I have been using CVS pharmacy for years never have I had a problem until yesterday. I pulled up to the drive thru and the young lady came to the window. Told her I was there to pick up my prescription. I told her I only wanted a month worths then she disappeared. Then she got on the Intercom and said she does not see my prescription that was ordered for me from my dr. That I need to call the dr. I asked her if she was talking to me. This is one of my medications that I get all the time for the past 10 years. She said yes you said you wanted amoxicillin I was like what are you talking about. I never asked for amoxicillin. I said I am here for my gabapentin would like a month worth. I sat there for almost 10 minutes when I decided to go in. When she told me that she could not give it to me in a month worth. I explained that I called on Thursday and I was told I could get a month worth. I told her that is not what I was told. The pharmacist would not interject and try to solve the problem and the two assistants kept on arguing. One of the assistants yelled at me said we’ll you are the one that orders it in three months. I am I am not the one that orders my medicine. I know my dr orders it in three months was told to call my dr and tell them to change it. Now in the past I have been able to get my medicine monthly so I am not understanding why it was a big problem this time. I will be changing pharmacies due to the lack of customer service this place has now. Very unprofessional and lack of caring. I have been a customer for 10 Years.

Most incompetent pharmacists ever. I told them my doctor was calling in the prescription but they didnt answer the phone. My doctor left a message but they dont check the messages. I waited a half an hour before they told me they still hadnt heard from my doctor. Called my doctor and they said they called half an hour ago. Doctor waited on the phone while i told them to check the messages. They checked the messages and didnt even bother to tell me they got the message so my doctor was waiting on the phone for ten minutes for no reason. Lady was very inattentive and unresponsive.

My new health insurance a year ago required that I switch from Walgreens to CVS. In that year I have had terrible service from this location. I was embarrassed as my medications were broadcast over a large crowd of people because I could not hear the pharmacist through his mask with his back to me. I have had outages where they couldnt supply my medication. But worst of all they never answer the phone if you go inside youre going to be stuck there for a half an hour or better waiting in line amongst a bunch of other people and most recently yesterday following my emergency room visit I waited so long in the drop off line that I gave up. So after test-driving dish CVS location for a year and two months in order to get away with them I switched my health insurance coverage to somebody else thats how bad this CVS location is. The last 2 times I have gone to pick up my prescription I have been told it wasnt ready, and advised last time its not auto refill. So today I called to check before driving there to be told to come back in about 30 minutes. They let me know it was ready and rudely hung up the phone. If you dont like your job please find a new one. That is very terrible customer service... if youre having a bad day youre not the only one dealing with things. Have manners and better customer service. After all thats what you are paid for.

At around 715pm today the 24th of April an employee who said her name was Elizabeth was missing from the store. The store was absent of any employee and customers were unable to get assistance or check out. As the line grew we began to walk around the store checking all over for someone. Every isle, the back, the bathroom and finally the office. When I knocked I waited and there was no answer. So I walked back to the registers and finally she emerged from the office extremely confrontational with a horrible attitude. She came out asking did someone knock on the office door. When we began to explain to her that we are unable to check out do to an error she cut us off and was saying it’s because of the weather and who knocked on the office door. An off duty cop tried to diffuse her attitude and explain to her that we were actually worried about her and didn’t know if we needed to call the police because no one was in the store from what we could see. She said she was in the office watching the cameras and she was fine. Idk what was wrong with her or where he attitude came from but she then began to be very disrespectful. You could see her mood was only getting worse and she had zero intentions on actually providing customer service. Two customers walked out after her outbust and refused to spend money in the store due to her. I’m not sure what y’all’s store policy is but I’m sure she did not follow proper protocol when speaking to customers and leaving the store unmanned. I strongly request to be contacted and get some sort of resolution as to how this employee is going to be handled.

