Went in for batteries...came out with 8 of them for my affordable solar system. Because not everyone has $1000.00 per battery from solar companies. These last just as long if maintenance is done.

Decent prices, but took 2 and a half hours for an oil change with only a couple people ahead of me. Staff was nice enough but pretty slow. Overall not terrible service, just could be faster. No other complaints.

Scott, the Auto manager, was great help in getting my new tires put on immediately after having major problems with Walmart.com. Continually told me that my order cancelation was stuck in processing and kept extending the delivery date if the tires. Well, tires had been at Walmart 4 days after I ordered them, yet Walmart kept telling me the tires had not been delivered yet. Their actions caused me to drive on 4 hakd tires, with one having a nail in it! Until I actually complained to the local store manager, nothing was being done. He put me onto Scott, who took care of canceling the order so I could order different tires that were in stock.

They dont answer the phone!!! Went to big O tire instead! They got us in and out. Great job guys thank you!!!

I went in to get an oil change done. It was a long wait but I was fine with that. I was called up and told to wait in line when my vehicle was complete. I waited another 15 minutes in line and when I got to the front counter to pay Robert told me that I need to go to another line and that this line was for service only. I said I was told to wait in this line and that I wish I was told before waiting so long in this line. He then pointing to the back of his POS that said service only. I said I did get a service and I am just trying to pay for it and he repeated that it was for service only and gave me a tone of attitude. I again said I did get a service done and this is where I was told to wait. I asked for his name and he said Robert. I asked for his last name and he said you dont get that. I asked to speak with his supervisor. I told him that Anthony had done a great job even with the long wait he was nice and professional but I had a terrible experience with Robert and that I wanted him to know. The supervisor looked at me and started to walk away and told me to have a nice day. I usually like this place but Robert made this a terrible experience.

In and out in one hour and four new tires. Arrive early, and be done early. They also offer quick oil changes, and other maintenance services for those who are traveling through Kingman, and need routine maintenance to your automobile. They are friendly, and you can browse the store, or eat at the in store McDonalds while your auto is worked on.

Absolutely useless thats how I feel about the employee that attempted to help me today I brought in one of their batteries that was no good after having it for a few months he tested it and found that the machine said it needed replaced which of course I already knew so he looks from his register where the batteries are and he says well I dont see it over there lets keep in mind hes about maybe 50 ft away from them so at that point he says I cant help you youll have to get a battery from someplace else. So I asked him to call another location that wasnt far from where I lived and he said I dont know their number and I cant look it up. First off I know better like I said in the beginning he was completely useless.

Very upsetting experience. Recently purchased a vehicle and brought it to Walmart to get a high mileage oil change, a new battery, windshield wipers, and an air filter. An associate sold me on the headlight restoration service that they offer. I located my vehicle in the parking lot and was excited to see how the headlamps came out. The headlamps looked good and then I noticed damage to the bumper underneath the headlamps. I drove the car up to the entrance and asked to see a manager. Informed the manager of the damage and took pictures. Had to get estimate to repair damage and return to Walmart and submit a claim to the insurance company because the amount to repair the damage was more than what the assistant store manager is allowed to pay out of the store.

I found everything that I was looking for and the customer service was print and friendly.

It was fast and easy customer service was great.

They have opened up in kingman, on a restricted schedule. There hours at 8-6 seven days a week. Always very helpful and curtious lines can be long due to only store in the area but Kingmanits know this

I went in 30 minutes before closing for flat repair. Turns out I needed a whole new tire. Well you cant just buy one tire. I got four new tires. These employees went above and beyond. Worked well past their closing time! Thank you!

Best place to get maintenance fluids for your auto and cleaning fluids, among other things. The biggest problem is people park in the auto parking lot to buy other then auto items. They let people check out with much more items then it states. They only say ok Ill let it go this time. So they keep doing it!

Negligent staff, rude managers who allow customers to harass other customers for just minding their own business. Steer clear of Barbie she is a horrible example of what a Walmart manager should be. She put her hand in my mothers face and raised her voice when I asked her to handle another customer who was harassing my mother minding her own business talking to me on her phone to help me find her in the store. Shame on them for allowing this to happen and making matters worse. I called in a formal complaint when I left. Walmart has the duty to protect its customers even if that means protecting them from another customer.

