I will never go back. Do not charge anything to this outfit they must be a spiteful bunch. They came at me with a lawyer over $576. Maybe they get like a Groupon or a mass lawyer deal cause i dont know who would hire a lawyer for that much. Its not like their jewelry was even worth what they are asking go to amazon or wish same stuff for 1/3 the price

The staff has been more than helpful with me through this whole experience. They helped me pick out exactly what I was wanting and she also ordered it because they didnt have the product in store. Then the covid-19 pandimc came and it took a little longer to get my necklace but I got it and Im not upset I understand the situation and circumstances were out of anyone hands. Was told bracelet would arrive on Thursday by UPS. It did not. Was told they forgot to give it to UPS so it will arrive Friday. It did not. They say it should arrive Saturday. So that has me staying close to home three days. Associate did not seem too concerned.

I picked up a beautiful cross necklace and the woman who helped me was fantastic! I unfortunately did get her name but I came in around 4ish 3:40 ish. Amazing customer service. I had the idea of getting my wife an Open Heart Collection Necklace for xmas. Drove 1 1/2 hours to get to the store. When we get to the store the gentleman tells me that they do not have them out on display that they are put up. He informs me that 3-4 times a year that this merchandise is put up and a rep. Is coming in to change the layout of their merchandise. He was not interested at all in showing me any of it. He asked me if I lived close by. Basically wanting me to come back another time. I drove 1 1/2 hours to get told, we have it but you cant see it.come back another time..... REALLY. THIS IS CHRISTMAS TIME. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

I will never shop here again and I will make sure no one I know ever does. My husband had them make a one of a kind customized engagement ring. Its been 2 and a half years now and they have had it more than Ive had it on my finger. They didnt get the size right so had to have it resized. When I got it back it still wasnt right so had to have it resized again. So that was 2 months that they had it. Then after I got it the prongs broke. So i took it back they sent it off. After i got it back they still didnt fix it the other side was broke. So again they had it for another 2 months. Then another prong broke causing me to lose one of the gems. Now after 2 months of having it back had to take it to be fixed again. Same prong they fixed left the gem lose. So now they have it again and sending it off for now the second time for same problem. DO NOT SHOP
