Not much in the store and employees push gamestop membership card way to hard.

This store is a joke! Came here today to buy an Xbox one controller since mine broke! They didn’t have any! Not a single Xbox one controller. Not to mention GameStop is advertising a deal for pre owned Xbox games and there’s are no where to be found! Now I have to go to the target to buy an Xbox one controller. Like are they trying to go out of business!? Save your time and go to target or wal mart for your gamer needs because you won’t find anything here.

The store brought my ps4 camra and gave me 15 cent instead of 15 dollars store credit. They told me I can have store credit after I called and said the price u gave me wasnt right

Theyve got just about anygame you want. The customer service is great.

I like most of the staff but the store itself needs an update. Plus they need a better price point. Same things you can get online a bit cheaper. Positive is that you can stop in and get what you need now instead of waiting on a shipment.

GameStop kinda sucks, now. The employees are all nice, but I dont like buying from them. Every single game you buy is opened, even when theyre supposed to be new. They have some cool figures and stuff, but I always purchase my games elsewhere.

This place has improved over the past 2 years. So my 2 stars go to 4.

Persuasion is for door to door sales. People tend to walk into a game store with the notion of what they intend to buy. I know its pushed at every GameStop but this one is more annoying about it. Store is small with TOO much pre-owned product and not enough new. This location is also in a dying mall with relatively low foot traffic.

I was able to get a very rare collectors edition from this gamestop and was impressed with the items they have available in store. Worth it the visit!!

The service is great. The staff is always a pleasure, friendly and they always do their best to give customers the best deals and advice on how to get what they want at the most affordable price.

I was there early. Probably the first customer of the day. They had the perfect last minute gift.

My son loves going here to trade in games hes finished with and he gets used games that are in excellent condition. The staff is always helpful and personable. Always a good experience.

Gamestop really needs to drug test their staff. Oh dear Lord. Bloodshot eyes, sunken eyes and a skunk smell. I can tell what they do on their breaks. I called an associate out on it and he apologized, denied it and then said it was for apart of his pain management. Guys. Come on. The other associate just laughed at the interaction. No responsibility and no one takes it seriously. Cant blame them, but i can blame the company. Its not legal in new York, yet and even so, at work? Amazon from now on, i suppose. Come on. Corperate needs to get involved.

Went in to pick up a couple games for gifts around christmas only for them to take new games out of a draw and try to put them in the game case. When I mentioned I needed actual new unopened copies because they were gifts I was told they could rewrap them if I wanted and they were indeed new copies. Since when is a new product already opened?
