Always have liked Boost I wasnt there for myself but still got good deal and great service for a family member.

Very helpful at this store cant speak for others but metro wanted 40 for a basic case and glass and went into boost(I dont even have service with them) they gave me 10.00 off and got a better phone case& glass for 28.00 so thank you boost mobile

If i knew what i know now,boost mobile wouldnt of been my choice,to set up a payment plan, i found out he has no address to make a payment to, he wants to have the freedom to take out the payment from my social security check every month. Thats not the way I pay my bills, so i come monthly to make a payment, that sucks.

It took a little while to get activated but I love Boost Mobile. 100% in Kings Mountain

Their phone in their service is very bad Im with them and Ive had my phone over a year and they wont do nothing to fix it

Very rude and unprofessional service. Tom who I spoke with on the phone while inquiring about transferring my service reassured me quickly with his snide and unprofessional attitude that i am not the least bit interested in changing phone providers for the simple fact I would not want to have to go in the store and waste my time to even engage such an individual that provides poor customer service. I hope Boost offers exceptional and outstanding cell phone service because they are definitely lacking in customer service in the Kings Mountain office. You think a mans that has made his career choice to sell cell phones would have adequate and professional phone etiquette. Shape up Tom.....they have computers that do your job every day, and actually the computer does it better.

Be sure to make sure you get the family plan for $100 a month they have so many different prices going. Even though they advertise four phones
