Took my car in because it would not accelerate pass 3000RMS. I did research on this issue with my car while on the way to the this place (TNT). I read that it was probably in LIMP mode. My Nissan at 60,000 requires certain maintenance and that why it kicked into LIMP mode. I take it to this deal and to my surprise another Nissan Rogue Same year and model pulled in behind us with the same issue. They told me that they ran test and the only issue they saw was a “loose positive battery terminal”. But the same car behind me (almost exact same mileage had issues that I read about. They charged me $153.90 to fix it. So I go ahead and drive the the next day back home to Colorado (from Arizona to Colorado) and in the morning I have the same issues and my car kicks back into LIMP mode and the shop to me was a NISSAN dealership. I took it there and they ran there test and found the issue immediately. It was the same issue that the people had that pulled in behind us at TNT. I feel like I got scammed for $154. $154 to fix something that probably wasn’t even there and just an excuse not to fix my car because it was near closing time.

What a nice group of people. I was traveling alone and broke down outside of Kingman, AZ. I got towed to TNT, and even though they were booked to the hilt, they got on it right away. My car was fixed by the end of the next day, including ordering parts. They took me to my hotel and brought me back to the shop. Everyone was fun, friendly, and helpful - especially Wanda who runs the show! I highly recommend this team!

Thank you to Wanda Llardi this person is and was a life saver. My family and I were Traveling thru and broke down in Kingman Arizona. It so happened they were short staffed and would not be able to get to it in time. She went out of her way to direct me to a fellow shop to get it done same day . God bless this wonderful person. The lady at the counter was busy the first day we came in to schedule our appointment, we started off rocky, but she hit her stride and finished our scheduling like a champ, we just dropped off our car and hope the service and repairs are as good as our scheduling, will update after our appt is done.

They wanted to charge me more an hour for the same service if i decided to supply my own parts. When i inquired about how they could justify charging me more an hour for the same amount of work, the lady on the phone begin berate me about how i didnt need to supply my own parts. Wouldnt recommend.

I rate TNT five star ✨ s because I had a couple of four cylinder blocks honed thier. Bill the shop mechanic 🧰 is best at what he machines, and the woman thier in the TNT center is very nice.

They quoted me 500. On the phone, but then Im told I needed numerous things so the estimated cost would be over a thousand dollars to fix my car. 2 clamps and a new hose fixed it myself! Be careful at this place.

Wanda and Matt were wonderful, even staying an hour late to help me get things figured out. They really went above and beyond calling the transmission repair place that had rebuilt the transmission several hours prior to the car having problems again. They communicated with the people at that shop professionally and were definitely advocates for me!

Needed a 454 head resurfaced and they were able to provide same day turn-around at a lower price than other shops I called.The machinist, Bill, and his assistant inspected the block within minutes discovering a crack that I missed and was able to find me a replacement in house, immediately.After cutting ports and reinstalling the valves, the price ways still really sweet.The finish result was a beautiful head that is running perfectly.The shop was clean and organized. They have at least 8 large service bays, and the staff to keep them full.They worked through lunch to make sure I didnt have to spend the night in town while waiting on my part.Cant say enough good things about this shop.So, if you blow a motor on i40 trying to climb to Flag, have no fear.You can nearly coast back down the hill to a complete motor shop.Would likely drive from out of state if I ever need future work of this type!

This shop was absolutely amazing. Everyone that works there is so sweet and helpful and incredibly honest. They fixed my beloved vanagon and barely charged me anything for it. They never took advantage of how ignorant I am when it comes to vehicles like other automotive shops have done in the past. I am so pleased with the service and definitely recommend it to anyone.

They did a bunch of work on my old Lexus and the repairs were necessary and well done. The staff was competent, courteous and their prices were reasonable. They are my first call whenever one of my vehicles need serviced.

On a road trip and my car started over heating about an hour outside Kingman. We called ahead and tnt said bring it in. They were the nicest, kindest folks. Wanda was so kind, letting my son know what was going on in Tombstone this weekend and was just lovely. James figured out a fix and got us back on the road. We were driving through Kingman and started having engine problems (misfiring and warning lights). We were driving to Southern California and had many miles left to drive. We pulled over at just before closing time on Saturday. The guys stayed after closing and were very deliberate in their diagnosis. They indicated that we could keep driving. The total repair was $100, for the diagnosis. After planning to rent a car to get home and deal with the concerns of having a major repair in a strange town we were so relieved. It is really great to find an honest mechanic like the guys at TNT.

Went in to replace a ujoint and fix a fuel leak. They made the fuel leak worse and refused to install the ujoint unless I replaced the whole axle. So that 200 dollar job turned into a 1500 dollar job. My truck left in worse shape then I brought it in and Turned out my axle was fine. I would like to thank TNT for almost setting my truck on fire because of there work. Do not go there they will drain you to your last dollar and they do not know what there doing.

Do not go here, these guys are vultures on passing through cars. Do not go here unless you really really really have to. Car broke down, I went here, I suggested what the problem was, ...3 days later and $1500 after making me replace stuff that are insignificant, they find the problem that drew the price only $350 more at the end. So...they got me for $1500. These people are a scam....if youre desperate, they will get you. Run for the hills or get a second and third opinion.
