I love this place for lunch or for dinner. The crab cakes are the best along with the luncheon steak special. Dinner has never disappointed myself or my husband. We continue to recommend this establishment with excellent customer service even when they are short handed.
I think that Hoochs is the best thing that every happened to the Kingman Chophouse.See because there was an hour wait at Hoochs we went tonight to the Kingman ChopHouse. We found that the prices at the Chophouse are so much higher than Hoochs. However, the food and service were good so Im going to give it a four start rating!
Kinda pricey but good food. My wife loved the salmon. Will go back but not often because of the prices. $48.00 for lunch for two. She had salmon and I had a chicken wrap and a beer. Service was ok.
Food was great!! They were short staffed, so we had the bartender (Dustin?) as our server! He was awesome!! (Never acted like he was pressed for time). He always had perfect timing with our courses & was very helpful with advice (since we do not live in Kingman). Definitely an employee that helps your business to SHINE!
I always love a good steak. Being from Vegas my mom and brother raved about this place so we went to dinner here. Very inviting and friendly atmosphere. The service was acceptable and friendly, even during the dinner rush. The food, however, was extraordinary. Ive gone to lots of steak houses and the ribeye here was one of the best Ive ever had in my life. Definitely will be coming back.
Been here a number of times and until a few nights ago, had pretty good experiences at the Chop House. Arrived on a very busy night, and we were seated promptly. Then we sat, and we sat, and we sat. While every table around us was being served, we just sat. 20 minutes went by and we still hadnt even ordered drinks. The waitress looked at us, and walked past us multiple times, but didnt seem to want to wait on us. So we left, went to Cracker Barrel, had a great meal and left a huge tip for our amazing server. If you want an okay meal, with below average service, then the Chop House is for you.
The food was good but Im rather disappointed in the dishonesty. I paid for a couples check ( just doing somthing nice). My little one needed to use the bathroom and what do I see?! But the table had a bill and cash at the table.... Thats really inappropriate of the server pocketing money I already paid. I do not plan to attend this restaurant again because of this.

Noisy, low class atmosphere, (reminded us of Dennys), way overpriced. Our server rushed us through our meal. I guess they are under orders to turn the tables as quickly as they can. This was our first AND last time there. $100 for two steak dinners? Really?
The food was soooo good! My husband had filet mignon and I had grilled chicken. All was excellent. The sirloin chili was very good.

A hair on the pricy side for what it is but very good. Appetizer was good, salad was great, prime rib was good, and baked potato was great. Will be back. Glad to have a decent steakhouse around here.
Great place to eat my husband and I are from Tennessee. There was no waiting, was seating right away, drink order taken quickly as well as order. Food was Great!!
The service was good, but the food was absolutely terrible. This Chophouse has far more of a bar setting than a nice restaurant. The food presentation was shocking. Our $100 (total bill) steak dinners were presented like a plate of dog food. In addition, the spinach dip was very greasy. We expressed our displeasure with our meals and they did nothing to correct or credit us our meals. Fair warning if you are looking for a nice steak dinner.

We had the Porterhouse steak medium rare with baked potato and a salad. Cabernet wine. Our hostess was Michelle and since it was my sisters 70th birthday it was to be special. Everything and I do mean everything was outstanding. Fast friendly service, bread, wine selections, sides and appetizers. I would like to comment on my steak it was tender enough to cut with my butter knife, the taste was out of this world and it was cooked perfectly (medium rare). My thoughts were this is the best place in Kingman to have steak. Yes your going to pay for it but it will be worth it. Thank you Michelle and staff you made my sisters 70th one of the best.

Overpriced for the quality. They were out of the appetizer we wanted, out of buns for the pastrami sandwich one of us wanted. They said had to recook the salamon because it fell apart during cooking and then it came out under cooked. The rib eyed steak was rare when ordered medium rare had to send back to cook longer and the chopped steak was well done when ordered medium. To get the food took to long. The waitress was friendly needless to say we wont go back.

Food was ok, not as good as it should have been for the price. The dining room was extremely noisy, very difficult to have a conversation. I was glad to get back outside to the relative quiet of traffic.
AMAZING FOOD! The seafood portion (salmon and shrimp) actually TASTED fresh! Their warm bread and butter are absolutely the tip of the iceberg. Make sure you top off your experience with a FRIED NEW YORK CHEESECAKE 🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤
We stopped in because our hotel recommended it. The food was ok but not the quality of what the cost was.Most importantly of several employees that I saw exactly zero of them were wearing their masks over their nose. Comfortable masks over your nose are not that hard to find.As a customer, I would appreciate that employees would wear masks correctly in order to protect me. I wear a mask to protect the essential worker because I know how important they are. I buy food from restaurants to help them stay open and their employees have an income.
Really good restaurant with excellent food and 10/10 service, the steak was probably the best ive ever had and the waitress was really fun and had a good spirit, left a good tip!