Heres a tip for you CVS not all customers want to use the new self check out machine. If I have to check myself out Ill take my money elsewhere. Came in there today around 5:25 and walked up to the counter and waited for an employee to check me out, nobody never came. It was an employee in a red shirt close by he didnt even acknowledge me. So I left the merchandise right on the counter and walked out. I will be canceling that care membership as well. I noticed that since they got a self checkout nobody is at the register anymore. I will take my money somewhere else.

I am currently on a prescription that causes excruciating withdrawals which you can die from. Their system was down yesterday, so they were unable to fill it and I was out all day.I called this morning, and they said it would probably be the end of the day before it’s ready since they’re so backed up. I explained my situation, and they filled it instantly!!!! A life saver. Thank you CVS.

The prices are too high at CVS. The customer service is poor. They seem to be bothered by their customers. They dont like it when you try to use GoodRx. I just waited like 5 minutes on the phone and they just hung up. Check your prescriptions at Walmart and Publix where some medications are very low cost and others are free.

Took scripts n from doc around 2:40. struggled to get help and for them to discover they had received orders from doctor! Then told it would b at least 2 hours even if I waited. called almost 2 hours later still waiting. cant even give me price. said I had 100 people ahead of me. never waited n store at any other CVS more than 30 minutes. always got estimated price upfront. much much busier stores than this one. when I finally get these scripts they wont have my business anymore . not this store. rude employees even at front counter.

I dont normally go to this pharmacy. I had to have a prescription fill for an antibiotic and its the only place close to my house. The women who where working are very rude and unprofessional. When the lady asked when I needed it to be picked up, I said that I was going to wait for it to be filled. She had an attitude when she said that it would be awhile and they would call when it was ready. I said okay thank you. As im walking away I can her here mocking me and laughing. When I finally get my prescription and pay for it and say thank you. she still has an attitude and says yep then continued to talk about Facebook. I will never use their pharmacy ever again. They are rude, disrespectful and unprofessional.

Prescriptions are not always ready when they tell you they are. Personnel working in Pharmarcy for the most part not very friendly.But in the past few weeks new faces in Pharmarcy and seem friendlier. MAKE SURE YOU COUNT YOUR PILLS!!!!!

I wish i could give 0 stars and this is why:I have been waiting for my prescriptions since 02/05/19 . they said my meds will not be in until the next day. I called twice but the last time i called the pharmacist named, Joe stated that he was too busy and will not have the medications ready until closing time and i called at 3pm. Im sick in bed and had someone pick it up and the rep of the name of: Cindy did not say ANYTHING at all that one of the meds were not covered by my insurance, she just gave the bag with no information. I didnt find out the medication wasnt covered by my insurance until today 02/07/19 when i called and asked about the medication. I asked several questions and the pharmacist got mad when i asked for the store id number and he hung up on me. So i drove to the store and made sure Joe knew i was the lady he hung up on and asked my questions that i asked on the phone. As i waited to be attended by the pharmacist, there were two calls on hold for more than 7minutes. The employees working in the pharmacy are : clerks ( michelle and cindy) and the pharmacist (Joe). Every time i go to this location they act like they dont give two sh*** about you and your meds, they have lack of communication, very unprofessional, poor rapport, not sympathic at all, and they are NOT people friendly. I will never go here again. Oh and if you need the store id number to complain to corporate, their store id#: 05737.

