In May I purchased a 2021 Civic EXL. I’m a social worker and have a far commute/crazy schedule so I came in unscheduled after a few days of driving with the tire pressure warning on. Mark Wertheim helped me right away and was a pleasure to work with! Mark showed me the small puncture that caused a slow leak and explained how to check it using a spray bottle. He was clear, efficient and friendly. He called the tire manufacturer to make sure it was covered under warranty then sent someone out for the tire and got me out of there within hours! Wonderful customer service initially from buying the car but im especially impressed by the customer service with my first repair.
