I really dont understand the negative posts about this store, the quality of the items, or the staff. I actually almost bypassed them because of this, which would have been a huge mistake! All of the staff were amazing, polite, patient, and helpful. I had to leave twice to take my daughter to and from practice while picking out the exact costume she wanted. They held it in 2 sizes for me until I could return. The costume is beautiful, quality material and not overpriced. They have nice stuff in all price ranges. The absolute best experience I have ever had in my 24 yrs of costume shopping.

Outrageous prices, almost all the stuff doesn’t work properly, terrible customer service. Go to Spirit where the quality of the products and the service warrants the price

The manager Kim is very unprofessional and rude. All the employees just stand around and talk. No help whatsoever. Everyone in this store was very rude to my family and I. This store is just trash and way overpriced. Take your money elsewhere. Like spirit or Halloween express.

Took my son in this store for a costume. Smelt horrible in there. Picked up one of the costumes it was way overpriced and smelt horrible. The manager Lyric I believe that was her name was so rude to us. Don’t waste your money here.

I took my daughter to get a inflatable dino costume. We found one and then waited in line for the manager for 20 minutes! Then when she finnaly came up to the front she started to help another customer,while I stood there trying to give her my money so I could pay and get the Hell out of there! Later on that night my daughters fan stopped working! You would thing 80 dollars for a costume it would make it through a trunk er treat! I DO NOT RECCOMEND$

We went looking for my daughter a costume bit they had the scariest stuff at the front door and about couldnt get her in the door. We couldnt find what we were looking for. No worker was on the floor helping customers they were all talking at the front door. When we asked for help they said they didmt carry what we were looking for and dint even try to help come up with a different idea (as if using a different costume andbjust chaning some of the pieces) nothing. So we left and wont be back. Just order what you want online and save your money and time.

The manager with blonde hair and glasses was very unprofessional and the store was terribly under stocked with a strong mold smell

Everything looks like its from 2 years ago, nothing new, not a lot of things to look at.

This place is disgusting along with the employees.
