Large skii shop. Big selection. Attentive knowledgeable staff. They handle covid prevention well. A line is formed outside maintaining distance. A worker handles the door, processing people, having them fill out forms outside and only allowing entry when their turn is ready. Customers are distanced as a result. Everyone wears masks. Very professionally handled. No chaos even during this busy Christmas new years week.

Super helpful and knowledgeable staff. More than happy to suggest a mountain to ski/ride and get you all set up for your first or 1001st. trip to the hill. Keep an eye out for their swap days as those are a great way to scoop some gear for cheap or trade up your old gear.

Staff was so nice that this place warranted a review. Every time I had a problem with my rental, they fixed it up right there without calling ahead and replaced anythung that was broken. The staff is jsut a bunch of boarders who genuinely want you to have a good time, and are more concerned with that then making a couple extra bucks. They even gave me my board for free after it had broke because they knew how much I enjoyed it, may not sound like a grand gesture but they made my winter, so thank you. Great place to rent any equipment at a good price.

Great customer service and they stand behind what they sell. I bought a pair of Gordini gloves there 2 weeks ago and they started falling apart already. I brought them back, showed them what was going on and their only question was if I wanted store credit or a refund. Wound up springing for a nicer pair of Swany gloves with the store credit. I have also bought jackets and other accessories over the years from them at prices comparable to online retailers and have been satisfied. Can always find a killer deal on lightly used skis at their seasonal tent sales as well.

Received outstanding customer service from a knowledgeable associate. My boyfriend and I went on a Monday morning because we knew wed need lots of help so Id advise you to do the same if youre like us. We left with boots, goggles, a gator, gloves, a helmet and a great experience!

I am an intermediate rider, 62 220 lbs, and need a large setup. I came in for a rental and rcd a fantastic almost brand new salomon board with plenty of rocker. Waxed up and fast as hell. Made my day on the mtn one to remember. Rental price is fair and a good value. Highly recommended!

Great equipment. Great prices. Great customer service. They give you prices that are much cheaper than the mountain for both equipment as lift tickets. I also had a problem with some of their equipment. I came back and they helped me out right away.

I almost bought a board here twice, but was offput by the somewhat rude staff, so I just grabbed the small items I needed and was on my way.

Well run local market.

First off they were open at 7:30 in the morning on a Sunday which was a huge bonus. We were able to get all of the items that we needed to for our ski trip that day, and we were able to get lift tickets far cheaper here than we would have at the mountain! Not sure how that works, but I wasnt going to complain. Although there was a decent crowd there for so early in the morning on a Sunday, we received service very quickly and we were in and out in a reasonable time frame. Very good experience

Staff was super friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Associate cared more about me buying the correct item than pushing the sale. They even advised that I come back when they have their Fall sales and more or less swap meet where I might get a better deal and get a board that I liked more than what they had in stock at that time.

Great ski shop, good variety of manufacturers, knowledgeable and helpful staff. They want to make sure you are satisfied. Bought ski boots last year and they worked with me to make sure I was 100% satisfied with the fit.

Fantastic customer service. Ive rented seasonal gear there for my nephew for a couple of years. They always take great care getting him set up properly and when a broken wrist the first day out this season meant I returned the gear early, they could not have been nicer.

Staff is great. Attentive even when busy. Actually care about your snow experience. Went in to buy new boots, Adam suggested adjusting my old boots instead -- made a huge difference and saved me hundreds.

They were Super helpful. The staff is very knowledgeable . I had problems with my old boots my foot would hurt after 2 runs. Now the new boots they helped me set up fit Just right!!! Highly recommended

Great service and we appreciate the knowledge and help when renting or buying clothes and gear. The Fishkill store is not as busy as the stores near the mountains and is the preferred shop for our family.

Ordered 2 pairs of demo skis from potter brothers. Skis came in excellent condition, in fact i think if i got 2 new pairs they would be in worst condition after a weekend on the slopes. Before ordering I must have called them 5 times with all kinds of questions and they cared to get me the right ski not just make a sale. Shipping was free.
