This place is sub par when it comes to carrying certain items. Compared to the one is Haskell, its amazing these are even considered the same store. The pharmacy people are also rude so I no longer go here for refills.

Great service inside the store. The self checkout had a few problems though, a worker had to come over 3 times to fix it. Otherwise, Great experience!

Overall seems to be organized, however, price wise it is not as convenient specially for fruits and veggies. The veggie section was almost empty and the few fresh herbs looked VERY sad and not fresh at all. I would go only if there is no other option closeby.

They have great selection but I saw a rat or a mouse (some kind of small rodent) running in one of the aisles when I was there this week, and two of the staff weren’t wearing their masks for several minutes while working in the store. Just some minor concerns. The staff are very friendly.

The store is in Kinnelon NJAlso the pharmacy people are rude, not helpful norProfessional acting .When you ask to speak to the pharmacist the girlanswering the phone runs interference for thePharmacist and does not get on the phone .There are questions you need answered and theycan be answered by your Doctor or a registered pharmacist who refuses to answer any questionsand tells you to call your doctor .Lots of the food on the shelf’s is close toexpiration date !

Friendly service, good selection of grocery items plus other household goods. The store is located in a mall with a nice entrance area with various shops across from the store.

Good selection of basic usual grocery items but limited choices of gourmet foods. The bread section was disappointing and the prices are rather high. Good selection of cheeses though.

This store is never stocked! Always seems to be out of something! Today Uncle Matt’s Orange juice, and some vegetables, low on broccoli and strawberries, the other day no 🥩 steaks, and out of pork, 5 pieces there ! They told me the butcher went home it was 5:30 pm !!! Really ?

My store hands down people at the courtesy counter, registers, bakery, and fish station in the back are friendly. Not so much for the deli. Its like a different store all together. One guy I heard very easily cursing (ALSO CUSTOMERS AROUND ME HEARD) like a 14 year old for the first time because he hit his hand walking past a machine. What a Sally

Had wide selections could use a bigger meat selection. That is the o only negative I could say. Very good frozen selection and prices were very reasonable. Inside a mall so you have to know its there to go there. They should put a sign outside the mall.

The associates are very friendly and typically have a good amount of coupons to chose from, but it tends to be a bit more expensive than shoprite.

My local supermarket I enjoy there fresh fruit and bakery. Prices a little high but most stop and shops are.

Compared to surrounding grocery stores, this one tops them all! Express registers, self checkout, and mostly friendly cashiers. They would even put in a store card if you didnt have one so that you save money on sale items. Very convenient hours from 6 am - midnight. Good bakery. Also decent stop n shop brand items such as their bagels in bread aisle.

Off the 4 stop n shops in my area this is the worst..never enough checkers .long lines with a small amount of people..

Good selection and very fresh produce. Prices are average for the most part, but the store club card makes it very easy to obtain further discounts through special sales and coupons.They have scanners that you can sign out with your store card and ring yourself up as you shop which is very cool and convenient.

This is just atypical large super market. The side areas are well run like the meat and fish counter is fast, organized and has friendly service which is willing to give you tastes of the meats you want to buy. The bakery is good and has delicious cookies with testers on the counter. Their was a girl handing out tastes of some meat that they were selling which was aweful but that wasnt her fault. Quick check out with a few do it yourself lines and a 12 items or less one, but its hard to predict fast lines at supermarkets like this one.

Easy access for the surrounding area. Close to highway. Easy to understand aisle signage and the self checkout lanes are awesome. Youll find me here 2-3 times a week getting all my necessities. The rewards program tied with the gas promotion is fantastic! Digital coupons rock and always work as expected. Have saved upwards of $500 so far this year!

Large but run down stop & shop. There was only a couple packages of mayonnaise and no other condiments for the sandwiches. Zero utensils for the salad bar/prepared salads.

This is the neighborhood Stop & Shop. It was more convenient when it was right off Route 23 North. Now that its in a mall, not so convenient. Its got the essentials you need but its not a Super Stop & Shop and it doesnt compare to the selection you get at a ShopRite.

