Just ran in, maybe 5 minutes before closing. A handful of young men were ready to clock out. One opened the door for us, greeted us warmly. Another asked, How can we help you? A third took us down the aisle, and as we were trying to apologize for holding everyone up, he very patiently helped us find everything we needed, even offered suggestions for other projects my husband mentioned in passing. Truly, this was a great experience! We had just rushed in from the giant Lowes store which carried none of what we needed, and hasnt had it since before April. We didnt expect to find anything, and we certainly didnt expect the genuine hometown attention you just dont see anymore. Please, go to your local Farmers and Builders Ace Hardware if you need anything in Kingsland, Georgia!

You have to love that hometown tool shop feel when you got looking for home project supplies. Thats what you get here. Lowes and Home Depot may have more supplies on their shelves, but the people at Ace Hardware have your back when you need them to special order for you, take time to go over your project, or follow up with you when new supplies come in. They are awesome.

This is a real hardware store, not like the big box stores that charge 4.99 for 2 prepackaged bolts, they are also a lumber store with good quality and service, there is actual people that will help you, it’s called customer service and it’s very hard find these days! These family owned businesses are getting hard to find so we all need to do are part to keep them around, in some cases it may cost you an extra .05 cents but overall I think its cheaper and you can get in and out, time is money.

I am an ACE Hardware enthusiast. They are the place with the helpful staff, that knows some of everything under the sun. Its the best place to shop especially if you are not totally knowledgeable about your task. Try finding these seasoned pros in some of the other bigger stores.

This Ace is a real hardware store. They have nuts and bolts, plumbing parts and everything else that a hardware store should have. They dont have fancy curtains, pretty candles or any of the other fancy stuff the lower place sells. The people here are extremely courteous and ready to help if you need it.

Professional and great service

Not customer focused. Theyve had a part of mine that is supposed to be special ordered since March. They have yet to place the order as of this posting. In March, I used their special order catalog to find what needed to be ordered and showed it to the associated who was to get with a more knowledgeable team member on how to place the order. In March. They dont call. I go in to follow up periodically. Sometimes they dont know me and I have to explain who I am again.

Be aware that this Ace does not honor the ads we get in our local newspapers. The staff is pretty obnoxious if you mistakenly present the weekly Ace sale flyer which is welcomed at 33 Ace hardware stores in FL, Ga, and SC. In fact, the Kingsland Ace staff can get pretty boisterous about a $2.00 OFF coupon. Go figure.

Literally the best ace ive ever been to. very friendly + knowledgeable staff who work really hard. also very accepting and non judgmental. i have gone in to have keys copied several times and i have yet to have a problem which is impressive with key replacements.
