Extremely friendly. I had a little mishap ordering online, they didn’t have my item in stock and quickly reached out to me to find a replacement. They were nothing but amazing and gave me an awesome cup for my troubles. Even though it was no trouble at all! I will be doing much more business with them.

Yall do not go in here unless youre ready to spend money! It was GREAT!!! We couldnt get enough of the stores and brands we love. They have the most selection of southern brands available. We will make a special trip to this place any time.

I have worked with Patriot Jacks a few times (personally and professionally) for custom Yeti cups and each time they amaze me with quality and speed (I am located in Charleston, SC). I highly recommend them for one-offs and larger bulk orders. Thank yall for your amazingness!

Meh... Sells a sprinkling of all the trendy brands without sinking into the technical gear for outdoors. They can outfit you for a high school football game or to look cool at the mall, but if youre serious about outdoor pursuits this aint it. You can walk in and say I need a Patagonia trucker hat with a big logo and a Costa sticker for my Jeep ... Got you covered.. If you ask to see the medium weight synthetic thermals or a good backpacking stove youre going to get the blank stare.

Clean and well organized. Prices are a little steep for me. Look for sales and you may pay normal prices.

Warning to anyone ordering with time sensitive orders. They DO NOT perform. When I say time sensitive, I mean like presents for holiday giving or putting on your shelves for sale. I am an irate customer for failing me on both accounts. My orders were in and paid for before their self imposed deadlines and I should have had my order days before Christmas and Im still waiting after Christmas. There is no fixing their failure and I will take my business elsewhere because apparently a 3k order is not worth simply meeting expectations.

Great place to shop. The staff is friendly and helpful. Love the selection of Yeti products that they offer as well as the custom colors, monogramming, and engraving. They are great gifts for everyone. Highly recommend.

My wife and I stopped in at the recommendation of a family friend. Were both glad we did! They have a huge selection of a surprisingly large variety of items. They even have custom powder coated Yeti products that are truly one of a kind. Nothing short of amazing, in all aspects.
