Received a letter in the mail for Free testing and scoping of the ears. I Figured it would be good to get some outside testing other than the VA testing. I did tell the person that set up the appointment, that I get my Hearing aids from the VA because of my service-connected hearing. Had an appointment for a Friday, well I was on my way to the appointment and received a cell. They had to reschedule the appointment, so we rescheduled it for the following Monday. Went to the appointment, didnt get any hearing test done because I wasnt going to buy any hearing aids from them. I was told they wouldnt be doing any tests with me since they due testing to sell hearing aids and since I wasnt going to buy from them today they will not do the testing as stated in the mail that was received. This was due to the fact that I get a hearing test done by the VA and get issued hearing aids from the VA, because of my service-connected hearing disability. It would of been nice if this place did not waste my time twice, they were more worried about making the money by selling a pair of hearing aids. Service members dont waste your time with this place if the VA does your testing and issues you hearing aids. at least they could of done the Free testing that was received in the mailing.

I paid $4k for inside the ear hearing aids at this place 1-1/2 years ago. They worked fine for six months then problems. The sound was muddled to the point I could not understand anything. They were sent to the factory 4 times without improvement. One of them completely died. My last visit for help the rep tried to sell me a behind the ear for $2k. Now mind you I have six months left on my warranty on the original pair. Now I ask you why would I buy another pair for $2k when the ones I paid 4K are totally unsatisfactory. I would not recommend this organization at all. !!!
