I probably could have done most of this online, but I initially wanted to visit my local store to “shop local.” Didn’t realize how many advantages there would be. I left the store with my new phone and watch with all my information transferred to the new devices. The ability to have a pleasant customer service experience almost disappeared during the fakedemic but it never left this store. Thanks!

Kim did an amazing job juggling customers while working by herself. She was friendly, knowledgeable and got us a great deal. I would give a 5 star review if employees had more support to help them do their jobs better and more efficiently.

My first experience was great this morning however this guy opened the store, me and another man went in, the guy never said hi and never acknowledged us Im never going back again. Both of us said hi to him and he never even looked at me something is wrong with him.

Arthur @ Kingsburg Verizon store went so above & beyond the call of duty. Thankyou thankyou thankyou for making me feel like the most important customer Verizon has & for fixing all my account issues - people like Arthur are the reason Ive been with Verizon for almost 30 years!

This place is one of the reasons, Ive stuck with Verizon. The staff is generally friendly and knowledgeable, although it often requires a wait as they can be quite busy. Over the years theyve had some top notch people, but lately not quite as much. Since it is the only place in Kingsburg where one can walk in and get help with a phone problem, they seem to stay pretty busy.
