Ordering and finding things were great and they were really nice when they finally answered after calling a couple of times but its been over two weeks since I ordered my saw and I have no idea whats going on or why its not been sent yet they say its coming directly from Bosch but to me its up to the site selling the product to make sure you get it as soon as possible or let you know why its not.
