Great customer service my cashier signed me up for the rewards card and saved me a tidy sum on todays visit and yall carry the kind of cat food my kittys like for less than other places

Food was bland and the woman who served me was rude and even raised her voice at me because she was trying to charge me $31 instead of the $16 l was to pay. Really wow.........

We looked all over Kingman for a couch that wouldnt break the budget. We found a beautiful couch that was half the cost of even the used furniture stores. The sales lady was awesome. Not pushy or intrusive. She was a delight. We never even thought to look for furniture there. We were amazed at the selection. A big thanks to the locals for steering us in that direction:)

Be very careful when buying bag dog food or cat food, it has small moths and larva in it. Youll see it down the aisles, I worked there I stopped buying dog treats for dogs..

Friendly Staff, good location, easy access. Clean and well stocked for a variety of articles.

I buy my Geisure spring water for $3 a case. Lowest price anywhere.They have other things at great prices, good price on snacks, like kettle corn popcorn etc. Lot of there stuff is over stock seasonal items, so some things you cannot get all year around. One if my biggest complaints on this company, always out if the products I like to buy. Otherwise, this would be a great company, good prices in furniture.The staff is friendly, but the checkout is slow, they have enough people, most are usually stocking shelves. This is one if my huge pet peeves, waiting in line to get checked out. I am handicap, I cannot walk or stand for long periods. But to wait 15 min inine with 4 customers ahead if you is very poor serviceThe last time I visited, the checker call for help, about 8 people in line. No body came, this bothers me, when they do not care about customers getting in and out if there stores. No wonder they are not busy.I would imagine the good stores are carrying the bad lower volume stores. A Failer in many businesses today. Its called growing pains, no district managers to observe why some if stores are low volume.Just sit and watch any company, how long it takes to pay for your merchandise. It tells you a lot about how well a company is run.Why do you think Walmart is so huge, its funny, why many businesses do not learn from there competition. Wow, could I make a company grow and successful, if I was running it.

A place to find groceries marked down plus things you dont normally see around here. Also good deals on patio furniture because I see a lot of people buying sets.

I always find something interesting at big lots

The store is just like any other Big Lots. The staff are horrible. I had taken my daughter shopping. She has just moved into her very first house so we had a large order.The entire time we were checking the clerks made comments about the size of the order and how they had other things to do.They cussed under their breathe causing my daughter to get embarrassed and leave the store
