I was looking for a place to get a custom design printed on the back of my hoody. I called around and this place is the only one that would print on my previously purchased clothing. All the other places would only print on items bought from their store. I worked with the main guy, his name starts with an R, and he was very kind to me. He made the hoody look perfect and I am so impressed with his quick work. I will definitely be back!

I have used this place a few times and have always been happy with the results. I recently went in to customize two crewnecks as gifts for others. I loved them so much that I decided to come back and get another for myself. They were also very fast with the customization (within 15-20 minutes for my items) and were helpful in finalizing the design which is very convenient. I would recommend if you are in the area!

The only people I could find that could do same day pickup and with the clothing I brought in! And I called around, with people saying good luck finding that to me. The clothing I brought in had to be new. I really wanted to make custom sweats for me and my bf but not many custom places sell cropped sweatshirts. Anyways, they did it in an hour 😱 and it looks like I bought it like that! I drove 45 minutes to kop and I am glad I did! They were very nice and definitely know what theyre doing! It was $30 for both sweatshirts, for reference I just put 1 word on each sweatshirt but big.

Not eager to help, maybe you can have better luck. Needed company hats made for employees, said embroidery person was not in until next week. No effort to see what was needed or when. Both employees on the phone and did not see me enter.

This place is AMAZING. I have been to this shop a lot of times and I am always impressed. Every time my mind is blown away by the work that is being done at Custom Apparel Store. Their customer services, design ideas and how helpful creativity to design my items. No matter how busy they are they truly value customer service. I travel to come here from Delaware every time when i need Custom Stuff and I only can trust them. These are my last shirts that i got for Independence Day. KopTee is truly the best!!!!

KopTee helped me with all of the shirts and jackets I needed. Last time I got My birthday shirt from them. And just explained what i want and the lady who works there she made it so quick and easy. The work came out great in a reasonable amount of time. Even better, the designs were fantastic. In the future, I am going to order more from them. This place is awesome!

From the first day i came to this store, i enjoy it. They are the professionals. Especially the girl who works there, she takes it to next level of professionalism. She is patient and creative. They have all kinds of designs and colors. Thank you guys a lot. Most of the time my custom t-shirts and jackets becomes peace of art here. I have some picture i would be glad to share with. Sometimes it gets busy here, but the best days to come are Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, so you can get all done. But it is little tricky to get to store. It would be perfect if the owners explain how to get to store in Google. Thank you guys.

This place is amazing, they know everything about clothing. They do anything heat transfer embroidery pictures.It was my first visit and I can honestly say -this is great place that you can trust and get your item done by 10-15mints. For a custom shirt, the price was fair. Yeah, theyre cheaper off the rack. This is a great place to order a made-to-measure shirt. they have an exhaustive list of details and options (shirts, collars, monograms, designs etc). Not only did the sales representative give me all the style options, they explained a bit of what each style meant and represented. The service was friendly and informal. I highly recommend this store. and i will visit them again.

I find it hard to believe all these positive comments were written by real customers. I have ordered beautiful custom shirts online from Cafepress for many years and they have outstanding customer service. My husband bought me a custom shirt here as a surprise for my birthday. First of all the material of their tee shirts does not compare to the shirts from Cafepress. They are the type of thin cotton you get on the boardwalk. The girl who helped him, after looking at a recent picture of me that he brought and listening to him boost about his “busty” wife, advises him to buy an xtra-small COTTON T-shirt that honestly didn’t fit my grandson. I brought it back and at first I thought the customer service was so good that I planned on having a shirt made there next month for my husband’s birthday. Also my husband needs hats for his office so he was going to get them there too. We really value good customer service and we like supporting stores at the malls rather than ordering online when it’s possible. The owner and his son helped me to get a larger shirt although there were very few mediums and mostly white tee shirts rather than the choice of colors you see online but I settled on a large in white and figured my picture would spruce it up. They were having trouble cropping the original picture my husband used so we substituted another picture of my dog from my phone. I thought all was fine and left and thought it nice that they gave me back the tiny shirt with the first picture of my dog on it. The son joked that maybe I could just hang it on the wall because it was so small but I told him maybe my little 5 pound dog could wear it. As I was walking towards my car they both came running after me. Can you imagine? The owner actually took back the original shirt and wanted me to pay for it and offered to let me keep it at 50% off the regular price. Really sad and I will never go back. I’m not sure what they will do with a shirt too small for any adult with a picture off my dog on it. Almost reminded me of years ago when those salesmen would try to sell you portrait packages of your kids and tell you they would throw your children’s pictures in the trash if you didn’t buy them. A women who was watching stopped me and told me there are several customized teeshirt shops at King of Prussia Mall. This is the one near the Rite Aid. Hopefully the other ones have better customer service but if not try Cafepress online. This is no way to treat customers.
