In this store today, about 8:30. Needed copy and print from email. Associate on duty was EXTREMELY helpful. I am not strong in tech. He was patient and knowledgeable. WILL be back to this location.

I was in yesterday and bought office chairs. I went over to the shipping counter and ask the young fella if I brought somethings in to mail if he could package and ship and he said yes. Today I come in to mail some paperwork, set it down in front of the same fella and told him I needed this paperwork mailed. He says he doesnt have a box and directs me to the back of the store to find a shipping box. There were no shipping boxes. I went back to the counter and told I was heading to UPS. He didnt care. He was more interested in what looked like a personal project he was doing. I had to wait when I first came to the counter and he was way more interested in taking care of that project than taking care of a customer. His demeanor is harmful to the Fed Ex and Office Depot.

Went to buy a desk for school children now at home. When the desk finally did arrive there was a piece broken. I called the number provided. I was told they do not replace these parts. I was given a customer service number and they bounced me to a different number. When I called the next number they referred me back to the original number. I worked on getting a replacement piece for over 3 hours. Problem is still not resolved.

Everyone is very nice and helpful there. I dropped my wallet on the sidewalk and Josh W found it when he was loading another customers order. I was able to pick it up the next day easily. I cannot thank him and the store enough. They wouldnt accept a reward so I just wanted to let everyone know they are awesome and say thank you to Josh W again . I appreciate it immensely.

Fed Ex drop of Location is what I like best! Whole reason I even go to this store. Everything is over priced and it definitely isnt the best deal out there. Keep on going till you find another store because this one isnt going to save you a penny! Nice employees well respected mannor and wits about them. Great job all around though as a store with options and different brands.

I have been a customer for years! Spent way too much money here. Never have I ever, been treated so badly by many emoyees in my 62 years of shopping. I canr get a hold of anyone at corporate level to listen to me. I am still amazed and in shock over the events of today.

It seems like the staff need more training and information about the printing shop. The staff at the Johnson City location were very helpful and had no issues printing my custom business cards. My husband and I run a vinyl sticker printing shop and know our way around the software, but the woman at the front refused to listen to us even after it was made clear she couldnt align the print correctly. She said that it normally takes 5 days to print 200 business cards. I was informed at the Johnson City location that this is not true, and in fact it took them all of 30 minutes. She complained about having 4 more printing jobs that night, while I watched the Johnson City staff help 5 other customers while they were helping us. She couldnt even connect my hard drive correctly without help. That should have been my first sign not to waste any more time there.

I took my Daughters HP All-In-One in to have it diagnosed and repaired. The computer was a year old. I was told to come pick it up, that it wouldn’t be worth repairing due to a virus and failing hard drive. I paid $600 for the computer. I took the computer to Unbound Digital in Johnson City where they repaired it for right under $200 and was able to save the data from the failing hard drive and it only took 2 days. I will not consider Office Depot for any future electronic repairs that we need.

I have access to two stores, Bristol Va and Kingsport. I have had very poor service from the print desk. Specifically one short haired lady. Since I almost always do printing with them, she is the reason for the poor rating. The one at Bristol Va has been great, friendly kidding around and enjoyable. So not all Office Depots are the same.

They didnt have what I needed in stock and I had to go to the customer service desk to ask for help. Once I got help, the service was great. I was given a discount because of the wait.

The associates were helpful and courteous. Great experience!

Gal working the copiers was fabulous but she was alone and line was long, took a long, long time. But she kept her smile and pushed us through as quickly as possible.

A company is worthwhile to have a tchnology specialist like Josh. I met him about 6 months at your store. I visited with a friend. After talking with him only a few minutes, I told him if I purchased a computer in future, I would buy one in your store. I did purchase one and I was fortunate to have him taking care of business. He is definitely the reason I drove from Virginia to purchase. If he had not been there I would not have purcuasrd. He was honest, professional, effecient and had excellent communication skills while serving the older community. Deborah Smith

On Sunday the 28th of December 2014 I tried to purchase a number of large gift cards. I had done this before and our company is known within the store computer in their rewards program.. It didnt matter, the cash register ( probably because it was a Sunday), rejected the request and I was told by the manager on duty that there was nothing he could do about it. I was told to come back the next day.When I called on Monday the store manager basically said it was the company policy and that was it. My company business will clearly go elsewhere.

I have dealt with this specific Office Depot many times over the years and for the most part have been pleased with their service. There were a few times when I was dissatisfied with a few workers but that since seems to have been corrected. Overall though I will continue to do business with the folks at Office Depot.

Decent place but starting to look a little run down.

The entire chain is no longer what it originally was. In past years one could enter and use the Office Services without any hassles. Today due to roguish individuals abusing the internet and their services there is plenty you cant do. For instance, you can no longer utilize their computers or directly connect a device/flash drive/memory card to the public pc. Actually theyve done away with z public pcs altogether.Today if you want to merely scan documents to email them the documents, of course, CANNOT CONTAIN YOUR SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER since once scanned the documents remain in their system for an undetermined length of time.

I just called the store to check on price and availability of ink cartridge. Got hold of Lewis who asked if it was ink or laser. As it is a work unit that I have just received, I asked if the model # was not enough to indicate type. I asked if he had a book that would tell and he snipped back that he had access to the internet but that didnt tell him anything either. Not an acceptable nor an accurate response as when I looked it up on the internet it gave me all the info I needed. When I called back to speak to a manager regarding the rude customer service, I was given a fake name by another employee (I suppose to keep me from talking to the actual manager) Very poor behavior when these items are available many other places....one of which will get my business.

I had a difficult time finding stuff in the store. Their website was not very helpful either. They did have alot of things that most brick and mortar stores do not keep in stock.

I agree with a post someone else posted. Worst customer service. I have been to multiple locations and the kingsport location insisted I pay the same price for double sided copies as single sided copy & I made the copies. Insisted because I made the copies the bulk discount did not apply.

Worst customer service i have ever had with a company. They act like they dont wont to help you and make you feel stupid when you tell them what you are looking for. They advertise it but then dont sell it so i wont be going back.

Didnt find what we were looking for & only one employee on the floor. The employee was busy with another customer...

It was hard to find what I was looking for, inventory was low, and I walked around for several minutes and no one ever asked if I needed help.
