Stopped in to get my car inspected. It was flunked because of an exhaust leak, which I knew was total BS.. Went directly to my mechanic and he found no leak. Went to another inspection center and it passed. STAY AWAY.I gave 1 star only because you cant give -1 stars.

Gary is an excellent mechanic. Highly knowledgeable, and very reasonable and honest. You won’t find one as genuine as him. Would highly recommend for any type of service!

Brought my SUV for a MA inspection sticker and was failed for the window tint being too dark. Explained that couldn’t be as the tint was the the darkest legally allowed. Told too bad, and drove off with a failed sticker on my vehicle. Had to drive to Weymouth to the place that did the tint to question the job done, the tech measured the tint with his meter and it was perfectly legal. I went across the street to get another sticker (and pay again) and passed with flying colors. Drove back to Kingston to question Supers equipment used in inspections (I couldn’t be the only one they failed) and to request my money back. I was told “You’ll have to deal with the Registry”, that I did. I filed a complaint against Super with the MA RMV, a couple of days later a nice gentlemen from the RMV met me, measured the tint rating again, found it perfectly legal, apologized and said a refund would be on the way. Noted that Super would receive a warning for shoddy inspections services. What should have taken 20 mins turned into a few hours on the day of the inspection and another hour a few days later. Terrible shop, terrible service, in particular the gruff old guy doing the inspections, who I believe is the owner.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I never right reviews but I am writing because this place is the worst place I have ever been to. I went for an inspection today and got terrible customer service, had to wait outside in the cold for a half hour, and now my cars not working and I drive a 2017 with 0 problems prior. Biggest scam of a place I have ever been. Paid with cash and didn’t get a receipt. Give them ur business if you don’t care about ur car

Needed brake line replaced on carTried to charge me $1600...said it needed complete brake job all around...had it brought to another mechanic...cost...$500...so they are crooks and its too bad that there are repair shops out there ripping people off...this one of the them..dont bother going here..

The man who took my phone calls and repaired my car was genuinely a nice honest man and they will definitely get my business in the future.

Gary is really great. i go there all the time. he is so honest and realistic and not afraid to recommend a place to have the work done cheaper - tires - cant say enough. go there.well, i guess i can say more...gary goes out of his way to provide excellent service.

The mechanic claimed to be knowledgeable bragging that hes been a mechanic for 30 years then after the work was done stated he doesnt work on these vehicles. He charge a kings ransom and made the car worse than when we brought it to him. After the work was done, he inspected my car but my back & brake lights wouldnt work and the car stalled whenever we place it in drive or reverse. So, I was given a inspection sticker for a car whos lights dont work and whos engine doesnt work! I asked for some of my money back and he stated in no uncertain terms NO! Avoid this representative of Shell, he doesnt care about his customers and will gouge them for work he knows nothing about!He also will pass vehicles that are unsafe under the state inspection!

Garys great always my first choice for repairs but due to the owner now charging 20 just to put cars on a lift to look at them i wont be able to go to them any more low income plus 12 year old car means that i cant afford an extra 20 just to have a diagnosis for a noise specialy when its expensive enough for the repairs to start with
