We were stranded 3 hours from home and got towed in to Kingville where the tow truck driver suggested Firestone for a quick repair and back on the road. We called and they said they were way too busy. When we showed up there, they had zero customers. They just didn’t want any patrons at 4:00pm on a Saturday.

Poor customer service,doesnt know what she is doing, get your customers first then tend to your personal.

Visited for low tire pressure. The staff was friendly and very quick to inflate tires for free. I was in and out within 5 minutes. Very happy with my experience and would return.

By far the worst place to take your car to in Kingsville. I took my car just for a check. On picking it up, my battery began to malfunction, the check engine light came up, and a loud sound began to come from my engine. In addition to being incompetent, they have the worst customer service.

My wife and I were on the way to south Padre Island when we got a flat tire in Kingsville. The receptionist as well as the technician did a fantastic job.We had the jack and other parts to take the wheel off sort of thrown in the back trunk when we arrived. The technician, Ben, if I remember correctly, actually put all the parts away properly; I didnt expect it and I was genuinely surprised by that level of service. Definitely a 5/5.

Came here to get a wheel alignment and new tires . The car did take a long time to get fixed but that is because of covid-19 and short staffing. I rather be patient and have my car fixed correctly than rush and have car trouble later, Ashley and Terri were awesome. Ashley had me laughing the whole time the customer service rocks! Ashley made my day thankyou so much (the girl who literally drove over the bumpers in her minivan 😂)

The services performed, as asked, were excellent and economical. When we arrived for pickup, the technician was in the process of doing a $150 part and service installation that had not been asked for or approved. He stopped. We paid and left!

Never bring your car here! Always a bad experience I should of learned my lesson the first time. Customer service is lacking although I will admit it’s gotten a “little” better. They take entirely too long for the simplest of tasks. And if you end up with a huge bill and they offer you a card DONT get it! Even if they say you have 6 months no interest they won’t tell you that you need to make minimal payments and if you miss a payment there’s a late fee. Also the bank that offers the card Credit First has horrible customer service. Just stay away from this place

They were very fast and courteous. I went for an oil change and ended up needing a repair also which they took care of right away. Very pleased with the service I received!

Ordered 4 tires last week, they had to be shipped from the manufacturer out of state. They price matched, which was great, but they charged me the delivery fee. Went to have the tires mounted today (took only the rims in), it took an hour and a half. That wouldve been fine, if they had let me know to begin with and I wouldnt have waited. Also, found out (after I asked) theres no warranty on these Brand New Tires.

I had a great experience with Michael and the Firestone team in Kingsville TX. My truck had problems in the morning when I had visited the University at 9AM. Michael and the rest of the Firestone team were very helpful and quick to diagnose the problem that occurred. They installed spark plugs, new battery, reset a TPI that has been on for years, aired up my tires to correct pressure, and also got an inspection done all before noon. My truck has never ran better. Thank you all for making my day less stressful than it already was. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Took my vehicle to get alignment done and in a month the inside of my tires were all eaten away. So I made an appointment to take it back and they said the alignment person quite. When I took it back again they said they could not do the alignment because my ball joints were messed up and wanted to charge me $700 to fix it. There was no problem before and when I went to pick up my car it was in the exact same spot where I had left it. Later found out my mother also has problems here before will never get any work or tires from here again

Firestone is a great place to take your car. The management was wonderful and explained every aspect of what was going on with the repairs going on with my car.

Driving through Kingsville. Had trouble starting and keep running. Symptoms are very normal for a cam sensor bad (PS343). Any mechanic would know right away. If I had been home and access to a computer I could have worked it out and fixed. Found a Utube and he replaced one in less than 5 minutes. Easy. LOL.Firestone wouldnt let a mechanic talk to me or look at symptoms, mandatory Computerized Engine Analysis for $99.99. Sure enough it was this little sensor. Takes less than 5 minutes to remove and replace.But they had to order one from AutoZone across street. They had to have one delivered requiring a wait all day until 5:15pm. Front desk clerk said part wouldnt arrive until 5 and mechanic would be leaving before 5 so it would be next morning. So I went to get my luggage out of car and head to motel for night. Mechanic said, no, part would be there at 5 and he would have me on my way by 5:15pm. So I waited. Of coarse no apology from the front desk girl.Not wanting to wait all day for the part I offered to hire a taxi and go get the part. She said that would be out of policy and couldnt allow it. Reality is they are probably worried you would find out how much the part cost.The part is a $15 item, charged me $139.99. $99 for the engine test! 5 minutes labor $214.99. I expect Firestone but this ended up being $382.83 for a $13 part and 5 minutes of labor. Plus waiting around waiting room for 7 hours.PS: Orailies was just around corner, they prob had the part.As the mechanic promised I was on my way at 5:20pm.

Had a great experience here. Found a flat on my car, got it to the shop at 5:30, was worried that they would not be able to fix it that day, to get me on the road to Corpus Christi, an hour away. They had the thing fixed within 15 minutes. I was surprised and impressed. All in a good way. Thank you!

Our car broke down on the Highway... Firestone was open on Sunday & very accommodating. They even gave us a ride to the hotel. (Thanks to the family of the Service Manager). The price for replacing fuel pump was fair and service was fast. Thanks for everything Firestone, yall are awesome!

