Had the Part I was needing and the employees seemed a little more knowledgeable than in other stores. Recommend this store for parts if you need them now. If not order o line and save a lot of money.

Staff seemed nice enough. Although, they seemed a bit nerved about the amount of customers at one time. But, it didnt seem like too much to me. I was returning a core, and it was smooth and painless. Bought some other things while there. And, the guy that helped me then seemed nicer than the employee that handled my return.

Terrible. I bought a fuel pump for my truck that costed me more than 300 dollars that did not work. Brought it back to the store and they would not return it or admit that they sold me a defective part. Said there was nothing I could do. Ordered one from Amazon for 80 dollars that was better made an was driving the same day. So i strongly urge an recommend that you use Auto Zone or even Oreillys Auto Parts. I thought it was just the Advance in Clover SC that always sold me the wrong parts or wasnt much help, but apparently all of them are trash. Dont waste your time or money at Advance!

My son was stranded 500 miles from home after the jack fell over and he couldn’t install his spare. I used an app to locate him and I called this store since it seemed that was closest to him. I spoke with Brett and he went above and beyond to help my son with this issue. He also called me later to confirm wether or not my son was back on the road.

They are rude here and look at you crazy when you asking for help and act like they cant do anything to your car at all...theres need to be a sign for the public on the doors and walks explaining what they can only do to your car to help you! That would be very helpful and most definitely better customer service!!!!

I recently went to this store to purchase a fuse for my car. I usually go to this store because I have purchased here before and was helped by very nice TALL gentleman who replaced my windshield wiper. This day in particular I could not find anyone working until I went to the center of the store and I saw a short man hunched down behind the counter behind the plexiglass at the computer. I ask him for his help on purchasing a fuse where he proceeded to look for this on the computer. He asked me if I knew what color it was and I told him I thought it was yellow but I really wasn’t sure what I was looking at. He proceeded to tell me that most people bring the fuse in when they need one so I said well, do you need me to go out and take it out so that you can see it? He said sure. As I walked out the door, other guy came in at the same time and I noticed he had left his car running directly beside of mine. As I’m under the hood TRYING to figure out which fuse it is to pull out, the guy that was helping me “find” the fuse in the store comes out with the guy parked next to me out the door he proceeds to help the guy next to me, He NEVER asked me if I found the fuse just walked back in the store to help this guy that came in AFTER me. I closed my hood, got in my car and left. I went to AutoZone which was right on my way home. When I walked in, I was greeted by two females that worked here. They were both happy to help me find the fuse that I needed. I ended up buying more than the fuse in which I intended to purchase more than the fuse at the other store but of course no help from advanced auto employee of the year so you’ve lost my business. NEXT time a woman comes to your store, you MAY want to consider helping them FIRST. We do spend more money which in turn helps your store AND keeps you employed!

Brett Sullivan is such a great resource, worker and a pleasure to visit. Brett works so hard to give concise and helpful info and recommendations.He is a value add to this branch and the main reason I frequent the location. A shame that is not the standard for the service/retail industry

I am somewhat a regular in there since my 14 model year old Tahoe is slowly but surely needing new parts, one annoying piece at a time. Whenever i go in there, i get greeted with a smile and they always, always, always provide above and beyond customer service. I will give a shout out to Miss Jessica who recognizes me by sight now and always appears approachable. Knowing that anyone going into an auto parts store will most likely be irritable, she goes out of her way to remain professional and set me at ease. Great Job Kings Mountain Team!

Clean, courteous staff. Parking lot is odd. Its a corner lot making it difficult at times to pull onto hwy 161 or business 74. Their parts are priced competitive with the other auto parts close by. If the part is not available inside the store, they will order it and call you when it arrives. We highly recommend you call them first thing and NOT wait on their call.

I absolutely love advance. Great Store manager and other members of staff. They always have what I need and they definitely address me by name. They are very helpful when theres something I cant quite figure out about my vehicles on my own too. Great prices and incentives. Very trustworthy. I just wish the had a garage behind the store where they actually worked on our vehicles.

On my way to Charlotte a check engine light came on, so I decided to stop by this Advance Auto Parts and check it out, as I do know they can scan the codes for free. The staff here are nice and helpful. However, the reason why I have it only for stars is that I wish they had some better scanners. The scanner did give out some codes, but they were not too helpful.But overall, I do like AAP and quite often I buy from them.

I finally got my parts that I ordered online after going to two (2) two different stores. 30 minute pick up ... HA ... more like 2 hours. Oh, and they hadnt even pulled ANY parts before I got there! This is completely different from any other experience Ive ever had with Advance Auto.

Needed a battery. Was installed for free. 0nly regret is I didnt check Wal-Mart where I now know I could have saved $40. But I got what I hope is a good battery and was in and out in 20 - 30 m minutes.

January 16th 2020 I was in this advance Auto parts in Kings Mountain Im in the parking lot now I was in here twice today this is the second time the first time I was here I spent $120 on transmission fluid and filter just came back up here theres three guys maybe four guys working well let me rephrase that theres three or four guys here only one guy is helping customers the other guys are doing something with inventory and not helping anybody I stood there for 20 minutes finally had to leave it at AutoZone
