These guys work their tails off. I had a full audio system installed in my car and it sounds awesome. Plan on going back in the future for any other upgrades I may want.8 Months later I still feel the same way. If you have an idea these guys will turn it Into a reality. I recently had Wicked CAS install a stereo/speakers/electrical wiring for my 1978 International Scout. They installed a stereo on my motorcycle (victory cross country). One year later I found EVERY screw to the spacers striped and the speakers in the fairing. When I called they said they could look at it. Should never be a problem, and never happen. Poor workmanship, and poor customer service. I forgot to take photos, but this is my first negative reveiw.

Wow! I couldn’t be more impressed with this shop. They did a dynamite job on a very difficult install. I’m a perfectionist and I have to say, the installation is flawless. They made everything easy and came up with incredibly innovative ways to mount the hardware. Everything is clean, hidden and perfect! The price was more than reasonable and the quality of work higher than every other high-end installer I have worked with over the years (and I have worked with a lot). I can’t believe how great of a job they did. Anyone considering them should know that you can trust with any of your cars whether its a daily driver or a one-of-a-kind exotic. These guys are the real deal!

System sounded great after instillation. I took it out to free up some trunk space for a road trip and when I put the box back in something was off. Brought it in a few years after instillation, they took a look and fixed it up under full warranty. Kind, courteous and helpful. Thanks again guys!

Got a set of intercooler pipes installed (Didnt feel like going under the car without a lift). They were able to get me an appointment fast were done very quickly. I would definitely go back here. Going to get a magic box next. Good folks over there.

Bought replacement parts for my supra from these guys back on 11/27.First off, great guys to speak with on the phone if they are available. If not, they are quick to get back to you and devote time to make sure you understand what your buying and attempting to achieve. Andre was great to work with and made sure to ask me questions about what I wanted... not just forcing some loud expensive system on me. Nasir Follows it up with excellent workmanship and does exactly what he says he will do.They also both provided great support not just to get my money, but through out the entire process. I wish I lived closer so I could physically go to their shop for my leisure. I highly reccomend these guys for whatever you are trying to achieve. A++++++

Super happy, couldnt be more pleases! I had gone into Wicked C.A.S with a general idea of what I wanted and a clear understanding of the level of performance I was expecting. Nazar sat with me in one of my other vehicles that I wanted to match or exceed the level of audio performance.This gave him a great baseline to work from of what types of music and the sound and bass levels I liked. I knew I would be replacing factory amp, head unit, Dash, door rear and adding a dedicated sup with new amp.We decided to go with Kenwood eXcelon vehicle specific fit speakers all around. Why this review is 5 stars.1. Service - from first engagement to installation and finally tweaking and tuning the system, simply outstanding!2. No hard pressure sales, certainly they recommended products, but it was after sitting and listening to my other system, music likes and a bit of a conversation. Nazar matched the product to my taste to ultimately delivered a awesome product that Im enjoying3. Price - I didnt shop around a lot, however, I would have been foolish if I didnt check prices elsewhere, he was right in line with the BIG internet guys.4. Locale service and installation. Im past the days of doing this size of a job myself. I want local professionals I can go to when/if needed.5. Knowledge /willingness to learn - no surprise phone calls. They delivered what we discussed and they committed. What this meant for me is he knew of any special connectors, wiring and other equipment my vehicle would need and it was part of the upfront pricing.

Stopped by to get my audio set up looked at and was greeted by a staff of good, kind people.They not only helped diagnose my audio problem, but they took a look at my entire car.I was having issues with my clutch and tuning in general, and they took a lot of time and energy out of their days to get me on the right track.None of the workers ever tried to push any products or installations on me.Instead, they helped me decide what needed to be done now and what could wait.Once again I cant recommend this shop any more

Over the past few weeks I’ve visited close too, if not every car audio shop between South Boston all the way up to Laconia, and this place really stuck out to me. so much so that felt compelled enough to write this review before eating my dinner! I’ve always done my own installs but I’m having a problem that I can’t seem to resolve my own. So while I travel on business, I’ve been making stops along the way, speaking to different people to see if anyone’s come across a similar problem before. When I arrived, I was promptly greeted by a gentleman who was on the computer working. He was very friendly, very conversational, and in an industry where there’s a lot of poor treatment towards DIYers, I was never once made to feel like I was not welcome. We spoke about my problem and although he was unable to help me with mine, he did offer a few suggestions, which is more than I’ve gotten from every other place I’ve spoken with. I would absolutely recommend this location to anybody with any kind of automotive needs, not just audio related.Nas the owner was not in today but I will be getting in touch with him on Monday, To not only commend him on the team that he has standing behind him, but the incredibly accurate reputation of excellence that they have all together built. I wish I could remember the gentleman’s name that I spoke with, I unfortunately cannot, but I’m sure he will remember my RSX with the STUFFED yellow top under the hood.

