These are some of the rudest people ever met in my life the people of the counter are snappy you asking for parts and stuff they get snappy tell them you got to wait two or three days to get something I do road service myself I just come in to get parts to see if I could get help from the other shops in town not very nice I wouldnt recommend nobody to go see these guys they have a bunch of young kids working for me they dont know what theyre doing the milk per labor for no reason

Yesterday, we found ourselves on the side of the road 25 miles outside of Kingman Arizona with no power steering. This company totally saved the day! They actually brought out two tow trucks. One for our Ford F-350, and the other for our 34 foot long toy hauler. I cant say enough about this company! They were so kind, courteous, and and made us feel very calm in the midst of a very stressful situation. We cannot thank them enough. I want everyone to know that if you are stuck on the side of the road you will definitely be taken care of by this company. We were so lucky to have found them!

Being stranded on the highway with a 33 foot motorhome in temps at a hundred degrees is not fun.As soon as the dispatcher answered my call she put me at ease and showed she truly cared. I was able to take a deep breath and feel all would be okay .I was parked at Adan repair shop by another employee who was friendly and set me up for my Monday morning appointment. Short Bus saved me when I was stranded and went above and beyond at ensuring that I was taken care of not only for getting my car towed, but also lodging and meals. I have free towing service through Hyundai, but this was well worth the fee as it was so much more than just a simple tow.

My Brother and his Wife broke down on their way home from a funeral. They were 37 miles outside Kingman AZ going back to Spokane WA. They came out and hooked the vehicle and towed it to the shop. After tow, parts and labor to get them back on the road it will cost only $650.00 which is very reasonable. They even received a discount at the hotel they stayed at due to the vehicle being worked on by D&G. The company went out of their way to drive to another city and pick up the part to get them back on the road 3 hours sooner than it would have been if they would have waited for the part to be delivered. Thank you guys for the amazing service you provided my family.

RIP OFF is the best way to describe these incompetent mechanics. A friend had his car in there and their diagnosis was that it was a transmission failure. My friend told me what it was doing and I knew over the phone it wasnt a transmission but a broken axle. I called and talked to them and they wanted to do a bunch more diagnosis to confirm it and I declined more diagnosis. I picked up the car with a trailer and the axle was twisted up under the car, (very obvious). Then they wanted to charge me $45 to help me put the car on my trailer. I gave them too much money already. I winched the car on myself. Wouldnt ever go back.

My diesel pickup broke down outside of Kingman. They came right away, got parts, and had us back on the road in 3 hours for a very reasonable price! Everyone was great to work with and very friendly.Definitely call them for towing and fixing the problem!

EMPLOYEE BEWARE- DO NOT WORK FORTerrible management, struggling business. Hires good family men and treats them terrible, money is also terrible. -And when you cant afford to work for them anymore they will likely keep your last paycheck for any reason they can muster up.

I have never had to call a tow truck until today. My husband and I were driving a 21 year old truck and 5th wheel from California to Missouri when we broke down within eyesight of Kingman. After Allstate Insurance wouldnt answer our call, we googled a towing service. These guys were on it! They were amazing! Towed the truck and trailer to their lot, their mechanics got the truck figured out and we were back on the road. Hands down the BEST customer service Ive ever had.

D&G auto is awesome! Went to Arizona for a funeral and my fuel pump went out on my vehicle on our way home. Talk about added stress and high emotions. I had my 3 month old baby with us plus a car full of family that rode with us. Crunched on a deadline to get my aunt home to see her cancer specialist too. This was the only tow service that was open after 5pm. They quoted us a fair towing price and also had a shop! They said they could have someone to us in 45 min and could fit our large group. Jeff the tow truck driver showed up right on time! He took us to an affordable hotel around the corner from their shop and had them discount the price even more! Jeff even took us to our room and helped carry our luggage in!!! The next day Jeff (tow truck driver) showed up to take us to the shop. However the hotel agreed to us having a late check out since our car wasnt ready. Jeff took our luggage back to our car for us! What a great guy with quite the personality too!!! Thanks Jeff! We were informed that it would take longer than anticipated as the part was being delivered later. After explaining our situation the mechanic used his own vehicle to drive to another city to get the part. By doing this it saved us 3 hrs! Thank you so much! They let us hang out in their waiting room with the comfort of couches and a tv for the remaining time. When all was said and done they put the cost for everything on one bill and gave us a very reasonable price. They not only went above and beyond with excellent service, but they were fair in price and have great employees!!! I would recommend this company to anyone and everyone! You guys ROCK!!!

D & G towing saved me and my wife. We were stranded 40 miles out. They had a truck out in 45 min as quoted our driver a fellow by the name shortbus went out of his way to ease the stress of our misfortune. He towed our car to a shop, took us to a motel he knew we could afford, and even helped us unload our luggage. Needed another tow the following day he picked us up, took us to the car towed us tow the dealership. He waited a good half an hour for us to get situated then took us back to our room. The whole time he was entertaining, funny, and someone I will never forget. I have never been treated like that by a tow truck driver excellent service.

My uncle had his van towed in to their shop and diagnosed to have a bad transmission. He didnt have the money for the repair so I came and picked up the van and rolling the van back me and one of the mechanics noticed it was banging, we looked under it and saw the axle was shattered. I asked them what the $70 diagnosic fee was for and they said they sat in the drivers seat and put it into gear and it made that noise so it had to be a transmission. If they would have ACTUALLY looked at the van they would have seen the axle and we would have paid them to replace it and been on the way, but instead he had to get a shuttle back home and I had to drive 600 miles to go pick the van up. Total lack of doing their job and they still say it was a bad transmission even with the other mechanic seeing the real problem. They wont do anything about the diagonsic fee. I will NEVER go there again.

I respect someone who walks in a bank with a gun more than these people. They are no better though. I hope the law catches up with them soon and shuts them down. This shop charge a lots of money. my truck broke down and this shop came for road side service and told my driver cant fix it here. they call highway patrol so we have to tow it to there shop. they fix the truck and the bill was $400.00 but they add the roadside service that they didnt fix and towing, total amount $1500.00. they are too expensive for roadside service and towing for 20miles.