I just moved here from Atlanta 2 weeks. I have been exposed to to very mean and ugly people while as I lived there for 20 years. The employees at this CVS brings a new meaning to rude, mean and ugly. Mary Ann was the worst but the pharmacist and the manager are a close second. They told me I would have an hour wait so I came back in an hour. As I pulled up to the window and gave my information Mary Ann with a smirk on her face yelled at me telling me it would be another 15 or 20 minutes. And you I am very sick with pnuemonia. I informed her that I was told one hour. She started yelling at me through the window saying that was not here problem that they are behind and I would just have to wait. I was totally caught off guard with her rudness and defensiveness. I asked he name and she told me. Then she stated I am not going to deal with you. I waited and rode back around to drive through. She gave me the price of my medicine and it was way over why they quoted me on the phone. I told her tjatthis was not the price I was given. She yelled again saying well you didnt talk to me so I didnt give you a price. I told just give me the zpack. She yelled again and said Im not giving you anything. I am getting the pharmacist. My mouth dropped. The pharmacist came to the window and did give me my zpack with a smirk on his face. I attempted to ask why Mary Ann was being so ugly but he only defended her. I told him I would be writing a review about her. The only thing he said was to be careful because Mary Ann could sure me. I told him that I would also include him. On an earlier visit the pharmacy manager said when I write the review to make sure CVS knows the wait time is all there fault as they are over worked and understaffed. What a crazy time just trying to get medicine so I could feel better. Wow! I will put a regional call in as well .

I went to an urgent care clinic right across the street. They immediately faxed my prescriptions over to CVS. When I got there they hadnt gotten them they said that my prescriptions hadnt come in yet. So I called the Urgent Care Clinic to make sure that actually sent them over, when I did they said they had faxed them over but they would also call to make sure they were checking their fax and apologize profusely. I sat at the counter and watched​ as they ignored the phone call for 2 minutes. I told the pharm tech that they were in the fax machine and he went and BEHOLD, urgent care had faxed them and the pharm tech just didnt notice. Also, just a heads up, CVS doesnt take Tricare anymore. I spent a good 20 minutes here wasting my time with two year old sick with strep. Took my business to Walgreens around the corner.

Every time I go to this cvs i have a terrible experience. this past time was the worst. they tell me that my script with be ready at 8pm, then next morning a friend goes to pick it up, and get what? not ready. so i call and the guy gives me an attitude and says it ready. 5 minutes after my friend left, so she goes back, and they give her an attitude. NOT OK!!! they never have any thing in stock and dont tell you till the last minute that they have to order something you need that day. worst pharmacy by far in kingsland. i will never use them again.

Very unprofessional people, terrible experience. They need 2 days to transfer your medications - half stuff dont now how to fill up paper work - another pharmacies can do it in one hour.They simply dont care about you.

Denise the so called pharmacy manager has no customer service skills. She also must think all patients are stupid enough to believe whatever random line she picks as to why she wont fill a prescription....Jacksonville is 40 miles away and many Camden County residents see physicians in Jax. The state line is literally 2 miles from this store but her justification was that she couldnt fill an out of state script. She said the tech couldnt verbally tell me she wouldnt fill my script. I waited my turn in the proper drive theu lane. The tech told me i needed to go inside and speak to the pharmacist who was busy with other patients. I was then made to wait in line inside while she finished on the phone. She came over and said here is your prescription, we cant really fill it. Im like, cant or cant really!? Lol. She tells me some bogus line about my rx being from too far away....the large city that serves our small county is 40 miles away. Im sure she sees rxs daily from one of the many hospitals there. I wonder if she denies all of those patients as well. Being newly relocated and coming to a CVS pharmacy for the first time in many years is not a crime. It is also not a crime to fill a hydrocodone rx. I do not appreciate being treated like i was trying to do something wrong, nor do i appreciate her lame excuses. I am certain my physician wrote a valid rx and would not appreciate a medical peer denying treatment to his patients for no good reason! I do not look or act like a bad person but apparently she profiled me as such. Meanwhile, she was denying treatment to someone suffering. Who is the bad person here?

Absolutely unorganized pharmacy, every time I go there is a issue, I took my daughter to urgent care this morning at 8, called at 9 they said it would take 2 hrs to add water to cefdiner, okaaay, I called at 1230 same guy answered, said we are working on it right now, I said you said that at 9, and now it will be ready at 230, and he cant predict how busy they will be, how is it younwere working on it at 9 and its 1 now and its still being worked on? Place is an absolute joke, will be changing pharmacy after I pick this up. Absolute circus there.
