Very pricey, but quality is the result... I myself do not frequent the store, thatd be my be my better half. Though in the past I have used some of the products yeeeaaars ago, happy. Helpful staff, that help when you want and let you shop without persuasions when you want. Stop in if youre unable to find products that work for the hair, skin, nails, ect. in the other stores. Just look for the sales.

Moved back to the area recently, I just want to say that everyone in the store and salon smiled and greeted me and that Victoria is amazing! She understood EXACTLY what I needed for my highlights and she was SUPER fun to have as a colorist. I HIGHLY recommend Ulta Salon. I lived in Cali and and Florida and I am extremely impressed at Victorias attentiveness and expertise!!! Already booked my next appointment!

Kudos to technician Michelle. My granddaughter came in for a make up application lesson. Michelle was patient, used completely age appropriate product and techniques and did a great job of diplomatically handling requests that werent age appropriate. Very happy with this ulta experience.

I was trying to leave to reviews but it wont let you I wanted to say that Jerry the manager was fantastic and give her four stars on her correction but then it wouldnt go let me go in and leave the review that was more important the one that I wanted to give one star to which is the one where I went in and asked for an extremely edgy haircut bringing out my gray color after $130 I looked like a blond bimbo the color was wrong the toner was wrong the cut was wrong there was absolutely nothing right after spending 3 hours and being told its because of the lighting in the store I went home angry beyond words and unable to sleep when I went back the next day the manager was wonderful but I find making excuses terribly sad and the correction involved taking off all the color I believe that the money for the color should have been refunded seeing how the correction was to take it all back out this did not happen. In the end 2 days 5 hours 2 tips and 100 plus dollars who was involved to mind up with a mediocre haircut and my own color back

Be Care With Your Cards at this place. The Staff maybe helpful but be care with your credit. You may find some addition charges on your card after you left the store. Pay Cash only, I reported my card missing in less than 30 minutes. If your card is missing after a visit this to Utla speak to corp about a security camera check. Buyer BEWARE!

I am new to makeup and a new customer at Ulta. The girls there have been very helpful and kind. The first foundation I purchased did not look good on my skin once I brought it home and tried it. I was able to return the used product with no problem. One of the girls sat with me and we tried several other foundations until I was satisfied. I love shopping there. I have not tried any of the services but shopping there sure is fun!

Every time I walk in here I have no less than 3 people following me around taking products out of my hands and putting them back. I primarily order online due to how they behave. Relax people I primarily order online because you only carry the most basic of products and I feel very uncomfortable in your store. Ridiculous.

I went in twice this week, and on both occasions the staff were super helpful and patient with my endless questions. Makeup has changed a lot over the years and they helped me catch up with all the trends and tools available. I spent a lot of money, but Ill keep coming back for the expertise and the great customer service!

Leading me to picking the perfect shades of foundation and eyeshadow for myself and also introducing me to new products that I absolutely love now!! The girl doing eyebrows has no clue what shes doing. Sophia is her name, avoid her if you dont want to feel like you wasted $21. Ive been to other Ulta brow bars, and they are really thorough, and make you feel like its worth the cost. They are skilled, and they follow very specific guidelines. She did none of those, and has no experience doing eyebrows. She told me she decided it would be fun, and so she applied for the job. Most of the sales people there have no knowledge of the products, and theyre more of a bother than anything. To shop there its fine, no where else in Kingston has those products. But definitely avoid getting your eyebrows done there until they ultimately hire someone else.

I know a young lady who works there named Jackie, so service was great

I find this particular boutique particularly disorganized, small, not enough choices for mens fragrances. Not many patrons either, only less than half a dozen, one woman getting a color. Checkout was very good, associate kind, helpful, even though getting their app up on my mobile phone was a nightmare, only figured it out after the fact . I like ordering from Ulta via my mobile phone better.

I love Ulta, I mean seriously come on, who doesnt? I know some of the items have a a bit of pricy price tag but for the most part... I love it! I would like to see more perfumes from high end designers but other than that I have nothing but good things to say about it!

My niece comes here for her cosmetics, she is studying cosmetology in school, she says this is the best place for all your needs

Does anyone know where Gisselle went? I have thick curly, wavy hair that tends to be frizzy. She was the only person who could cut it so that it wasnt a frizzy mess! My last appointment with her was just deleted from the system and no one called to tell me she was gone. I had another stylist cut my hair and it is just terrible.

Went to the Kingston store and they didnt have product in our smaller store. The sales girl was extremely helpful order product and it will be shipped free!!

Love Ulta. Made me feel more welcome than Sephora ever has, and the prices are better. They had a few clearance spots too, so if youre looking for really cheap stuff, look there. I will say that you could probably get quite a few of the brands they sell at your local pharmacy, but they also have premium brands like Tarte and Too Faced. Good store, Ill be going back soon.

The shelves are constantly under stocked and out of order. The sales assistants never talk to you on the lower end side of the store. On the high end of the store you get stalked and pestered about what to buy. The cashiers are unfriendly and apparently incompetent. When I tried to exchange my dip brow for a different color the cashier rang up my old one and put it in my bag again. Id rather walk around with dark eyebrows then ever have to buy something in that mess of a store again!

For Christmas my daughter bought me 2 cans of hairspray for my stocking. She knew the brand but wasnt sure if there were different styles of that particular brand so she asked the salesperson and was told that there was only that style so she bought them. Unfortunately, they were the wrong style so I took them back to the store with the receipt just to get an even exchange and was told I would have to pay $16 because they were no longer on sale. I work in retail and I have never heard of such a thing. They were an even exchange!!! The salespeople were not helpful at all and rude. I will not be going to this store again. Not a very good way to run a business!

The hairstylist was very nice... but not experianced at all! I wanted a long with layers bob! I got a choppy cut she cut a side bang for me that looks like a blob. I left upset but didnt say anything bc I do t like to complain but I went home and tried to style it to see if I could make it work.. and its was horrible I cried! Then called and told them how I was upset with my haircut the only thing they offenders me was to have the same stylist or the manager fix my hair.. idk if Ill go back to get it fixed Ill go somewhere else! Ask for an experienced hairdresser before going! Wish I could post pictures of it!

Staff is rude and unhelpful. No one greets you when you walk in or asks if you need help with anything, but they do follow you around to watch you without saying a word. Then I was standing in front of a product browsing and a staff member that was apparently looking for a product in the drawers below basically pushed me out the way. Didnt acknowledge my presence or say excuse me just waited until I was hit in the leg with the drawer and then moved. There apparently isnt clear direction for how the checkout line works. We were standing in line at the end of the registers and people skipped ahead and went right to the cashier. I can give the customers the benefit of the doubt for being confused, but in that situation the employee should let them know that there is a line. Will avoid this Ulta in the future.

So while in town yesterday my mother and I stopped in to see the new ULTA. BAD EXPERIENCE. While the store is new, it is hard to find tissues to wipe the testers off of your skin if you try to test the color of a product so take a bunch when you find them. No one offered to help us find a color or product, and the store was not busy at all. When I asked about a perfume sample, I was told they do not make them for customers. THEN when checking out I gave the girl at the register my ULTA card which has my birthday in my profile and I told them it was my birthday month. I was told unless I could pull up the email they were not going to be able to do anything and couldnt give me my free birthday item. WHY? you see its my birthday and I am not lying. She did call a manager over who said yup, I see it is your birthday month but sorry we need your email to scan the bar code WHY WOULD I EVER SHOP HERE AGAIN, when SEPHORA will do all the things you wont do for me ULTA? I am disgusted. Get your act together because service matters!!!
