Brian and Michelle are customer service royalty. They helped me and offered all sorts of options Michelle did the monogram and they offered to ship since they knew Im in Delaware and didnt want to pay tax. Tumi has the best warranty for luggage in the business. Expensive? Yes! Worth it? YES! If you ship here you will NEVER regret in your purchase.

Horrible return policy. I returned a $280 bag and they couldn’t return the $150 cash I paid or the $130 on my credit card. They are sending me a check in the mail instead of refunding my money in their store. 10 days later still no check or refund from a high end store. How can you not refund cash or credit? They should have rushed this check to me next day for the inconvenience they created for me. Better make sure you want it first before dealing with this hassle.

Tumi does not stand behind their products they have a warranty that sounds good however they require that the person pay for shipping and send in theyre defective product and wait for a period of three weeks for them to send you a new product. I have the Moto mod power pack that also doubles as a case and this policy doesnt work for my situation. They refuse to send you a new product and allow you to send in your defective one once the new one is received.

The KOP store is a full service Tumi store. I have purchased 3 suitcases, a briefcase and a back pack from them (along with accessories).Everything has needed service (most have seen 500K miles in 4 years or less). The team here has kept my luggage running and done so in a very fun and professional way.For this reason, I only buy my Tumi gear from them or from United Airlines with miles.Customer service is the most important decision for me with luxury products and they deliver.

TUMI products are no longer high quality. They refuse to stand by their products that are defective. Be aware that this is now a fashion brand, not a brand for heavy travelers and people who need things to work. The staff were incredibly unhelpful and unprofessional.

Was going to order a bag online, but decided to check the Tumi store for one last look. I was between a Tumi rolling duffle bag and another brand. After working with Brian, he went through options on their magic wall and showing me different styles and ideas.I ended up with a regular duffle bag carry on that I love. It is perfect and fit my exact needs. It carried though the airport comfortably & slide into the overhead easily. It is the perfect travel bag for me.I love Tumi, this is my 3rd Tumi piece and not sure why I considered any other brand. Quality is second to none, Brians service & attention to details made a huge difference.Need a new wallet and going back to the store.
