The staff is Friendly but very very.... Skimpy with putting syrup in the snow. The syrup used is terrible, looked watery and has hardly any flavor. My experience with their snow cone was me just moving the plain ice around trying to mix it with the little syrup that was put in it. I definitely wont be coming back nor do I recommend it.

Me and my son had a couple of icees here.delicious.so many flavors!! And my opinion, the banana is the best!!add cream on top to top it off good!!

I love Beach Hut! Out of all the stands in Kingsport and Johnson City, this beach themed stand in front of Grand’s in Kingsport is the best. They have picnic tables for you to sit outside on a hot summer day and enjoy your refreshment. Don’t forget your cash though, the stand is cash only!

High quality shaved H2O with lots of flavors to choose from. A nice treat for the younguns. Well be back.

They close at today we pull up at 4:50pm my kids walk over to the window to order thats when the the young Girls close the Window on my kids. Bad customer service you dont turn customers away.
