I realize this is a gas station and there is little to expect but I bought a ridiculously overpriced box of hot pockets here which had mold on both. This is disgusting and a waste of $5. I will be bringing pictures of both and a receipt for a refund tomorrow. The “freezer” for frozen goods is clearly WAY under temperature and out of regulation. As soon as I opened the box I could smell the mold. I called several times and no one answered the phone. (I would like to add that once after the fifth time of calling someone answered the phone she was nice and tried to be helpful but being that I am third shift, I was not willing to come back to the store at 2 am, which is what she suggested)

Returning from vacation, stopped for gas in RV. 75.00!! Needless to say it was tight between pumps. We got in there but concerned when looking our exit. Asked manager if he could help us out by moving his car so we could get out easier. He said NO!! Was in middle of something and was not going to assist. What a RUDE person!! No customer service. His name is Rick White!! Do not stop there!!

SUBWAY Manager Marty extremely rude and arrogant has no respect for customers or co-workers and language was un acceptable had no right speaking about anyone or other coworkers especially in front of customers.ill never eat there again as long as this Marty character is still employed scotchmans in general is a wonderful store no complaints I hope upper management is taking the nessessary steps to make this subway as enjoyable as the rest since my experience I have herd of 3 others experiences similar to mine I hope he is held accountable for his actions subway is a place I like to take family And friends . Must be a positive environment

It was the rudest most awful customer service Ive ever experienced!! Was turned away because of my temporary ID, its a legal document that is acceptable everywhere!! No where does it state that you do not accept them!! Then my husband was turned away too even though his ID is the regular one. The cashier was beyond rude, will NEVER go there again!!!

This store has new employees as well as new assistant manager there are being changes which takes a little time.

The person that was turned away for a temp idea, look it up. A temp ID is NOT ACCEPTABLE.
