I called to buy a new motorcycle. They took my name and number and promised a quick call back. I never got a call. Wont be doing anymore business with them.

I purchased a crf250f last year. The salesmen were super nice but about 2 months later the bike started to get false neutrals. I took it to service since I still had a warranty and they said it wouldn’t take to long. Over the span of 4 months I got nothing but excuses. “The parts are coming but COVID is making it take longer” When I was finally able to pick my bike up (4 months later) the paper work they handed me said it had only been there for 1 month.

They repaired a front tire air leak. Always friendly and professional.

Way over priced and the dealer we had was a douch - offering a childs bike for my partner

I was riding through headed to Kansas City and needed an oil change on a GoldWing DCT. Stopped to see if they could fit me in. In and out about 2 hrs. Friendly service.

Bought a brand new YZ250 from this place. I was shopping around between Vegas Phoenix Kingman and Bullhead. Kingman me the best deal.

Horrible attitudes I guess they dont get payed enough to be there any time I call or ask a question its like they are bothered they have to do something besides sell harleys.

Went to buy a rzr yesterday, everything was going well until the end. We get approved. Sales then said they sent it with an extended warranty added ( we didnt discuss that) which sales says at this point is OPTIONAL. He says the down payment will need to be more. We asked why, he couldnt say. Then we said we will buy it if we can have the original deal we talked about with no warrenty. He then sayshe talked to the GM and he says the bank requires the extended warranty LOL by law they cant require that. (they only require insurance). And now the down payment is more?We wont be doing business with you ever in the future. Customers I urge you to shop around. Im not a huge fan of sales people for this very reason, sneaking extra costs in that were not discussed and lying.. We know they will sell that machine, but we hope customers do their research. I had all ready figured out the payments and numbers you gave were not adding up. No loss for us, we have another one lined up just wanted to try locally first.

Management is absolutely horrible, worst Harley shop Ive ever been too, over priced even for Harley, The GM is a complete tool. Youll get a better deal from any other Harley shop with exception of Superstition in Apache Junction both are owned by the same person and equally horrible.

Very good people, and very true to their word. Im located in Scottsdale, AZ and i was working with Kyle on trading in my motorcycle. Of course i wanted to get the deal in motion before i made a 7 hour round trip to go and see it. We both came to an agreement over the phone and i made my way there. Upon appraisal of my motorcycle he found some things i was unaware of and i figured right then and there the deal was done. Anyways, He still held his promise on what we agreed upon over the phone. I was in total shock. Thank you Kyle and the whole route 66 motorsports crew. You are great people. I will be dealing with you in the future.

The knights of Columbus here in Kingman hosted an event at the Harley dealership and whatever proceeds people donated are going to be donated to charity. Everyone at the Harley dealership was awesome!

If you need tires dont come here. Unprofessional and will take a month if you dont complain. Then they act like its no big deal, if they fire Roy the service writer I bet they will have better service

Very disappointed with the sales Dept. After shopping around and getting the idea of pricing on models I inquired about a new 2018 standard model side by side they had in stock and was quoted a price higher than the 2019 deluxe edition offered from competition. No rebate mentioned even though it shows current rebate offered online. Very disappointed.

Tried to purchase an ATV here. Needed to get a short term, 1 week loan for about 60% of the price. After 3 hours waiting, they still didnt have everything ready. We left and purchased elsewhere in 80 minutes.

The people in the service department are amazing.You cant get better service anywhere else.

Living in Las Vegas it is a 170 mile round trip for service at Rt 66 (kingman HD). I recommend these guys as they are friendly and have an ability to diagnose and resolve problems that other dealers just want me to throw money at! IMHO they just dont get any better than Carl and David!

Tried to buy a bike from Todd. He was unresponsive. I had to continually follow up with him. He never emailed me the documentation promised. Big waste of time.
