I love this place & am probably in it more than I should be.Most of my jewlery is from here and it doesnt tarnish or get scratched. Looks as good as when Ive brought it. 💕

A staff called Tatiana gave us bad attitude just because I wanted to return something my husband bought for me. Very rude. Will never go back again.

Great service. Even mail to my home if I call in orders of what Id like so I dont have to make a trip to the mall. But, always friendly & helpful when I am there.

The girl working was so busy texting, that she didnt even acknowledge our presence. It wasnt until we were almost finished looking, that she asked if we needed help. If you can, go to the one at the Outlets in Limerick. Great jewelry and the best staff.

Im gonna take one star off just because of the service i received. I walked in the store to look at the exact watches i eyed online on sale, with 100% intention of buying it. When i asked to show me two items, the sales associate first words to me were are you buying or just looking? Honestly, a desire to buy anything from her was close to zero, and even though i loooved the watch, i did not want to buy it from that sales associate.

I feel sorry for the owner of this store. The Assistant manager named Tatiana and the worker named Eman were extremely rude when I went in to return a pair of earrings. When I purchased the earrings, they put the sticker on the earrings and they didnt clarifly what it was. When I tried to return the earrings next day, Tatiana and Eman said that the sticker was a security tag and cant return the earrings because I took the sticker off. When I got upset and told them that no one explained it to me and it should have been clarified at the time of the purchase. They were laughing silly and insulted me in front of my daughter with comments like, Can you read? and Do you know what exchange means? Instead of apologizing for misinformed store policy, they said they are doing me a favor by allowing me to exchange with different items with the same exact value. Even while I was browsing in the store, they were laughing loudly together after the conversation, falling to the floor under the counter and smirking whenever I would look over. They were offensive, uncaring, unprofessional and not representing the store properly. Never going back to this store.

Terrible customer service- the manager Pigen would not accept a return of a necklace I purchased in MD. She said it has been “worn” and it didn’t look as shiny as the one she pulled off the shelf???? I never wore it. Tried it on once at store and twice at home. I went outside to call customer service and they called the store and made her accept my return. She had no interest in dealing with me, a black women, but was very eager to interact with a white couple. I am a frequent online customer and I am in the rewards program. I will make sure I never give the store in KOP any of my money.

Awful experience. My brother and I got my mother a Mothers Day ring and matching bracelet. We had nothing but problems: stones falling out, clasps breaking, etc. It took us 6 trips to the store to finally get the exchange for a different set. We were told its fashion jewelry and its not meant to wear it everyday. Every time my mom wore the set, something broke. The manager at this store was not accommodating in the least, and basically just pushed us out the store saying she will get back with us later that week when she has time to call headquarters. Its unfortunate, because I use to love Swarovski.
