Service was good and quick. In this hot weather, it was blessing to find Baskin Robbins on our travel route.

I mean it was okay. ive had better, but this was good. i had quite an enjoyable time here. the seats did have a smell to them, but other than that, my experience was okay. would recommend to a friend. i personally would go here again with my family. 4/5 stars. good job

I would give them zero stars but I’m not allowed to I got here at 15 minutes before closing and the gal had already closed and locked the door and refused to open it and take her order that is no way to run a business shame on you.

Normally we have wonderful experiences at this location, sadly that was not the case this the store was dirty with sticky floors and the employee was rude and unprofessional.

Hours were updated a week ago and employee who doesn’t want to work won’t serve me on my birthday. There store hours on door day ten and so does google. The business itself updated the hours a week ago.

I. Love there ice cream.

Excellent customer service. Have been there several times and every time we agreed to a smile and a very kind welcome. Everyone is very quick to serve us and answer any questions we have. They have been super friendly with using their mobile app that just came out, which is a big deal for us.

I have been to many Baskin Robbins. And I worked at one for years when I was young. The atmosphere here is great, and the place is clean. The exceptional customer service rounds this location out as a good place to satisfy your sweet tooth

My kids love going here as a treat. They always love the flavors and they like the free samples. Everyone is friendly and helpful, the store is clean, and the menu is great. My 7 year old gave it 8 stars out of 10: he thinks it needs a craft station and a video game station as well.

Great fresh ice cream. Wonderful customer service almost every time. Only drawback is the sticker shock ice cream is so expensive.

Went there for their ice-cream cakes, as we always get the one from Dairy Queen, but we wanted to give Baskin Robbins a try. Their ice cream cakes are good, but not as good as Dairy Queen. Baskin Robbins also has some other treats, and they are great!

The employees are very friendly and have great customer service skills. The ice cream is absolutely delicious and if you havent tried the cherries jubilee then you need to..its the best one they have. Great place to take your family. You gotta try it!

Have gone a couple times, ice cream is good however I have noticed in the summer time the ice cream seems to be crystalized a little so not sure if thats cause of the warmer weather. Either way staff has been pleasant enough

To be honest I had walk out because the worker just came out the bathroom and did not wash her hands after going back to work and not only that’s but she didn’t even put gloves on and touch the ice cream bear hand!

Small place in a small strip mall on one of the busiest streets anywhere. Typical BR. Ice cream was fine. Service was normal.

The place is pristine clean, the staff is friendly, fast, and very helpful. The ice cream and banana splits are worth the price. High quality and excellent customer service . Better than homemade and the staff cares.
