I suffer from chronic back pain, and had been waiting until the Labor Day Sara arrived, so I could get a new mattress.I walked in, she showed me a bunch of mattresses, and wasn’t pushy at all. I ended up walking out with my mattress (getting delivered) and a few pillows and a mattress protector. All for the deal of my life. She’s the sweetest lady. Make sure to talk with her. A great listener, and highly attentive to your needs.

We ended up buying our king mattress with literally NO PRESSURE from this salesperson, Bridget She was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, funny, and most importantly HONEST. Holy smokes was this a great experience. The woman who helped me (didnt catch her name) was so helpful. The store manager was great. I highly recommend going here because he sold me the bed I wanted although he did try to get me to purchase a better bed I declined and he provided me a second option which was... buy the bed you need now and if you return it in 4 months we will take it back refund you and you can use that towards a more expensive bed. I’m going to take him up on that offer and I’ll save for 4 months go back get a new bed sleep on it for 4 months and do it again.. I’ll end up with the bed I want within 8 months or so at a more cost efficient way then spending 2000 bucks all at once. I’m super grateful for this information... I took pictures of my wife and dog on the sleepys mattress cause she wouldn’t get off … every dog toy ends up on the bed as well so that’s also a reason you should buy from them, dogs love it too lol!!. He also sold me a case to ensure I kept the bed in good condition to bring it back... add to all of that, the fact that I’m Spanish from the hood and I now live in the kinnelon area I normally get treated like a criminal or discriminatively and he treated me like an actual person... thanks!!!

I was in need of a top mattress for a twin bed. Not sure if this was a good idea or not but due to budget limits I was trying to be conscious of the bottom line. I went to the store on RT 23 Kinnelon and was looking around when the salesman Andy approached and asked if he could help. I explained my situation and I have to say he was more than knowledgeable about the products and gave me options I wouldnt have thought of. He showed me a few different mattresses and I apologized that I was taking so much of his time. He never lost his patience or his smile. Andy is a wonderful asset to your business. He showed me a 10 memory foam which at first I scowled at thinking it wasnt the quality I imagined...He suggested I try it and it was the one I purchased hands down. The best part of it was it was on sale within my budget so it was a WIN WIN for me.. This guy took the time and patience without being pushy and I needed to let the superiors know what a keeper he is.. Definitely a bunch of nice guys but you better be happy with your mattress because even though when they sell it to you they tell you if your not happy you can exchange it or get a refund, well i was not happy and was able to buy a different mattress that they didnt sell and they refused to give me my money back! they avoided me like the plague in fact when i went in person to discuss this they said its not there policy to give money back, so i had to show them on the receipt that it is actually there policy, the salesman said nothing and i ended up getting a refund less 500 and 200 total 700. since the mattress was 2,700 which is crazy in it self i was happy to get back what i did, this is very poor business and under no circumstance would i ever shop or recommend this place to anyone.

I had such a bad experience at raymour and Flanigan. I got next day delivery with raymour on Monday and delivered Tuesday.. my mattress was delivered 2 hours late and showed up filthy the truck drivers dragged it on the street which caused the mattress to get dirty I told them to send it back and argued with the guy and cancelled my whole order. That same day I went to kinnelon mattress firm and met with Ron. He was great I spent more money then I did on the previous mattress with raymour because Ron showed me a better quality one which I appreciate! The delivery guys came here today so only 2 days later and showed up at the time they said they would. The guys who delivered it unwrapped everything perfectly and carried it off the truck without it touching the floor. They were so efficient. I am so happy with the experience and will recommend mattress firm over anywhere else.

They were excellent!Follow up: 3 months later and I can not live with the mattress I purchased! Went today, paid the difference and hopefully upgraded... only a few nights sleep on the next mattress will tell. If not, I’m in trouble.

My wife and I purchased a Hybrid Queen mattress with an adjustable base which we are finding to be very comfortable and helpful for us in getting a good nights sleep, especially considering that we both have some back issues.We also purchased a twin pillow top and box spring.(which is what we originally went in for) Our sales person, Kris was very helpful in explaining exactly what options might best suite us given our parameters. While I question if the price we paid was the very best (since we had not looked into any other stores), we are both very pleased with our purchase and the friendly, knowledgeable and helpful service from both Kris and Jennifer.
