just became my new favorite! I went this past Monday (11/4) just to see if they happened to have the ShaneXJeffree Conspiracy Collection in stock. As expected, they were SOLD OUT of everything except for the mini controversy. My sister and I chatted with one of the employees, Jada, about the collection and bought a few other JSC items. About 45 minutes later we were walking past the store front again and heard the staff inside calling out to us, they had just gotten the Conspiracy palette delivered! We rushed in to buy it, and Jada was so sweet when ringing us up. She even said she was going to look for us in the mall on her break so she could tell us it just arrived. Now thats dedication to customer satisfaction!
