I drove all the way up from Birmingham, Alabama to pickup a 2008 Suzuki m109. Mike and Greg were very responsive via text messages and emails.They sent me good photos and a walk around video of it showing any nicks and dings. (It didnt have any ) when I got there they realized that the mechanic hadnt installed a small piece for the odometer and offered to ship it to the local dealer in Birmingham and pay to have it installed... Needles to say these guys offer first class service!!!! Good old southern hospitality!!!I would recommend theses guys to anyone looking for a new or used bike!!!!

Have worked with Kingsport Cycles and Michael Barker on several occasions. I sold my motorcycle through them and it sold promptly and also got my asking price. Purchased my riding equipment and have had my tires mounted there and all at a great price. Great place and Michael and staff have always been professional and proficient.

Stopped by to take a look at what they had. I must have been invisible because the two guys working there, one reading a magazines, barely raised their heads to see what I wanted. Must have been siesta time.Stock was very limited.Their loss on a big sale not mine.But if you want to waste some time and not get bothered this is the place to go.

Being a Saturday afternoon, I realized all repair shops would be closed until Tuesday, which would have ended my vacation in a U-Haul rental and trailer. Though not yet closed, the day was already long and the last thing Im sure they wanted to see was a lengthy emergency repair near closing time. What a great place. Found a great deal on the bike I was wanting (Africa Twin) on their website. Called Micheal and he worked with me over the phone to secure the bike until I could drive down from WV. When I got there the bike was shined up and ready for me. Micheal explained all the paperwork and went over the bike with me. He even help me load it onto my trailer. I would definitely recommend Kingsport Cycles if youre looking for a great deal and awesome service.

I went in here and they wouldnt even acknowledge me. Three workers were there and not once did they speak one word to me. I went back 2 days later with my dad to buy the motorcycle I wanted and they had just sold it. My dad told them I was in there and they wouldnt speak to me. He said you should have said something to us and that he didnt see me. Thats okay, he might not have. But the other two looked right at me. I am extremely disappointed in the way that turned out.

Went in at 3:20pm on Saturday, was told by them on the phone they were open until 4pm, after i checked online and said 4pm also. I walk in with cash in pocket and tell them I need to buy a helmet, not look but buy. They told me they just closed early that i had to wait til Monday. Will never be back and will be sure others wont go either

Bought a 4 wheeler for my grandson, awesome deal and great service.

I am from VA and had been looking for a military style bike for several months. I found the bike that I was looking for on the Kingsport Cycles website. I called Kingsport and was put in touch with Michael. He did a great job - answered all my questions and took a phone deposit for the bike. I showed up the next weekend to pick up the bike. Michael had me in-and-out of the dealership in less than an hour. They provided great customer service and I would buy from them again.

Michael Barker and all the guys at Kingsport Cycles are awesome. I walked in empty handed looking at side by sides and left that afternoon the proud owner of a 2020 Kawasaki KXR 1000. They were so nice they even threw in a helmet, topped the tank off with fuel, and delivered the machine to my house. I am hooked for life now. Went in because my back tire had wires showing. at first I went in for quotes on a tire n 30 to 45 minutes later I pulled out with the tire installed on my bike usually they ask that you call ahead for installation of tires but I had showed up at the right time apparently because once I decided on a tire they took my bike straight back to install it

Was looking at a Kawasaki teryx 4. Did not buy from these guys only because a friend of mine ended up selling teryx to me and i knew the machine. But I had called Mike twice and he was very helpful and had it priced as good as it could get. Seemed he could price it without talking to someone else and knew something about the machines. Others wanted to gouge with the extra fees, i felt like. If need a Kawasaki this where id go!

Went to Kingsport cycles for the first time last weekend. Drove 2hrs away as they had a diverse inventory and a bike I couldnt find within a 100 mile radius. Luckily Michael and staff took care of me and absolutely went out of their way to make me happy.

