Unbelievable, I have never experienced this type of treatment, on hold for hours on end, missed my scheduled delivery, then changed my delivery to monthly without telling me, I requested an off cycle delivery (were out of water) they no showed on that. I am cancelling my service and will absolutely post this on all of my social media accounts.

Can’t reach by phone. I spent 2 hours listening to a recording and no one ever picked up. My cooler is down and I cannot reach anyone for service.