We had our sons car brought to the store after it died on the road. The manager, Omar, went above and beyond to assist us in determining next steps, sending our sons (forgotten) prescription glasses to him, and generally helping us sort out a difficult situation from afar. This sort of assistance is rare in todays society and I am so thankful to have encountered Omar in a time of need.

Making an appointment does no good. Its first come first served regardless. Impossible to get an accurate time when repairs will start or even be completed. If you want to bring your vehicle here, get here early. Good luck.

The lady with glasses was rude and ignored me when I asked her a question about a tire and had me wait while I was in a hurry and was also being nice with her... I had a blow out and she could not help me because of tire tread?? Lol sad Walmart decided to help me with that and for a cheaper price. Thnx

Right after every oil change, i end up with new problems.First oil change : suggested tire rotation, ( it was running fine till den) 2 days after my both tires burst.Second oil change: suggested engine mount change, ( car was running real smooth), just after the oil change it starts to sound like generator.It seems like they creating new problems for their businesses.

Very thorough, took less time to give an inspection than what they said. Also replaced my wipers quickly. Clean & professional.

Severely under-staffed. I had to leave my car over night, so it took just under 24 hours just to get an inspection sticker. Something that takes 15 minutes to do. I understand they there was a lot of other work to be done, but I was there an hour and a half prior to closing and they wouldnt take it unless I left it over night. Then upon returning to pick up my car the next day, I stood at the front desk for 30 minutes before anyone came to help me out. Finally I paid and left but as I was driving out I found that they left a huge mess on my dashboard of some sort of white flakes from removing my old inspection sticker. I went back inside to address the issue and to get a rag or vacuum to clean it and again, I stood at the front desk for 30 minutes before anyone came out. Hire a receptionist for god sake! When I was finally able to ask them to clean it, I defiantly got attitude. After it gets cleaned, I return to my car to find the mess was just wiped away by hand and is now all over the car. Im never returning here.

I went in for a state required safety inspection. The mechanics work really hard but the customer service desk needs some work. The man that works behind the counter is really ruff. The young lady that was there should be more focal. Her customer service skills out do the grumpy old cuss. I dont think I will go here again until the counter attitudes calm. I did get the inspection done so I am not taking off any other stars but the customer service needs to be addressed.

This is the second time in a row I take a vehicle and it gets pushed back to staying overnight for days. I had a Friday appointment, they said it will be done on sat. On sat they said it will be done by noon on Sunday. On Sunday they say if I want to pick it up cuz the parts store is closed. I tell them i need it fixed, Ill leave it again and pick up Monday. Ridiculous, just for a CV rubber seal replacement and maintenance inspection. Like i said this happened last time when I needed my brakes and calipers replaced. Also happened when I took a tire for repairs.

Bad customer service. Waited for 2 hours to have the alignment fixed. Responses were very curt.Ive been to firestones in Houston and the experience was totally opposite.Update: after waiting for 2 hours Im told that the machine got locked up and to come back the next day. Safe to say I wont

Definitely never coming back. I asked them to check out a low tire and they did so. As soon as I heard the price, I thought I should look elsewhere. When I went to go get a new tire, the wheel lock was missing! When I called they said the mechanic had already left for the day. When I stopped by in the morning they said that they had left the wheel lock ON my vehicle when I left yesterday. Just unbeliveable.

Had a flat tire at the rest stop just after the Border Patrol Checkpoint which was south of Sarita. Turns out it was the tire valve that was tearing off. After a swap to my spare, I had googled Tire Shops according to my GPS and it gave me 3 results in Kingsville. The first one I called left me on hold so I called the second on the list which was Firestone. They assured they could help me when I drove in. The gentleman who helped me was also the same one I spoke to on the phone and I was prepared to pay for the work and was told there was no charge. I cant tell you how much that made me smile after the morning I had with the flat. It was just me, by myself and they went above and beyond. Thank you for the help and I wish you luck with your business.

Horrible, they only know how to sell you new parts, they dont fix things, when they see you they see money. These guys put freon in my car without even checking for leaks, two days it was gone like water in a basket. They charge like crazy. I wish I read reviews before coming here.

This is the worst firestone Ive ever been to. Service is beyond slow, severely understaffed. Something as basic as an oil change can take hours, even if you arrive in the morning, theyll often ask you to leave your vehicle. I took my car back in December and they crashed it! Dont take your car or truck to this place. Go to Pueblo or anywhere else, trust me, this place isnt worth it. Omar (the mgr) couldnt find any of my f150 records, I was trying to get my tires balanced and aligned. This fool tried telling me that I couldnt have bought my Michelin ltx 255x65x17 from firestone bc they dont carry them and need to be special ordered. He looked like a deer caught in headlights when I showed him the receipt. As far as the alignment, I had to call another firestone to find it in the computer since Omar was incapable of doing it correctly the first time.Honestly if I could give 0 stars I would. If you like having your cars cashed into walls on Christmas Eve, and your vehicles paper work lost than this is the place for you.

Took my truck to get new tires and they damaged my truck on the lift and then the guy that worked on my truck dont work there no more but theyre not doing nothing to fix my truck if you take your vehicle asked for them to use floor jacks