Great store to stop by. I needed chocolates and flowers and got them!

Today, I used the Scan It service to ring up my order. An item I wanted rang up at the wrong price. I showed Paige, the manager at the Solution Center, a picture of the correct price and she fixed it immediately.

The people who work at the pharmacy are very friendly. Ive never encountered nicer pharmacists. Theyre very efficient and they dressed me by name when I come.

A large grocery store that is well maintained and offers a large selection of items. The only negative i have to say about this store is the employees totally disregard the one way arrows placed on the floor for Covid safety. I saw more employees going down the isle the wrong way ( and not caring) than I saw walking down the isles the right way.

Its close, so sometimes a go there to get something quick but never for a big shopping.

The main attraction of this store is its location. Like most stop and shops, it is overpriced and doesnt have a great selection. Unfortunately in this area, better stores are much further away

3 star. For being the only local big box supermarket, it could be updated. Need to lower prices and has a good team of employees.

Great place to go if you want to pay $2 more for every single item you buy... I recommend going to a ShopRite spend the extra 5 minutes driving save $200 off your bill

Stop & Shop can be good or not depending on the sales it has. I never had an issue with their employees though. So, thats a plus.

Check expiration dates! I have gotten bad meat from here multiple times and many many many expired products. Also watch out for moldy pepperoni! It’s a shame, the staff is nice but the store is a total disaster. I stopped using this store.

Ok grocery store

Employees are very pleasant and helpful but my cook chicken was raw.

Worst customer service around. Waited over 15 minutes before I left because the woman behind the desk couldn’t figure out her password. Staff standing around doing nothing but no one could assist with customer service expect this one stupid woman who knew nothing. High prices, limited selection I say stay away the new Shop Rite in West Milford is worth the drive!

1st day of sale and they had no shrimp. They didnt order any according to seafood dept. No raincheck either.

I stopped. I shopped. Thats about it. Oh, produce there is iffy. Sometimes its fresh then other times a lot of it is rotten/spoiling not cool man, not cool.

Stop & Shop has good variety theyre a little pricey but I got a super deal on guacamole mix today and was worth the trip

We shop here approximately once per week. It is the closest store to our home, replaced the Pathmark store in 2014, I believe. (Not sure of the date). It is clean, the produce is fresh, and the staff is friendly. The prices are moderate. I have friends who shop only at Shop Rite, but Shop Rite is not close to our home, and when weve tried SR, we found that the prices are about the same. However, to be honest, there are items we do not buy in S & S (paper products, etc.) because we are members at our local BJs, and we buy our paper products there.7/28/19: I am editing my review, because weve become disappointed with this store. The produce is disappointing, especially the greens. The milk and milk products are on a refrigerated shelf, but has no door to keep the products cold. Weve noticed therefore, that even though the milk product has not passed the expiration date, the milk sours much quicker than milk that is purchased in a store that keeps such products behind doors.It is disappointing that, in a community such as ours, this is the only neighborhood grocery store nearby. When we first moved into the area in the 1970s, we had three grocery stores to choose from. We now only have this one, Bjs, and a Target with a small grocery area. Instead, we are plagued with Quick Check on almost every corner.

I used this pharmacy when it was Pathmark and had no issues. Theres a new oriental woman who works there (probably came from the Stop and Shop in Butler which was a complete joke) at night who needs to be fired. I went to get my prescription filled and she yelled across the counter loud enough for all the world (at least the store) to hear that I was trying to pick up my mess early, when clearly the doctor had authorized it in writing (and it was not early at all). She cant count, is extremely rude and has no business dealing with people let alone peoples medicines. Very unprofessional and seemingly very unintelligent as well. I switched to Wayne Pharmacy right around the corner and couldnt be happier (plus they dont make you wait 30-45 minutes for filling the prescription). Lost my business and many others that I know, I should have read the reviews as they are all bad...