Im a guy who likes to look at all the product offerings, then ask questions about the ones that interest me. The staff at Kingsport Cycles let you do just that, and when youre ready, they are there to answer all your questions. They even encourage you to sit on the bikes you may be interested in, which is the best way to know if a particular machine is a good fit for you. Two thumbs up for this shop.

I purchased a 2015 Triumph Tiger that was a left over and low miles. They had done a few mods that look great. I got a fair price on my Sprint that I traded. I was pleased with the deal, the service and the bike. Ive put 2500 miles on it in two months. They call to check how things have been working out with the bike. They were willing to help with the setup. Overall, a great experience.

Stellar customer services. I live in Virginia and I had my doubts about buying a motorcycle without seeing it, but Jams and Travis assured me of the condition of the motorcycle. These guys are great. I had purchased a bike from them a year ago and never went back for a couple items that were for the bike. I went down two days ago and Travis remembered me. Very reasonably priced with a good selection. The staff is friendly.The only downside I can see to the store is the hours. I wish they were open later. Would recommend to friends and family.

I visited a few days ago to check out a Triumph Scrambler. James was super helpful. They have a good selection of bikes in a very big, warehouse like, showroom.

Had ATV down there to get fixed, brought home and could not tell it was fixed. Took ATV back and supposed to recheck and charged a total of 400.00 first time and 114.00 second time however it still was not fixed. Man said let me pull it back in shop and recheck. They said it was needing a tune up and would be a extra 600.00 and we said forget it. I am not saying dont go there but you might have issues.

Went there and had two new tires put on my motorcycle got home and noticed they had put two different type tires on my ride. They put the right one on after my second visit. Very nice people very friendly and accomadating.

Do yourself a favor, go elsewhere! Zero service after the sale and very irresponsible. Its your money and there are plenty of other dealers who will treat you right! Shop around then shop some more. Wish I had! Remember some of these reviews are created by friends of theirs due to low ratings.

Owner cuts down potential customers bikes to make his products seem better without being asked or provoked. We gave this shop several chances years ago but was let down several times. I cant say I feel this shop even deserves one star.Update...my issues are with the owner I dont have experience with service and sales staff seem very friendly.

Excellent service after the sale! I purchased a 50cc bike for my son from Kingsport Cycles. I am located out of state and required shipping. Although there were some difficulties related to UPS shipping requirements, the people at Kingsport worked hard to make it happen, and they delivered on their promise. I received the bike 2 days ago. It arrived just as they accurately described it, with its imperfections. My son has been happily riding it since then.

This place is absolutely horrible. I would be giving this place Zero Stars if that was a possibility! I have been waiting on my Tags for 45+ days as of right now. I was told that another 30 day tag was going to be mailed. Ya, I am still waiting on that one too. (ITS NOT GOING TO BE COMING) I also called and talked to the only woman that works there and does the financial part/paperwork to get some information about where it was sent and whatnot. She said she would call me back in a couple of minutes. That was 4 days ago. This place is a freaking JOKE. Not to mention. I had to do most of my shopping/paperwork myself! (ABSOLUTELY DREADFUL!)

It was my first time buying a motorcycle and I had honestly done most of it over the phone. I had a issue getting the on the day I was getting my bike because of gps problems so called them and they stayed open late to make sure I got it. Plus the sales guy was very helpful loading it.

Do NOT buy from here if you expect any service after the sale. They were all smiles and got me a great bike. At the first break in oil change they did not tighten the filter causing a dangerous oil slick on the bottom of the bike. I had a small recall that the manufacturer states takes around ten minutes. This shop refused to do it unless they had my bike for two days. They finally stated that the owner was more willing to inconvenience a customer than to risk me not showing up for the appointment so that’s why they basically wanted to hold my bike hostage before they would even order the part. Mind you, this is all over a cable tie that probably costs less than ten bucks. They first lied to me and tried to say this is how Triumph does recalls, before they finally admitted it was the owner. I called the next closest shop in Knoxville Tn, and they are ready to do the repair as soon as I pull into their lot, and it will take less time than it will take me to drink a cup of coffee. I only gave one star because there is no option for negative stars.
