I needed to ship several pieces of art and a collection of porcelain figures to various family members as a part of an estate clearance. I was more than impressed with the service (and attitude!) of everyone in this UPS Store. All of the items were received by the recipients in a timely fashion and in excellent condition. I highly recommend this location and love that I was able to support a locally owned business.

I visited the UPS store yesterday and was helped by the kindest staff. I felt terrible that I arrived a bit unprepared but they patiently helped me sort my returns and handled them in a timely and kind manner. I decided they are long over-due their 5 stars. Ive been coming here for over a year and always have consistently good service. Thanks!

I went to the ups store in kings mall in Kingston NY I was mailing a diaper cake for a baby gift. The are lots of baby things pinned on the cake made out of diapers, blankets, etc. I had wrapped Saran Wrap around to keep the things in place. I put the cake in a plastic bag with paper and a few miscellaneous items. They told me they couldn’t pack it as long as it was in the bag. They couldn’t get the correct size. They couldn’t promise that it would stay in tact as it goes on a conveyer belt as is dropped in the box. I am very unhappy with the whole experience and I didn’t appreciate The who cares attitude of the two female employees. (I am female also) I will try using a different ups store next time.

Called in because Amazon didnt have a package scanned into the system that involved a big refund. The manager of printing, Scott, picked up and immediately was crass, disrespectful and rude. He had no interest in hearing what I had to say nor any interest in taking the tracking number to see what he could see. He just cut me off and told me its Amazons problem. I was shocked to be treated like this because the workers Ive dealt with face to face there have always been kind and helpful. Fortunately I got my refund because Amazon felt bad for the way I was treated by Scott, when I was just trying to check on the status of my package. Went with 3 stars because overall I think they are a 5 in customer service, but Scott today was a 0 so I applied an average.

This was my first time coming to this Location on the 18th of November of this year and i was sending a Vinyl record Set to a Friend in the Carolinas! the Prices were reasonable for a record collection to be sent but hey they helped me get the Package of the Vinyl collection ready to go! since it was my first time id go back again for another package that needs to be shipped!

I bought an item at STAIR Galleries 5 weeks ago and contacted this UPS Store (as indicated on STAIR website) for shipping. They confirmed my email was in the queue, but they never sent a response or gave me a shipping quote. If youre busy, increase your capacity! Use the UPS Store in Hudson NY, which STAIR provided as an alternate, after I contacted them.

I called to see how much it would cost to mail out golf clubs to my grandson and was quoted a price of 64 dollars and change, when we brought the clubs in it weighed less than what I thought it was and was charged over 120 dollars. This is really bad business twice the amount and when I asked why the clerk told me because the zip code we used was two blocks from the actual zip code. Something is really wrong with this.

I should like to say that I received excellent service from Shannon, at UPS in the Kingston Mall, when I came in with 3 parcels just before closing. She was lovely and reassuring and efficient assisting me, sealing boxes and sorting forms for the UK customs, even though I came in so late. And all 3 were delivered on time. This is not actually owned by UPS. They cannot ship ammunition, even though they are legally allowed to.

They need more people working, or give customers keys to boxes so they don’t have to wait in line. Just notified when getting mail they are changing address. This causes me a lot of headaches to make changes to every company/service I deal with to change address. Huge pain and don’t appreciate it at all. My hope is when they move to 260 address they give keys for boxes or have more people so people don’t have to wait in long lines to get mail.

I had a fairly big shipment of heavy and unwieldy music equipment going from here to LA yesterday and I found the staff super helpful, especially Jermaine who advised me on the phone and then in person and helped me save money by buying the labels online (20% discount).. great service thanks guys!

They finished a promotional printing job for me yesterday. The amount of contact and communication they provided was above and beyond. The whole team helped to get me paper samples, direct my calls and answer questions. Scott is amazing! If you ever need anything printed please make them your first choice! You will regret it if you go anywhere else!

Phenomenal service. Was driving home on a Saturday afternoon and leaned I had to have a document which only lived on my phone printed and notarized by evening. Stopped by and in five minutes had both completed. Forwarded the email with the document to their email. They printed it and notarized it on the spot. As a side note, in the five minutes I was there several parties came in with open boxes needing taping. All these people would head over to the wall where the store sold tape, and in each case, the other service person behind the counter sold call them over and tell them to just put the boxes on the counter, and she just taped them right up for them.

I foolishly put a wrong address on a package containing a laptop, which I gave to the UPS store on Saturday. I left a frantic voice message when I realized this on Sunday. At 7:45 am on Monday, before the store had even opened, Scott located the laptop, repackaged it when he saw the condition of the box I had used, and corrected the address, thus saving it both from being left on some unknown doorstep and possibly damaged. Thats A+ customer service; I wish these guys also worked for Time Warner Cable!
