Very good selection of both beer and liquor. Good prices. Beer of the month deal is great. Prices on stuff is often missing. Overall beer selection is limited by the size of the store. Kappys has a bigger selection.

I am a Duxbury resident and I make it a point to come here to Kingston simply because the customer service and friendliness really does make a difference in my day even if all Im doing is getting a bottle of wine. Great prices and nice staff. Youd be surprised how rare that can be sometimes. This is a great store.

They have Maine Beer Lunch in bottles! Used to be you could only get it in bottles at the brewery itself (in Freeport ME). Empire only sells one at a time, at $8 each (fair price), and they arent refrigerated. Empire also some of their others - Woods and Waters and Another One are especially good - but none are kept cool as the brewery insists on.Also they have a great selection of other craft beers, including most of the Sierra Nevada, Two Roads, and Long Trail brands, all essential to a true beer nut. Prices are competitive.

Great selection with excellent customer service.Don’t be fooled by Eli Stinebiser’s post. I found out the real scoop and he should be happy they acted like a good parent instead of just calling the cops on him. I’m happy Empire is diligent about their license and the community.

Awesome store, fantastic variety. If they don’t have it they will get it for you. They did it for me!

Large selection of whiskeys. Basically a large selection of everything but I like whiskey. Grabbed a bottle of Four Roses single barrel. It was really good neat, on ice it was okay.

Ive been 21 for about 6 months now, went in there the other night and gave the conceited guy at the counter my US PASSPORT and they told me they wouldnt sell to me because they didnt believe I was of age. Talk about a power trip from the blonde guy with glasses and the airhead looking guy with the buzz cut.Not going there again.
