This place is a nightmare to your car. Do not use this Tint shop - They will tell you that all tint has some bubbles in it, or lines that dont quite seal up leaving white marks in the tint, etc. They are clueless. Pictures are below to show the quality of a job - done.They damaged my car using a heat gun to get the tint to set up - to their credit they fixed that. During that fix they were to repair the bad tint job they did- there were a couple large bubbles, etc - and when they were putting the new tint on the window they damaged the roofline. There is now a large crease right above the rear headrest on the passenger side. They deny any damage at all - Roy the owner cussed me out on the phone and told me to take my Fing car somewhere else. I called Erica again this morning and she again denies any damage and says the video shows they did nothing. The video needs to be shown to the guy putting the tint on as to what a terrible quality job they do. If this place makes it a year it will be a miracle. Good Luck Roy! Erica - I feel sorry for you to have to deal with that.If I could rate them a negative 10 I would. Good luck if you decide to go there. Dont say you werent warned.

Please do not go here without reading this first! I got my windows tinted on February 8th, when the company had been open for 3 weeks. Erica and her husband put the window tint on my 2007 Ford Mustang and repeatedly told me of the quality of the tint and reiterated the lifetime warranty that is boasted and that it was locally produced by Eastman Chemical. Awesome!Fast forward to March 5th, less than a month after putting the tint on, and I notice dozens of scratches appearing all over the tint. I called Erica and spoke with her on the phone and she says Ive never heard of that, please bring it in. I bring the car in and her husband comes out and says Yeah, Mustangs are notorious for this; all frameless windows have this issue actually and then says Well, its going to keep happening, but Ill give you a discount on redoing it if you like? ... (cue jaw drop)I call Erica back and ask for her husbands name, which she refuses to give. After telling her the issue, she says no, we just had the Suntech (sp?) guy here (she was literally talking to him when I brought the car in) and he taught us about the issues that that tint may have. Case in point, these people have been doing business for 2 months and are just now receiving vitally important training on the product they sell.Well, any honest company would admit their fault/lack of training and offer a refund, right? Nope, that was one thing Erica was sure of: Absolutely no refunds on our services.Take my advice and seek out a knowledgeable, reputable person or business to do your tinting. As for me, well, Ive learned a lesson the hard way. Now on to copy/paste this everywhere I can like all angry people do.Have a good one!P.S. If they ever admit their mistake and offer me a refund, I will promptly remove this review. If its still up here, well, you know.Edit: I see that the owners have done some fake reviews to boost their rating... like the review from Roy that is blank and then has an advertisement from Tint World as the response. Clever? Wait, thats not the right word...

I do not recommend tint world to put a remote start system in your car because this will happen and it will be installed wrong. I did not work on it myself I took it to Sound Decision and they fixed it. I have the receipt to prove that they did the work to fix the wiring!

Very easy to work with and did a great job on my ceramic coating and tint.

I would have to say that I am extremely satisfied with my experience at this shop. I took my 2015 Toyota Corolla to have the windows tinted. They had a special on the premium package which was price competitively with other shops I had called. Gary the sales manager was awesome, knowledgeable, and very helpful. The owner was awesome as well and answered any questions I had. Took only 2 hours and my car was done. I followed the simple instructions that they give you after the service is done and My car turned out beautiful it really looks amazing. No haze no scratches and no bubbles. I would definitely recommend this shop for anyone looking for aftermarket customization.

Started off well they were nice and seemed knowledgeable. Took my name and number and told me they would call me next day. Never heard from them so when I called a few days later. No one knew what I was talking about and was put on hold for a long time before I just hung up.

My girlfriend & I are very pleased with Tint World from the first time I went into their facility to get information & quote.I was treated warmly & professionally throughout the whole process.All information was right on the mark.I waited while they tinted my 2013 Chevrolet Malibu in their comfortable show room with TV & relaxing chairs.We would use Tint World againif the need arises again and we highly recommend them!

We bought our daughter a late Christmas present in the form of a new stereo that had Bluetooth so she could do hands-free. This stereo has been a struggle since she had it installed. The first time we took it back in they fixed it and got it working again. The second time we were told to call the manufacture of the stereo. Really? As much money as we spent this is not what we expected.

The nicest people I have dealt with in along time. Let me set and wait, cut up and joked with me. Very clean store. Nice selection of car stereos and speakers. They offer a lot of different services! Check them out!

Bad tint job on all 4 door windows. The back window looked fine. They don’t clean the windows good enough before they lay the tint which then causes bubbles in the tint to appear. Went to get the tint replaced but they made it difficult before they said they would for free. They blamed the bubbles on the age of the car but you could obviously tell that it was from dust particles. I didn’t get the tint reinstalled from them in fear that they would be more careless the second time.

Reluctant to trust my car to others. Had supreme detailing performed with outstanding results. Folks very professional and delivered as promised. Name is deceiving, many car appearance enhancing services provided. Would use again

Had the GMC and Ford done by these folks and they are hands down the nicest and most professional people I could have meet. They did an AMAZING job on both the ford and the truck it took them 8 hours straight compound and waxing my truck it had some scratches that I was afraid wouldn’t come out but they did my paint looks like a mirror it’s so shiny. I would HIGHLY recommend going to Tint World in Kingsport they will always get my business.

My Girl friend and I had went down there on March 16th to get her windows tinted on her 2018 elantra. We had picked the car up and she had noticed some scratches in her window tint but we had notice Roy and Erika were locking the doors so we just went on to the house and was gonna give it a few days to see what they looked like.After getting home about 10 minutes later we were looking at the window tint threw the car and had found on our driver passenger door panel was cut serval times on the top near the window so we took pictures of these cause the car only has 3000 miles on it.When Monday came my girlfriend and I had to drop the car off and I had took her to work and came back to tint world to wait for Roy to get there. When they rolled in I had addressed the scratches in the tint and he agreed to re do these then I had mentioned the scratches but he was clueless and stated he didnt do this so I just kinda dropped it and had asked him if he could clean it up or something and just fixed the windows that needed it and he agreed.Once the car was done I had picked up my girlfriend and took her to the car to pick it up and Erika and Roy both stayed they only used rubber or plastic tools and they dont use anything that would scratch the panel and the only thing Roy said was we dont know if it happened here nor there then stated if it happened here all we can say is sorry . so we left it at that and got in the car.Once we got the car we stopped to put gas in it cause she had to go back to work, well on the way she had called me raising cane because there was more scratches on another door, the driver door. So we contacted them the next morning at 8:20 am and never got a return call so I called them around 3 PM and its the same story as the first time. He stated he has security cameras up just for issues like this but the big thing was I showed Roy the car before the scratches were there and I have picture proof then on recieving the car they were there.I contacted tint world franchise office and they are going to do a review check on them.due to bad reviews and complaints already. REALLY BAD PEOPLE THEY AFE NOT HONEST BY NO MEANS STAY AWAY...God Bless All!!!
