First time going in and I really like it. I cant sew, but they have so many different fabrics for any craft ideas.

They have a cart to ride if handicapped.#1 best thing.and its a beautiful store with so many things besidesfabric

Went for Cricut supplies and they didnt have much in the permanent vinyl. Lots of removable and iron-on. Still I enjoy going here when I need craft supplies.

Staff is helpful and friendly. They are honest if they dont have the knowledge about specific things but dont hesitate to help you find the answer. Prices and product quality is decent and if you have the app they have great deals!

Great place for fabric.

This store is open, bright, clean and organized. They have a decent amount of variety and options. For whatever craft youre into, I imagine theyll probably have a least a little something for you. However, I was unable to find a few more specialized items.Also, at this particular store, the workers were not very attentive. I didnt have any problems with them at all- I just got the feeling they didnt care very much and would rather be elsewhere or rather be chatting among themselves. ...but maybe I just hit it at a bad time.

Went here to find some big blanket yarn. Did not have a good selection at all. Looked around at craft stuff and only found that this place is very overpriced. Like Micheals store only smaller. Can find things on Amazon alot cheaper than here. Will not be back. Do not recommend.

One of our local favorite craft stores!! The ladies are amazing and very knowledgeable and always do their best to help you save as much as possible!! Some items are higher than they would be at other places but its never too crowded!! Download the app and if your military or even a Girl Scout, sign up for extra savings!! There are several regards programs so download the app before you go, fill out your profile (its short), and look under the more section and you can get to the reward programs from there! Enjoy!

When to get purple 💜 lace and they didnt have a nothing of 4 yards. It was higher than other places

Dont trust online inventory for a store locaton. Ordered online for in-store pick up. The item had been opened and they didnt have any more even though the online inventory said they had 7. Went to another store that was supposed to have 9 in their inventory and they had none. Had to order a new one online and it will take two weeks to get it. Both employees were very nice and I know it wasnt their fault.

Ive gone to this store several times. I love the store. The staff seem to be guessing about where something is. If you can get one to actually stop and answer you. They dont stop and ask if they can help you find anything. If you do ask them any questions, they seem as though you are bugging them from doing something else. Just be prepared to walk around to look for whatever you want and bring your sales paper or have your cell charged to use the app. Youre going to be there a while.

I love it! Love their coupons! You can find what ever you need or want there. Its a friendly shop that makes you want to come back.

Didnt have what I wanted but will make do with what I got. Clean store, lots of fabric and craft options.

They never have what I need in store. The only way is to go online and order to store. The staff is nice but the fabric selection is poor. It is like there is more other crafting items there rather than fabric. I do not go to the store anymore as often as I used to. Most of my stuff I order online from other stores.

First time in store. Employees courteous and very helpful. Store appearance was very pleasing. Will definitely go back.

Nice little Joanns. Nice employees. Wish it was just a little larger so that it had more of the fabric choices some of the larger stores have.

I like this location, I would give it a 5 if it was a little bigger. Due to its size it does not always have the space to carry everything I need to craft. It also runs out of things frequently due to this restriction. I am not an online shopper, so it bothers me that I have to frequently run to another location or competitor to get what I need. On the plus side, they always have coupons so I never pay full price, and if something is full price, I usually only have to wait a week for that item to go on sale.

I love Joanns! This store has super great friendly employees. They go above and beyond to make sure your shopping experience is great. Cant find what youre looking for just ask! If they dont have it in store they will look it up to see if they can get it!

Love the fabric but it is a bit too expensive, and you can use only one coupon per checkout.

Be sure you have them measure every piece of fabric you purchase. A new bolt should be 8 yards, sometimes they are short.

Not impressed. Was hoping when they opened that they would have a good assortment. As other reviewers noted - the fabric selection is very limited and not very good at all. Lots of weird crafty stuff. Staff is okay but not very good at taking care of store. Twice Ive gone to cash register to find out that signage was either old or they forgot to hang it up. Its usually easier to just go all the way to Knoxville rather than stop here.

Great place to get any and everything you need for craft projects and scrapbooking supplies. They have a big selection of fabrics for sewing. They also gave classes you can take just stop by or visit the web site and browse around and check the list of up coming classes.

Everyone there is just willing to bend over backwards whether its choosing fabric or telling you which aisle has what youre looking for its just really a fun place to go and if youre a fabric hoarder or a yarn hoarder like me then youre guaranteed to find something you like

Had exactly what I was looking for I was going to purchase too, until one of their workers was giving us dirty looks only because our son was measuring a piece of foam with his body. :l and she was like that’s expensive don’t be doing that so we just took our business somewhere else, other than that good store.

I picked up a few small things for making Easter crafts at my church with the children. The associate scanned an online coupon for my purchase & I plan to be a return shopper! Good experience!
