Nice guys, just pull up for an oil change, no appointment necessary.

I wasn’t pleased at all.. sadly I was looking for high expectations from this place coming from googles reviews being pretty good. They did a fast and efficient job, but they put the wrong oil filter and OIL grade level in my truck. They installed 5w20 grade level oil when my 4.9L engine requires SAE 10w30. The biggest problem with putting the wrong oil inside of vehicles is the oil not thicken to the right engine heat which can cause the oil to scorch and gum up inside your pistons.. which can total your car or truck in my case. It’s sad to say how many vehicles did they mess up considering thinking they did this for a living and assuming they knew what they was doing. It’s safe to say I will not be taking any of my vehicles to this place ever again knowing changing oil inside a vehicle is one of the most easiest things you can do to a vehicle… This simple mistake caused me 160 dollars just for a oil change than it should’ve costed me around 40. Luckily I had time the next day to change my oil myself and from me driving my truck from oil express back home the oil they put inside my truck was already scorched. Glad I changed it ASAP…. Sorry Oil Express, but you need to fix this problem..

Their personnel was an enlightening experience, I was met in the parking lot by a well knowledgeable employee, who led me to diagnose the problem with my car. Then Rob, the mechanic who diagnosed the problem told me the problem and the price to fix it. I was in and out in about an hour. These guys know how to satisfy a customer. Best lube shop on the planet, The wife and I went in for just an oil change on her new car and they fixed the skid plate, cleaned the windows and topped off the wiper fluid. They will go above and beyond to make sure you are good for road.

My oil pan needed to be replaced and my husband called almost every mechanic in the area. The most expensive being the Chevy dealer, quoting us at $850.. “if everything goes well” then my husband called these guys because they’ve filled our tires/changed our oil multiple times and are ALWAYS so nice and very professional. They ended up fixing my oil pan for $290 with a one year warranty!! I couldn’t even believe it. Not only are they extremely nice, professional and so friendly but very affordable and efficient too! I will continue to go here to get our cars serviced! Very please! Thank you guys so much!

Went there for an oil change and they were very prompt on getting me in. They had it done quickly and then I told them that my van needed a thermostat and they pulled it in and took care of it. Will definitely be returning!

This was my first time coming here. My husband visited the location in Colonial Heights and said they were awesome and that we can stay in our car while they do the oil change. Which is huge for us because we have a disabled child who is with me most of the time. Today I was greeted by Tim and from the beginning he was so polite. During the oil change he showed me some papers with what was recommended for my vehicle. One service was to flush the transmission fluid. I asked if that could be completed the same day and he took care of it. I was done within 35 minutes. I never once felt pressured to do anything more to my van. Honestly I’m thankful I did have my transmission serviced, he showed me the color of the fluid which was almost black. Since having it flushed my van drives so much smoother than it did before. I would recommend these guys to anyone!! They have great customer service and take the time to explain everything so you can understand! I will be back here from now on!! You have a lifetime customer!!

Very professional and good quality. However it’s pretty expensive. If you have a newer car and you don’t want to spend $60 on an oil change, this isn’t the place for you.

Here in TN visiting and this place was recommended and they did not disappoint. Quick in and out and the customers service was excellent. The guys working on my vehicle walked me through everything and didnt try to sell me anything I didnt need. The prices were very reasonable. I would highly recommend this business and will return without question if I need more service done in the future.

My wife and I went in for an oil change for each of our cars. Daniel asked about a ticking sound in my Chevy and I told him its been there a couple months, said an additive might help. My wifes car has had the service reqired light was on for as long as we can remember. Daniel said that her car would probably do better with a different kind of oil. As we were driving home I noticed my car wasnt making the ticking and she sent me a picture of the dashboard with no lights on! Thank you guys!

Excellent service, will be back! Yes, it was quite a bit pricier than I was expecting but, it was absolutely worth it. I didnt have to get out of the car, it was the fastest oil change Ive ever had, they WD40ed my doors (I had a squeaky one that I just never remember to get to), washed my windows, and WOW were they service oriented - smiling, polite, and willing to tell me everything that was happening beforehand. I doubt Ill go anywhere else.

I had a problem with my tires. The manager worked on my SUV himself and didn’t quit until the work was done to my satisfaction. I highly recommend having your service done here. They also repaired my mom’s air conditioner on a 20 year old Ford.

Went here to get my oil changed after work today. I was very impressed on how awesome the customer service was. They were very knowledgeable and helpful. Mainly interacted with Dakota and he is very knowledgeable and helpful about service and vehicle maintenance. I did not feel pressured at all to buy anything. Dakota broke down what they recommended from the mileage and said if I wanted to I can schedule to come back. After the oil change was done they showed the dip stick showing the oil level was full and it had been changed.Also wanted to mention they said they saw some oil where there may be a small leak before they changed my oil as well as some other fluid and they said that I can come back within a week or two and they will check to see if I have an actual oil leak or another leak somewhere.I highly recommend going here to get your next vehicle service done. Ill definitely be back!

Express is twice as efficient as Jiffy Lube, on any given day. Went here for the first time, and was very pleased. Staff is knowledgeable and helpful. Paid a little more than we normally pay for an oil change, but it was definitely worth it. The guy helped me figure out a problem I had been having that I didnt know much about. Very thankful for that. Will always come here from now on for my oil changes.
