What a professional group of people. Service oriented, great product knowledge and friendly.I know nothing about garage doors or how to install them. Sarah, was kind, patient and helpful both on the phone and in person. In their showroom, Sarah explained the differences in the door selections and why the doors are so quiet in operation. She was not pushy at all.The installer was on time, appropriately dressed and extremely considerate. He even asked if it would bother me if he played music while he worked. When he completed the install, he walked me through the operation of the doors safety features. He cleaned his work area and you would not have known he was there.A job well done!I highly recommend Aldor Sales of Georgia.

I called ALDOR Sales one day last week, spoke with Sara and had our garage repair scheduled for the following Wednesday.Before last week was out, Sara called and we were able to re-schedule the repair for that Monday, between 1:00-3:00PM.Well, the two young technicians arrived at 1:00PM and had everything squared away within fifteen minutes!I cannot praise their services enough! I recently had an 1800 square foot workshop built, and needed insulated garage doors to complete it. Aldor was recommended by the company I had build the shop, by our neighbors, and other close friends. Yes, I did call around as well as speak with Aldor, but the service and attitude, along with the competitive cost made me pick them hands down.I wasnt home for the installation, as I travel for work, but my wife was extremely pleased that above all else, unlike all the other contractors, they arrived on time, did the work quickly and efficiently, and cleaned up after themselves. They did notice an issue with the windows on one of the doors not being straight across, and had the replacement panel ordered before they left that day. It was installed less than a week later, and looks and works great!

We needed to replace our garage door opener and after reading Aldors online reviews we called. We found the staff willing to answer questions and took the time to assist us while providing excellent customer service. We made an appointment to have the opener replaced for the next day.The next day the technicians arrived early and got right to work. They replaced the opener and picked up all the trash. The technicians took the time to assist us with instructions for the new unit and told us to call if we had any questions.We highly recommend Aldors.

One of my door torsion springs broke. They were very helpful and courteous on the phone, and got a tech there the same day. The tech was professional and did a great job and did it quickly. Will definitely use them for any other garage door problems, although I hope I don’t have any.

I couldn’t be happier with start to finish with Aldor Sales . I wasn’t able to open my door to get vehicle Out, so they wasted no time giving me same day service . Not to mention there technician Kenny was professional & proficient . I had received a quote from another company that was going to charged me 550.00 more then what Aldor Sales had charged me ! Not to mention that the other company had me to believe I needed to purchase at least an additional 500 more in product!! Honest & Reliable company !!

I have never been more satisfied with a service call in all my life. I called Aldor to fix my garage door. Not only was the door broken and in a state of serious disrepair, but I compounded the problem by disassembling and trying trying to repair it myself.When I finally broke down and called a professional, I was sure that I was in for a hefty parts charge on top of the service charge. To my utter surprise, when I called home to ask about the repairs, my wife told me that we were only charged the service charge. Further adding to my surprise, upon returning home, I found that not only does the door work BETTER than it ever has, but every moving part was cleaned and lubed!Thanks for the great job!

Great service and nice folks. Showed up when they said and were right on the problem. Replaced circuit board and wall controller that was damaged by a lightning strike. Fast and friendly. Highly recommend!