Sold me a magic box took more than a month to receive and the carpet was cut jacked up and the bare box is exposed in several places and the box actually sounds horrible!!! Worst customer service ever as they said they would refund me and take it back only to renege on theyre promise and have started ignoring me so all buyers beware and avoid at all costs!!!

I own Lous Custom Exhaust next door, and Ive had my 2011 GMC Duramax worked on at Wicked a few times. They put a remote starter in it back in 2011, and I just recently had them do a updated radio with Bluetooth and a backup camera. Naz and Andre are easy to deal with, and they stand behind what they sell. I will be back for more!

TLDR: Initially brought my Supra to a person I thought was reputable, but ended up hacking my Supra and cutting every corner possible. I then saved money over the course of a coupe years. I brought my torn up Supra to Wicked CAS and they rejuvenated my car into something valuable. 5/5! Go to Wicked CAS if you want it done right.The people:I have only had the pleasure to meet and interact with Naz, Pat, and Andre. All three are very knowledgeable, skilled, and professional.Naz is the type of person that after a 5 minute conversation, it feels like you have known him forever. His professionalism and charismatic personality makes every interaction smooth. He tells you everything up front and straight forward. He gives you all of the options and scenarios, but you have the choice in the matter with no pressure in any decision. If you ask for Naz advice, he will give it to you without attempting to sell you things that arent necessary.Pat is a pretty cool dude and I absolutely enjoyed every conversation I had with him. I had a system put into my 02 Audi S4 by Wicked in May including Kenwood head unit, Hertz speakers all around plus magic box in the trunk, as well as the Drone GPS and alarm. I wanted to wait a while to write an honest review as everything is perfect in the beginning. From the beginning Nazar was helpful and professional making recommendations that were within my budget, and did not push options or upgrades I did not need. They provided me with a loaner car (his own brand new car) for the few days that they were working on my car (I came all the way up from Boston, having seen them at World of Cars at the WTC). I have to say a few months later that they did a wonderful job, on the inside and outside. The system sounds amazing and there have been no glitches. The alarm system, GPS and remote start are handy and give me quite a bit of confidence. My only concern as cosmetic - while I expected the magic box in the trunk to fill in seemlessly, there was some distortion of the surrounding cover and it sticks out rather unpleasantly. If that had come out as smooth as everything else, I would have given 5+ stars for sure.

After months of research on a new stereo system for our new 2015 grand cherokee, I decided to check out Wicked CAS after visiting many other local shops. They were extremely knowledgeable, able to work with my budget and even recommended a few tweaks to my setup that turned out amazing! I had hertz xls installed all around along with a JL stealth box. They strategically placed my amps in hidden spots and surprised me with a custom molded casing for my bit 10 sound processor which matches the color of my car. Naz sat with me in my car for about an hour after the install and tweaked the system to my personal liking using his laptop. The system sounds incredible! These guys feel like family to me.. They would text me pictures and updates as they were working on my vehicle and even gave me a loaner car to drive in the meantime. For those that know me, I am one of the pickiest SOBs out there and I am more than satisfied with their work. Highly recommended to anyone looking for an audio upgrade!

I have been a customer of Nazars for over 10 years (even before Wicked CAS). I had one massive $20K+ system installed and a few minor installations as well. I have also sent many friends there for anything from large systems all the way down to remote starters.As the company grew they expanded to include car repairs and I have used their services many times. Just recently they expanded their services again and now sell cars, including one for me on an incredibly reasonable commission basis. In ALL cases I, or the people that I have referred to him, have never received anything but the very best of service and price.In todays environment, it is extremely hard to find someone in the auto industry that you can trust 100%. Even though the shop is over 50 miles away from my home, Nazar and the rest of Wicked CAS team have earned my continued business time and time again. I sincerely cannot recommend them enough.

Very customer focused -- went above and beyond what was expected to make sure setup was exactly what I wanted. I had a touch screen nav/sat radio/bluetooth/ipod/dvd unit installed. I quickly noticed that the satellite radio signal was dropping more than it did with my old system. I brought the car in and they were more than happy to figure out how to make things better even though they didnt do anything wrong. Bottom line is I left with an awesome system and full confidence that these guys are committed to delivering a top-notch customer service experience (even if the customer is a pain in the a$$)

I had to bring my Lexus back 3 times for intermittent loss of sound . Excuses and blaming it on faulty harnesses. The last time they took it out and it just started working now its loose . I found another installer . Never again
