I love coming to this location...but I feel like over the past 5 months it has really gone down hill. The past few times Ive gone, my drink has been made wrong and Ive either had to reorder or just drink what I was given. For example, I ordered a venti tea and there was one tea bag in my cup...I basically was drinking a $5 hot water. It seems like most of the employees are high schoolers who prioritize hanging out with their friends instead of work. The customer service is fantastic but the drinks lately have been very disappointing.

I ordered with Cassie, I got a salted caramel cold brew add sweat cream foam, they forgot the cream foam and they put no caramel in my (salted Caramel) cold brew, so they said they would remake it. Then they gave me a plane cold brew with salted caramel cream foam🤦🏻‍♀️. Like come on sis.

Is fresh coffee plus they have a variety of stuff that you can buy even flowers they will have them on sale sometimes but I love their coffee!

Youve lost me on this one first of all let me tell you about my encounter with Starbucks, my husband and I drove truck as a team,we had a load for California and frank drove while I slept, we had a deadline to reach so midway frank got sick and I took over I needed coffee so we stop at a Starbucks something new, I had a few sips and got a headache you wouldnt believe, that ache stay with me all the way to our destination it had a bitter taste to it. frank also felt the same, something about the coffee bean.and every time I see a Starbucks I can feel that headache without having a sip

They stop giving out free simples of your choice and I wish the customer service was better it was great in the beginning When they first opened!

Ross is AMAZING! You know your Barista is excellent when they know your coffee order by your car!!! He took the time to make sure my order was correct on a previous visit and remembered it...LOVE IT!

Staff is very friendly and will make any specialty drink you’d like but make sure you call ahead if it’s around 8 because if they’re not busy, they will close early.

Usually pretty slow, order is always correct, so that’s all that really matters.

Unfortunately i dont drink Starbucks coffees. To much of a good thing is a bad thing and in my case id bounce off the walls like Jim Carrey in the mask. Its awsome though.

Never was I greeted at all, but, the people behind were hum??? Then when I ordered my drink the young lady behind the counter huffed and did a eye roll, lets just say I walked away said a prayer for her cause shes she need Jesus ...Rude, Attitude, just crazy....

Just tasted a little off to me compared to the one in shelby i go to quite often. Just seems like they dont put next to any coffee in it.

I always order regular coffee whenever I visit a Starbucks. To me coffee is very strong. Lemon pound cake is awesome. I think coffee is a little pricey and way too strong. Overall a nice little place to get your latte or cappuccino on.

Not as friendly as it use to be. Guess they are not in the Holiday Spirit.

They never get your order correct. You can order the exact same thing every day and it will taste different each time because it depends on who is making your item. And way too pricey.

I shop the Starbucks inside ingles i am not a big coffee drinker but when i do on Saturday or Sunday early its only a few miles from my house.not into the specialty beverage i only buy the regular coffe and am a fan of the varanda blonde roast packs a punch for caffeine lovers.service is always great and quick and fresh.

Located inside Ingles supermarket in Kings Mountain. The staff is friendly, but the drinks (Iced Carmel Macchiato) never quite taste the same as they do when I get them from a standalone store. Maybe its just in my head...