Friendly employees but it took 20 min to get help on getting a tire.

This place is listed as a tired shop, buts its so much more... Its home to me. When I walk through the beautiful automated door and feel the cool breath of air against my face I know this is where I belong. The staff is always helpful and able to get me what I need.The most shocking thing about this tire shop is that they have an entire Walmart super center attached to it!My last note is to why Im only giving this tire shop 4 stars instead of 5. The bathrooms are just bad 78% of the time. I would really appreciate it if would you improve the bathroom numbers a bit so I dont have to be scared for my life, bathroom 3 out of 10

Check to make sure you dont have an oil leak after an oil change.

They didnt do what they charged me for. I paid for a pit crew which was supposed to fill all of my fluids. They didnt fill my washer fluid.

Ran out of my synthetic blend by one quart substitute with regular high top motor oil. I should have had a decision choice. Still satisfied with the service

There was only one person taking work orders. This meant that their shed was always 1/2 empty. Not good when the store is full and people are waiting over 45 min just to be seen.On a side note. Walmart policy is that tyres can only be put on in the size recommended by the cars manufacturer. It sucks but the main issue with this is the fact that its not clearly advertised in the store.

The biggest waist of time. Walked around for an hour after dropping my car off for 2 new FRONT tires after spending a half hour with the paper work only to go check on the progress and then they tell me they cant sell me the 215 because it calls for 195 I tell em Ill just go some where else and I go to get my car and the back tires are off.. These people are so backwards its unbelievable went into buy tires after talking on the phone with someone had it all set I get there and they tell me they cant install the tires on my car because the door sticker I tell them I have after aftermarket rims as I told the lady in the phone who said it didnt matter and the guy tells me he cant install the size I need wast of time Im done with Walmart completely I shouldnt have to beg to give my money to someone

Bad costumer service by telephone, waiting more the 25 minutes and nobody answer the phone, in person at the tire center it take for ever to be attended to sign in to change new tires and then I had to wait more then 2 hrs until they grab my truck, but they was taking other cars after me into the shop. I talk to the workers and they get offended for me been complaining.

I was next up for an oil change. In and out in under 30 minutes. They even vacumed the floor. Good job!

Quick at changing the oil and I also asked the tech to kind of give my viehicle a once over. He was honest and didnt try to upsell me on un-needed services.

Cashier allowed men to cut infront of me... When I mentioned ot to the cashier, he simply said hed be with me in a minute. Just thought overall it was an unpleasant experience.

This shouldnt get a star. Me an my husband were driving got a flat, came in by tow truck but was told it will take 3 hrs until being seen. Just after the woman said it will be shortly. Which i believe is construed as misrepresentation.Then The employee that they have on the tire deck in a the yellow, green vest is rude and extremely rude he also failed to remain professional throughout the transaction, which I believe can be construed as breach of care and negligent representation of the company. This is the worst idea of an auto service center I have ever seen!!! Get in line to set up service - along with several people just checking out. And then get in line to pay after the service is done - along with several people just checking out!!! I only rated this one star because I dont know how to rate no stars!

WOW. The most useless tire shop, and most incompetent collection of people. I brought in a dually and I needed all six tires for it, so they look it up on their system and they say they have 7 of one brand, and 6 of another. Come to find out there are five of each, so I get two of one and four of the other. After an hour of idling and BSing. One tech comes up and says they cannot do it today because he was going to be left alone after 7. I got there about 6 and told me I was the last in. So I park the trick over night and head home 40 miles north! Was not happy.Come back the next morning, they open up late. Then they double check the cancelled work order, and vehicle. Turns out they do not have the tire size, and they will not put on the tires I had set aside from yesturday. So they cannot help me at all. There are a complete collection of morons with a bare understanding. This is by far the worst tire shop I have seen. A+ on incompetence, and skilled staff... AVOID THIS PLACE...
