Kristina has amazing customer service and is very helpful. If you need help with your phone go see her. She is great at applying screen protectors and is gives honest feedback about phones and accessories.

I went in asking questions about how much my bill would be when I switched to this company. I was told that they could get my bill down to a certain amount that I was looking for. After I was reassured that my bill would be this said amount that I had agreed to.. I get my first bill which I know was high but I didn’t expect it to be as high as it was but then came the second third and then the fourth bill. And each time I went to the store I was told the credit hasn’t hit for trading my phone in which after I looked I seen that it did. First they signed me up for the most expensive plan there was so I didn’t understand how my bill would be the price I wanted with 2 elite plans. I got fed up with getting no help at this store I went to the yulee location. The gentleman there was able to figure out exactly what was wrong. When I asked the kingsland location EXACTLY what my bill would be each month after EVERYTHING…they clearly lied because he did not once mention that I would be paying almost $50 a month for damn insurance which in my opinion is RIDICULOUS.

Kristina is rude, doesnt wear a mask, and has a child (also without a mask) in the store all over the furniture. I understand life happens, but at least be nice to people.Staff also told me conflicting information which cost me money

Representative (Marissa) was rude to other customers with many customers in the store listening. Laughed about it when the lady walked out of the store and asked others “Was I rude?”. Also spoke about Covid vaccine opinions with customers and used foul language with customers during discussions. What should’ve only taken about an hour ended up taking 2.5 hours in store. We were told accessories were buy 2 get 1 free but got charged for all 3. Representative did not even notice until I told her something was wrong. Was told to come back next day for a refund. Very dissatisfied with service.

Christina is rude. I went in to pay my phone bill and to buy a new phone at my most recent visit until she was so rude I changed my mind. Very unprofessional, unpleasant and seemingly could care less to earn a phone sale. I was trying to understand pricing and familiarize myself with key benefits of each phone and what price for each phone to make a decision and she was truly very unhelpful.With each question she became more unpleasant than the last. Normally the employees are always so helpful, caring and seemingly happy to help. Maybe she had a bad day. I’m not sure.

I recently upgraded my iPhone and they made the experience easy and convenient for me.

The representative, Jesse, has a horrible attitude. He wasn’t friendly at all. I mean from the time I walked in the store he had an attitude. This is not my first bad experience at this location. After reading another bad review about this same Represenative I know for sure this guy just simply has horrible customer service. This is my very last time coming here. I would rather drive to Jacksonville.

I was surprised to find this store as EVERYONE in town told me I would have to go to Florida just to have a face-to-face to have questions about my old 900 rollover plan and option I can make to it without truly changing it. Well I went in with my dog (a Southern Black Mouth Cur) and as luck would have it I was met by the Assistant Manager Kristina, she was knowledgable, affable, and attentive to all my requests. As time went on and I knew that I would be time resource heavy I let other customers be helped while a waited. In time the traffic in the store subsided and I was also helped be the Manager Chris, this gentleman was able to pickup right were Kristina had left off and guide me through all the possibilities with my current plan as well as newer plans. These two are a credit to the At&T family and their Customer Service was Second-To-None! These two would be an asset to any establishment in my opinion and AT7T are very luck to have them. Regards

Superb customer service, instantly greeted by Assistant Manager Kori Harris. She was the only associate on duty and I watched her handle multiple customers (some not so nice) with ease. She was calm under pressure & extremely professional- even when some of the customers were unnecessarily irate & rude. She was also super patient with a different customer who did not understand her phone plan- even though Kori politely explained it numerous times. I drove to this store from Fernandina because the stores in my area do not ever have anything in stock- especially SIM cards. After the fantastic experience I had with Kori at this store, I would gladly drive back and bypass other AT&T retailers. I highly recommend this store- particularly if Kori is working!

I came in for a technical issue with my phone. Kori helped me resolve it without making me feel like a hassle, and also saved me money on my wireless bill by doing a bill analysis for me! I have never been to this location but I will drive an extra 15 minutes to come back! She was very professional and genuinely wanted to help me.

The store was extremely clean and the knowledge and assistance of the assistant manager Kori was superb to say the least. Although the store seemed rather full she was able to manage and assist all personnel in there with tremendous professionalism and an incredible attitude troughout the whole purchase. Could not be happier. ASK FOR CHRIS O (The manager). Came in to inquire about swapping to AT&T from Verizon. I wanted the FirstNet service that AT&T has and setting up my acct had some hang ups. Chris cintinued to work on my acct after I left the store and called me when all was said and done. All that was left was for me to do was come in and sign my paperwork. Chris got me an amazing deal AND to make up for the delay in setting up my service, he was able to get me some amazing add ons. If you are looking for service with AT&T I highly recommed asking for Chris!

I initially went in to get a 16GB of the SE, but he helped us decide that the 62GB would be a better selection for myself. Left very satisfied and he made the whole process very easy. We have been in twice to upgrade and have had wonderful experiences both times.It beats the drive to Yulee or Jax.So thankful we have a local store that we can walk in and ask questions.

Worst customer service experience ever. Long story short Chris and the manager ( no name tag, but a big muscle-y guy) were extremely rude and trying to make a deal and push us out the door the entire time. When I tried to ask questions and clarify the deals Att was offering they made me feel stupid and dodged the questions. We had a trade in phone and were offered a crappy deal until we went to the Jacksonville location where we received $300 in trade in incentives that were never mentioned by these idiots.Please dont waste your time with these rude guys, take the 30 min drive to Florida and save the hassle. I hope Att sees this and replaces these two employees trying to short change their customers.
