I was not going to review their service of 6+ months ago when my carpeting was installed, but now my high quality carpet shows signs of my being able to tell where all the seams are. By the way the seams were placed in high traffic areas. The seams were supposed to have been placed in low traffic areas. The threads are showing and pulling out. Beware of how your carpet is layed and talk to the carpet people about how they will lay it. When I was asked how I preferred the carpet to be payed, I explained that the salesman said the seams were to be in no traffic areas. Good luck with this company!
