I will never shop at this store again, I never received an order I that wasnt delivered.. I message them and they said theyd look into it, never heard from them, then I message again and they was suppose to send me a refund check, well 2 months later and I still have not received a check... Now I no why they are going out of business...

It was a great shopping experience; nice variety of different items to look at and choose from like bedding, kitchen linens, personal care & sports items. The customer service personnel were also very helpful: a plus when shopping in a hurry. JC Penneys: you will be missed in Kingman, I think. Always a more pleasant & quieter atmosphere than most other stores. I will definitely try and go back before doors close. Thank U for serving us with class.

This store is in the process of liquidating its stock because its closing. There are a few good deals left, but not a whole lot of variety in the store. its worth going just to see if theres something available that you need, but it wont be there for long.

I love our Pennys. Im heartbroken that they are closing it. However, they do have some awesome deals going on right now.

Just left JcPenny, they false advertised then the manager came up into my face yelling at me the customer when all I did was ask for what the price was on the sign. She then made a snide remark about me being a plus size person. Please do not support JcPenny, let them go under. Watch out for the pricing.

We never have any problem in finding what we need, my only problem they need to carry more black and white popcorn, and they also have had a red jar of popcorn that is the best, they dont have a lot of hulls👍good for old folks 🤗

They have the shirts my son needs for work. They also have a nice sales rack in the back for those cant pass up bargains, lol.

Good selection of some clothing & footwear items considering its the smallest J.C. Penney Ive ever been in. Like many stores, their implementation of attempting to restrict the spread COVID-19 is uneven and a little ridiculous. I.E. in order to hold and look at a watch from behind the jewelry counter, you must use a hand sanitizer, first. Yet, there are dozens of watches that are not behind the counter that are available for examination without using a hand sanitizer. 🤔

Enter at your own risk on a Saturday sales event with women. Men dont have a chance...lol

Was doing laundry next door and decided to pass by JCPenney to kill some time. Store was nice and neat. Very clean. Staff greeted me right away and ask if I needed help looking for something or if I have any questions. This is what customer service is about.

It is busy but well organized. The salespeople couldnt be nicer. There are so many things that are discounted. Although I have seen larger Penneys stores, their selection is quite good.

Never been impressed with JC Penneys though 45 plus years ago I got my boys baby and school clothes there. I dont shop there at all anymore.

Goid selection for older people and kids. Not so much tween and young adults. Huge clearance section. Service was friendly and thurough.

Everything was overpriced to begin with....sure, take 70 to 80% off and youre still overpriced!!

My better half was going to a wedding in Mexico and needed a few things for the trip. He was able to buy a pair of slacks, a pair of Levi button fly jeans, a pair of swim trunks, and 3 dress casual shirts. The place was clean, organized and the staff was friendly and helpful. Parking was plentiful and we were in and out very quickly.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. The childrens clothes were over priced even with 50% 60% and 70% off and they werent very appealing. All name brands. You pay for the name. Jewelery was nice.It sold at an average price with 60%off. The store was festive and neat.

The employee was rude when returning luggage saying WERE NOT TAKING RETURNS BECAUSE WERE CLOSING, until I informed her that I purchased in Mississippi and then she took my receipt, refunded my money and said HERE!

I shop frequently at JC Penny in various locations. The store in Kingman is the smallest by far, it it’s a decent store.The reason for the 2 star review, Rosa the assistant manager. She just hovered over my whole transaction telling me I can’t use this & that coupon, rude, unprofessional.I’ve been shopping at JC Penny my whole life.Rosa is not helping the company by any means.

Considering the size of the establishment, this is Great place. They offer a wide variety, for a relatively small JC Pennys.

The only place in Kingman to buy good quality clothing. Seems the best time to shop at Penneys is on the weekends when they usually have great sales.

I worked in a JCPenney Outlet Store up until that closed in 2013. When we went out of business we made sure that our store was packed full of merchandise. They closed all the remaining outlet stores back in 2013. Sad to see go though.

My size 38x30 was not available so I left the socks and underwear and went elsewhere.

Needed links out of my watch to fit. Called first (just to make sure if they did that) came in a nice lady whose older did it in about 10-15 mins because mine had a different catch to mine...others may be quicker..(other watches she may get done faster) very nice,quick, and price was perfect. 10 bucks! So happy with how my watch sits on my wrist now. Thank you! Already reccomended my gpa to come get his watch done!

Bought pair of bundles of socks.Very satisfied with purchase,except ended up having to take a bundle back for refund. Took a couple of days for them to credit my account. Other than that its all good.

Very rude assistant manager her name is Rosa. Despite of buying stuff worth $2200 she was extremely rude and kept bothering all the time. Worst of JCP ever.

Smaller from what Im used to but good store

I love the updated clothing options this location offers. They also offer great deals. It is a bit messy and scattered about. However if you take the time you can come away with a deal.

This is my first time visiting Kingman and this store. It is small but roomy with a portion of everything I find in the larger stores. The staff was friendly and helpful. We visited on Columbus Day so it was half off the clearance. All stocked up for next season!

The checkout girl was great but I have asked repeatedly in the last five years Ive been a member for a long time of the card but they never mail me any deals to take any coupons nothing I dont get it. Staff was blah and card reader wouldnt take my AMEX. The sale prices were decent on some things, though, and my son did find the type of joggers he was looking for. Overall, a so-so visit...kinda like purgatory - not good, but not really bad either.

No wonder they are going broke. Service is beyond terrible. Prices are out of whack with quality. I had not been there for years and now I remember why.

Expect to wait. They do not use the rear service desk to pick up orders from online orders, you have to wait in line with regular customers. Not customer service. But in general, love JCP.

Miss the low prices but always a very nice store.

Really small location. Not exactly sure how or why it is still open to be honest.

Its hit and miss in this place. Sometimes a great selection, other times a bust. Prices are fine and while we appreciate the sales, coupons, and discounts, its rare that we can ever truly figure out how much were spending because of the combo of those things, ahead of the checkout process!

I like the styles and quality of the merchandise at this store, and everyone is always friendly and helpful.
