When it comes to groceries, around here there are no shortage of choices. Shopping at Publix, though, truly is always a pleasure. The specialty counters (the butcher, the Baker, the candlestick maker - ok, maybe not the last one) are always friendly and happy to answer questions and help solve your culinary quandaries.

They werent sure if my cake was ready at 4pm 10/24 but after 2 reassurances they found it.....ok. I paid online, had the reference number and the e-receipt,asked if I had to do anything at the register to complete purchase and was told no I was good to go. Got to the register and was told my cake wasnt paid for. After 3-5 mins of very mild exchanges I found my e-receipt in my email about 2s before the saw PAID ONLINE printed I the box slip. It was an honest mistake... But I was still embarrassed nonetheless, because I have worked retail and have seen ppl try and pull all types of scams,so naturally I felt I was being viewed as such. No hard feelings but it was a very uncomfortable moment for me. Although, the lady in the bakery and the lady that bagged my groceries were very polite and attractive well spoken and well groomed females that did not act out of character. I guess Ill be back I love the chicken so damn much. AN HONEST REVIEW.

In over 30 years, I have never had a bad experience at any Publix. Friendly staff, clean stores. Nothing but love for Publix!

I have always had a pleasant shopping trip here. The store itself seems to always be clean and organized. A sufficient number of checkout lanes are typically open. I prefer having a cashier lane but I have never had to wait long for a line. Look for the BOGO deals to make your grocery money stretch farther than normal.

This Publix has the best service up front and all around. Everyone Ive encountered was ultra-polite but in an actual genuine way, not like theyre faking. Clean store and deli. I really prefer to shop here.

Always clean, always stocked, even when other stores shelves went bare. This is my go to place for good quality meat in Kingsland, but I really wish they had a better selection of produce other than just organic. I know, to not want organic is odd, but I dont want to pay organic prices on produce.Their deli sandwiches are the BoMb and worth the wait in line!

Good relief from the other grocery stores. It is a little bit pricey, but usually a much less stressful shopping experience. The 4 stars is because of the usually. I have had some days where you could tell the employees wanted to burn the place down and customer service was terrible. Everyone has some bad days, but that doesnt happen very often there. So I would still say its probably one of the best options in the area if you dont mind the convenience pricing.

Service was amazing as always! The ladies making our sandwiches in the deli was super nice and and delivered great customer service! We will return. The pharmacy was also really accommodating and i really appreciated it

Very nice grocery store with a wide variety of items. When ive made requests for some items I didnt see, Publix management has taken the extra mile and supplied these items. Im happily surprised honestly.

Stopped at this store at noon today to get a few grocery items and decided to grab a sandwich at the deli.As I stood in line waiting for my turn to order. I watched the Employees making sandwiches.I noticed one female employee making sandwiches with a mask under her nose . And another employee coming from the Restroom back to the sandwich station and putting on gloves to make sandwiches without washing his hands.This in my opinion is very poor food handling. And I certainly could not order a sandwich after seeing this! I certainly hope management gives the employees in the deli a refresher course on proper food handling.

This Publix is clean and employees are friendly and helpful. They are usually fully stocked. If you come for Wednesday $5 sushi, however youll need to get there early because they sell out quickly

Always a pleasure to shop at Publix. I was in and out even with it being busy. Clean store and beautiful produce. The plums and nectarines were sooo sweet. My daughter says the watermelon was really sweet too.

Very clean store! Lots of fresh produce and fresh meats. They have a wide variety of products to choose from. If you need a cake, they have some of the best !

Its a very nice store, we shop there regularly. We received our booster vaccines there this morning as well. It was a snap to schedule an appointment.

Very nice store and its in a very convenient location for me, just a couple minutes from my house. This is my main grocery store and I like getting salads and chicken from their deli. The only issue so far is that they seem to run out of inventory quite a bit, but perhaps some of that is due to the pandemic.

The store is really clean and looks well kept. Staff is friendly as asked if I needed help when I spent a little bit looking for something. Bathroom was clean and the area where the carts are kept was organized.

Publix is one of my favorite places to shop. The experience is always on point. The produce, seafood and meats are always fresh. I only get my cakes from here. They always go above and beyond to make sure you get what you need.

Arguably, the best grocery store in Southeast Georgia. Definitely the best produce with organic and local farming contributions readily available. Plus Green wise is a super inexpensive inhouse ( Publix) organic brand.

Used to be the best bakery in town. Now you need Magnum P.I. to find someone at the counter and they stopped making most of my favorite bakery items. Getting as bad as Walmart but twice as expensive.

Publix in Kingsland Ga never fails to impress me. It is the epitome of all Publix super markets. The employees are always friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The store stays busy, yet you never have to worry about long check out lines. From start to close the store is clean, shelves are fully stocked, and the food is fresh.

I do my shopping online and pick it up most times because its easier than taking my two small kids in to the store. There is only two curbside pickup parking spots at this location and the past few times Ive come to get groceries both spots were taken by people inside shopping. I dont get mad at things easily but Im over this. This store is always packed so its hard to find somewhere to park in general but the fact that management doesnt do anything about it makes it worse. I also sat there waiting on my order and watched a manager help an elderly person put their groceries in his truck knowing he parked in a curbside spot.

I have never seen so many rude workers in one spot! Especially a Publix!! Prices were all wrong when I got to the register. The cashier was having a fit... Threw my Tomatos. I wont be going back there!!!

Publix makes great sandwiches and the fruit selection comes from Heaven. My girls and I enjoyed dining in and enjoying the premade sandwiches, yogurt and fruit. You couldnt tell us we werent in a restaurant. 😊🤫

Great workers, but this is a very busy location due to it being the only Publix in Camden County, GA. The store should be expanded, and more workers should be employed in the deli department. Get to the store early if you want anything hot.

This is a great store! But whoever the guy is doing sushi is rude. I’ve greeted this guy many times and he never says anything, just looks at you. He’s not the friendliest.

Had several big items at checkout. Anywhere else they can use scan gun but here I have to read off the item number on every single one for them to type in? Time consuming and just plain dumb. Cashier was rude and started scanning next person stuff while my stuff was still sitting their to load into cart.

Pretty good service rarely mess up pickup order however the instacart sometimes add random things that were not on your list. But otherwise the instacart does decent.

The staff was attentive and have great customer service skills.

Terrible managers and few employees. I went to Publix on may 9th 2021. The manager banned me from Publix for no reason, saying that I was in the store for multiple hours and also said I was there trying to start things. I wasnt even at the store for more than 20 minutes! Terrible staff making up false accusations.

I enjoy going to our local Publix here in Kingsland Georgia 31548. Everyone that I have came across there are so nice and polite, well manner and always greets us customers with respect... Their subs and hot and cold delie are simply out standing. I highly recommend them here where I live.
