I really felt violated that additional money had been taken from my account that wasnt authorized. Mary was helpful and hopefully I will see money back in my account. Ms. Montgomery was nice and helpful.

Sure, Verizon is reliable & has great coverage, but my main reason for staying with them is extraordinary customer service! One of their reps, Yader, has been taking care of me & my family for years. If I have a question or concern, I contact Yader. When I need/want a new phone, I contact Yader. He knows me now & knows what I like in a cell phone. He gives guidance & suggests what he thinks is best for me...because he has gotten to know me over the years. Do you have someone with your cell company that knows you? Someone you can text, & theyll get back with you? This is personal customer service that you cant buy! Yaders the reason I stay with Verizon! In Feb or March 2019 I took advantage of a BOGO offer at this store that 2 different sales reps in this store each offered 1 day apart. Long story short, several trips were made to the store to resolve my continuing to pay for both phones. No resolution. Several attempts to reach someone through My Verizon chat at Corp failed (can’t reach anyone for an actual voice conversation) to get responses until Monday a week ago after I contacted them through messenger. Extremely slow responses, denial of any Corp responsibility, refusal to answer my questions, responses from and to a different scripted representative each time, etc, etc, dragged the conversation out over 6 days. Be careful doing business with this store. They are strictly about the commissions and are not a Verizon store, but an affiliate store.

Im getting tired of cell phone companies who wont support expensive smart phones that are only a couple of years old. My Motorola Z2 needs a new screen protector but nobody seems to carry one in stock because new phones are out. Not everybody wants a new phone every damn year. Mine does all I need it to do efficiently. The sales people can only do with whats available.

It was wonderful Jermaine is the most patient man on the Earth! I came in at 3:30 it is now 9. He has worked extensively and above and beyond the Call of Duty. I have been very dissatisfied with Verizon in the Charlotte Market and was here visiting when my phone died. I switch to T-Mobile but Jermaine brought me back.

Insurance is worthless apparently. I am a very respectful customer that always pays his bill on time. I recently purchased a new phone and there were no cases in stock when I did. I proceeded to order one online the very next day. Before I got my new case in the mail, my phone developed a tiny crack in one corner of the screen while in my pocket. I went to this establishment to have my phone repaired and even though I had insurance, the representative woman told me I had a 150 dollar deductible. To make matters worse, she wasnt able to pull up the necessary information to schedule a repair. There is no happy ending to this story. Just terrible customer service on Verizons part. Dont get insurance because it doesnt help any at all whatsoever.

I came in today to pay my bill and was immediately helped by mark. He took the time to help make the payment and look up the coverage area for my new home. He was so nice that I explained I was a little Ill at Verizon for the fact that I have had a phone for a year and a half and it hasnt worked. We went over options for me to get a new phone and he ended up being able to get Verizon to send me a new phone as a warranty claim. MY WARRANTY HAD EXPIRED 4 MONTHS AGO.I can honestly say I have never been helped by someone like that. I dont think he made any money off me but he helped me regardless.

I had a great experiene at verizon of Kinston yesterday. I literally called with a question and Billy was able to give me the answers that I needed. He also made me aware of an offer that I would never had known about otherwise that allowed me to upgrade my phone. I met with Billy in the store and he took so much time with me to make sure i had what i needed. He was even able to recommend products that would benefit my lifestyle after having just a short conversation with me. I also appreciate that what he recommended he used personally as well and was able to show me the devices so i had a good idea of what i was purchasing. Verizon in general gets you on the bill.... Ive had prepaid so long and they have talked me into a plan same price unlimited.... that if i pay on time (which i do) I can get a phone upgrade in a few months... etc... they talked me into it.... Didnt seem that big of a deal nothing was supposed to really change. But.. then I think my bill is due on the 25th the day Ive always paid it and the day I first got this unlimited plan no bill is due right at 2 weeks sooner so after I paid to switch to the plan new bill was due in 2 weeks really makes no sense plus my Internet which mind you my bill is right at $82-$85 same as my prepaid cause we use phone for WiFi and we choose to save not having cable but just netflix and spending the extra for unlimited streaming is worth it.... but with the plan same price same. Supposedly unlimited my netflix reloads every few minutes the Internet doesnt seem to want to connect on other devices either... wish Id stayed on the prepaid plan at least I know what Im paying for and WiFi doesnt slow down or run out....

When I came in to get my phone looked at there was quite a wait. Your rep Mark was with another client but must have noticed my uneasiness and excused himself in order to acknowledge me and said someone would be with me as soon as possible. Being that I was so frustrated with the issues I had been having with my phone rebooting itself a lot he was able to assure me that he would handle it and get me on my way as fast as possible.
