Frequent this store quite a bit. Staff is always friendly and willing to help. Have been there 3 x in the past month and were out of the items that I needed. Was a bit disappointed. One comment. Company policy is that you need to wear a mask. No issue with that. I did see 2 customers come in and be extremely rude because they refused to wear one in the store and loudly told everyone in the store who were wearing masks to F-Off and that they were being sheep. Unreal. They handled it professionally. Sad.

Every time i been here they always tell me the wrong thing. also girl with the bright red hair is MEAN. your job is literally to help customers and tell them what they need/should do you work at a BEAUTY SUPPLY STORE. ITS YOUR JOB. PERIOD. dyed my hair the way they told me to (i asked MANY questions) and i look like mrs claus. one star only because the store is clean and everything is well put together.

Sally beauty is a great place to shop. The store has a great team who work together to provide excellent customer service. They help you find all the right products from hair color, everyday hair care products, skincare to Nail polish. They have awesome sales and the employees there make sure you always get the best deals and coupons that fit your needs. The store always looks clean and very organized.

Store is well stocked and organized, employees have wonderful service, and work together as a team. SALLY is a great place to get salon quality items for half the price, also open to public for those who dont have a cosmetology license. They also have a wide variety of items from hair color and make up, to nail polish and earrings!! Love the clearance sales!