Its amazing with how phenomenal the food is, and the amount of people who flock here for the food. That it is occopanied with such hostile and inconsistent service.The reason for my 1 star is the service. In all fairness I have been here and the sister location Mohave steak house several times AND LOVE THE FOOD! but whats missing at the chop house is Adequate management and service.Tonight was the topper the fact they closed early and denied me and my party of 5 service after they accepted my reservation several hours prior. The loud hostile shorter not so skinny lady that was Completely not understanding. She constantly diverted blame in our conversation the chef Chris to close the doors. While not understanding the fact that we drove 35 minutes keep our reservation they should have called me. I plan to make every effort to let the owners know the level of service I received this evening I look forward to your response.
We were returning from the Grand Canyon and we’re running out of time. We looked for a better clover place to eat before it got to late. The chop house popped upon our search and seemed Perfect. Our servers were very friendly and accommodating. My son and I ordered the New York steak and my wife went with a vegetarian burger. The steaks were good and my wife enjoyed her veggie burger. Our meals also came with a salad, bread loaf and butter. My wife also had sweet potato fries. The bread was sort of a sour dough but it lacked flavor and the sweet potato fries were limp . A meal is the sum of its parts. $34 plates should be hitting on all cylinders down to the bread and even simple fries. As we were only visiting the area our business was only coincidental but the chop house should take steps to ensure every meal reflects their best.

Yesterday my family came here to eat. For some reason a waitress took it upon herself to deny my child her food because she didnt speak to this waitress. My daughter has a disability and can not speak. For a waitress to take it upon herself to decide shes not going to feed a customers child because she didnt speak to her is unacceptable. Ive never had to worry about something like this happening to my child. This is the first time at all something like this has happened withy daughter. And then the waitress has the nerve to get mad when she was complained about and didnt finish the table. I work in the food industry and the temptation to have this place smeared is great after this situation.
Tried the crab cakes and gumbo soup for appetizers, they was awesome. Then even more impressed with the T Bone. Highly recommend this place.

First thing I ordered was there salted caramel apple cocktail advertised in the lobby. I only took one sip and I could not stand anymore and had to I send it back. The waitress was very kind and was gracious enough to replace it with a glass of Cabernet for me.Next I ordered their best steak, the Delmonico, medium-rare after seeing the beautiful one in the display that was about 7/8 thick and with a lot of marbling throughout the cut. What I received was a medium, half inch thick, unseasoned steak. There were three different sections of this Delmonico steak and only one of the sections was tender. I never send food back so I ate the tender part and force down the second part with salt horseradish. The third part was too tough to eat. Sad for a $41 tab. I will compliment the staff, they were excellent and there was some interesting pictures on their walls.Frankly, ribeye cap steaks from Costco cost about $13 and are twice as good and twice as tender off my own Grill.
Unbelievable experience for our late lunch. Very friendly and attentive servers, great food, very reasonable prices. Would definitely come back if were back in town.

Excellent filet mignon, cooked medium perfectly! Great random lunch choice as we passed through Kingman, passing a myriad of chain restaurants on the road in order to get here,we are glad we did! I also tried some of the berry salad with raspberry vinaigrette, it was on point and the berries were fresh, the chicken tenders were made from scratch instead of out of a freezer burned bag and were also delicious. I love it when we get it right and choose quality restaurants like this gem of kingman A+

I got the prize black hair IN MY MOUTH !I ordered a lunch steak, which wasnt the worst piece of meat Ive ever had, until I tried to get a bite down after having picked a U shaped hair out of it a bite earlier. The help barely checked on me or the other 3 tables in the joint, or theyd have heard about my hairraising story!So when the bill came, I doled out the exact amount, took a photo of the hair on a napkin next to the bill, and quietly left.Until Google wanted to know about my experience,... finally some concern from someone.

We paid $70 (market price) for a surf and turf. The lobster tails were rubbery. One of them was cold. The steak was overcooked, dry and seasoned with lawrys. We waited appx 35 minutes to get our food. The salmon I ordered had good flavor, but it was over cooked also. They started out great with the bread, the chili and the appetizer, but the rest of the experience was more than disappointing. Won’t be back.

Flew into Vegas from NYC for business in Kingman.There is no shortage of high end Steakhouses at home. Checked reviews and decided to give this place go. Service was Stellar with Apps and Salads served promptly. I chose the Mojhave Ribeye and the Mrs chose the Delmonico. When my Steak arrived my NYC trained eye was disappointed to see such a thin cut of meat.......my eyes deceived me as the flavor of this steak was outrageous ! The wife was equally pleased with her Delmonico. Highly recommended

Our salad and bread came out fast. It was fresh and tasted wonderful. Our steaks were tender and cooked perfectly. Lisa was our server. She was very busy but efficient and attentive to our needs. We will be back. Highly recommend the steak chili if its available as a soup choice.

Great place. Food was excellent. Our server Adrian was on top of it. He made sure we were well cared for. The only issue was very minor but if I dont mention it it cant be changed. That is the incredibly delicious spinach and artichoke sauce appetizer only comes with a tiny amount of bread to dip in it, Adrian brought us more, but for 4 adults the beginning amount of bread was silly. But be assured that tiny imperfection Wii not stop us from going there again and again and again.
